We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time. The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that the heated pool needed to be requested at least 3 days in advance, so we weren’t able to enjoy it as expected. Despite that, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We would love to come back again!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, spacious. Amenities were great. Our kids loved the swings, backyard, and the games in the home. We all enjoyed our stay. Kyle and Nicole are also very friendly and easy to work with. We would highly recommend their place and would love to stay there again.

The house was clean and great for 2 families. Close to downtown and attractions. The house was clean, pool and hot tub were great. Sauna was nice but took awhile to figure out how to use, no instructions. Bath towels were very small, and no extras could be located. While there is a washer and dryer-no laundry detergent supplied. While Kyle and Nicole were responsive when we had a question, it was clear that it was an automated response-possibly AI. We had asked prior to arriving about yard games and were assured they had some, when we arrived no yard games could be located. We contacted the host, were told would ask cleaning service and get back to us-never got a reply. Had we known would have brought some with us. Overall, good place to stay.

Wonderful time, communication with property management on any issue. Great area as well Positive: The tranquility of the area for some R&R. The property presented comfort, homeyness , with lots of kitchen supplies. The grounds were great with the pool, sauna & screened porch. Negative: Kitchen needs better lighting over the stove for those who like to cook.

The house was great, as advertised. We enjoyed all the amenities and the location was fantastic. We had some maintenance issues to which the hosts responded immediately, unfortunately the maintenance team did not. The maintenance team, inside & outside need to do a much better job, the hosts promised that they are addressing the problems. Lastly, I think that adding more storage to the 2 king bedrooms, shades in the upstairs bedrooms and addressing the quality and dependability of the maintenance team and this will be a Five Star property.

Great location

Our family had a great time at this home in North Conway! The outdoor area was our favorite part- the pool, hot tub, fire pits, swing set & yard space were our favorite areas. A few things came up while we were at the home, and the hosts were quick to respond and offer solutions. We would definitely return! Thank you!

It was not a “5 star experience”. Upon arriving I contacted management regarding broken/missing curtain rods and a bee’s nest. (Our son is allergic to bees.) Hours later