Great experience in Basalt/Aspen area Very clean, got immediate help when needed, wonderful place to use as home base for the beautiful area!

We had a great Snowmass snowboarding weekend at this home! There was plenty of space for our group of 3 and a large kitchen for cooking meals. Very walkable to groceries and restaurants. The home was also very clean. 100% would recommend!

Was In town to ski Aspen Highlands. This place is modern, comfortable, and a great location!!!!

Very nice property! Having the parking garage parking was extremely convenient and nice, especially because it was snowing by the time we arrived, and we did not have to unload the car in that weather. The home was very clean and tidy, the fireplace was nice and cozy and the board game options were great to have! Awesome place for a mountain getaway!

Perfect location and the parking garage was real nice. Tall enough for my SUV with a ski rack on top!

Staying in the Willits is a great option ~ walkable to Whole Foods and Starbucks as well as several restaurants and boutique stores. The RFTA is a close walk from this unit as well. The only negative ~ the elevator was not working for a portion of our stay and it's located on the 3rd floor.

Location is perfect! Right downtown and near shops and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable for our family, quiet in the evenings.

The condo was just right for our group of 5 ladies. We had a little difficulty with check in because the instructions came to only one guest by email instead of through Airbnb but they were responsive to our calls for assistance. We found the parking but it was tricky to find the elevator and the apartment from the parking. It's a great and convenient place to stay.

This place was perfect for our family. We had a wedding in Aspen and it was a lot less expensive than staying in Aspen. Although, still a little pricey, it was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Very convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this loft. It was very spacious and fit our family of 3 with lots of room To spare. We loved being able to walk to coffee in the Morning and enjoyed many of the parks nearby for our 3 year old son. Great host and spot!

We had a wonderful stay here. There are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved all the games! Beds and bedding were nice. The bathroom robes were a nice touch!

Great stay for a ski weekend!

We stayed here with our three children ages 3,6, and 8 for a ski vacation. The property was clean and the location was great. Great for families and loved that the shops were right below. Management was very easy to communicate with. Overall, great stay.

we had the good fortune of staying here during the F.A.T. ice race. it was the perfect location to unwind, get warm, and share some epic boardgames matches with friends. wish we could have stayed longer!

We liked how convenient the location was. There were several restaurants, stores, a Whole Foods, a Starbucks, and a RFTA bus stop within walking distance. A City Market was a short drive away, too. It's a good spot for visiting Aspen and Glenwood Springs. The condo was spacious and had nice finishes. The cleaning fee is ridiculously high, though

A very great place to stay. Beautiful and in a good walkable location.

I chose to stay at this loft in Willits for five days of skiing rather than at a condo in Snowmass Village. It is definitely a better experience. There are more choices for dining and shopping. I had a car, so I didn't mind the drive to Brush Creek Park and Ride in the morning to catch a RFTA bus to Snowmass, Highlands, or Ajax. The elevator to underground parking is a real luxury.

We loved this light-filled loft; it is taste-fully and comfortably decorated, has a cozy gas fireplace, and a well-appointed kitchen. We especially appreciated having nice wine glasses and the bathrobes! The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The loft is located in the Willets Center area of Basalt which is a relatively newly-built mixed use are of shops, lofts, offices, healthcare, etc. Historic Basalt is a 7 min drive away, and the ski areas are 15 - 20 minutes away by car; the area is also amply serve

We loved our stay here. It was so easy to walk to the Rio Grande trail, Whole Foods, restaurants, access the road up to Aspen, etc. The convenience and attractiveness of our unit were tops. We successfully cooked our Thanksgiving dinner, enjoyed the fireplace, comfy seating, huge picture windows, board games and television. We will be back!!

Loved it as soon as we walked in!!! Only issue we had was a smoke detector battery, but a text to the host took care of that very quickly. The place was perfect for our needs, would stay there again and highly recommend!!!

Easy care free stay in beautiful basalt

My 2 sons and I had an awesome experience fly fishing through Taylor Creek Fly Shop in Basalt and stayed at this excellent VRBO property which met our every need. Excellent experience.

We came in town for a wedding. Our friends and family all live in Basalt. Perfect place to stay and easy access for everything you would need. Would come back and stay again.

This is a great loft option if youre in the aspen / snowmass area and need something outside of town. 15 / 20 minute drive from activities and a clean spot with games for families.

This home was so lovely I could picture our family living there permanently! It was airy and comfortable, situated perfectly in a walkable town, and had everything we needed. We can?t wait to return.

One of the best vacation rentals we?ve ever stayed in. Updated, Clean, great location, downtown-easily walkable to stores, restaurants, parks. In the heart of town, yet quiet. Underground parking - keeps car safe from public and clear from weather. Actually roomier than we thought from pictures. Excellent, responsive host. Terrific wi-fi. My wife, 3 college-age daughters and myself definitely give a 5 star rating.

Loved celebrating my birthday in glenwood springs and boutique mountains place was the perfect place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our family! We had difficulty getting in and one of the bathrooms was not fully cleaned but the staff were extremely helpful and responsive! They remedied both situations quickly. We would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again ourselves. Thank you!!

This may be my favorite air bnb booking yet- a fun contemporary space in the heart of a walkable downtown surrounded by beautiful views and outdoor activities- great access to the Roaring Fork Valley, shops and restaurants steps away and a cool space. Nice furnishings and a very responsive management company.

The Mountain Modern Loft was perfect for four of us. Clean, well-appointed and the beds were really comfortable. Great location as well, nice to just walk to the store and Starbucks. Many thanks for a great stay!

My sister, sons and I enjoyed our stay at this great condo. The location is perfect...easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The instructions and communication we received before, during and after our stay were thorough and clear. We enjoyed the bright living area and well-stocked kitchen. My sons enjoyed the large bunk beds in the second bedroom. Will happily return the next time we are in town.

We stayed for a youth lacrosse tournament. It was amazing. Everything exceeded expectations. Loft was immaculate.

This is a very comfortable and well appointed property. There?s a Whole Foods across the street as well as several great restaurants within walking distance. The location was perfect for our needs as we visited family in Carbondale. Underground parking was certainly a plus. The host was wonderfully responsive to any questions we had, and we were completely comfortable with our choice to book with them. We will certainly stay there the next time we?re in the Roaring Fork Valley.

The place was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed with bedding, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Great location to the shops and a short drive to the ski resorts. Communication was quick and easy. It was very nice to have heated underground parking.

Exceptional space for the cost thank you for offering reasonable stays close to Aspen! The beds are pure comfort, kitchen is stocked with staples, decor is simple and tasteful. Location is prime?Whole Foods is right out the door, skiing a quick drive away. We love Basalt as a get-away from Aspen yet easy access to all Aspen offers. Note that one of the bedrooms has a ceiling-height cut-out window making it less private noise-wise than the other.

From the reserved parking spot in the garage to the large clean elevator that made it easy to bring our luggage up to the 3rd floor and the Whole Foods grocery one block away that made stocking to kitchen easy ..it was better than we expected. Kitchen Aid stainless kitchen knives, Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans made cooking and cleanup a breeze. Large clean bathrooms and the extra firm king bed made it very comfortable. This place was a great find and value for the area. It is so central with a Whole Foods across the street, easy access to the Rio Grande trail. Lots of nice restaurants and shops. Having a secure and dedicated parking spot was so convenient. Would be nice in the winter too. The condo is bright, spacious, and clean. The king bed is a little firm for my taste but my husband liked it. The management company was very responsive and attentive

I was very pleased with the accommodations, cleanliness, promptness and professionalism I experienced renting from The Cactus Vacations Team. The area is very cute and has everything you need within a a block or two from the apartment. Also very close to hot springs, aspen and marble. I highly recommend this space. I will note that the 2nd bedroom has an open ceiling into the living room so there is no noise privacy if you plan to have kids stay in this room, the living room would need to be quiet during sl

We have stayed in the area a number of times visiting relatives and have a lot of other rentals for comparison and we would not hesitate to use this unit again. A bargain in this market

This unit was well decorated and the kitchen was perfect for light cooking. We had a minor challenge and the management team was responsive ! Def recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed to make us feel like we were home. The king and queen size beds were very comfortable. Lastly, the area, Willets, is centrally located off Highway 82 between Glenwood Springs and Aspen with a wide variety of storefronts.

We loved the place. Very clean and plenty of kitchen utensils. Easy commuting to Aspen in the South and Glenwood Springs in the North.
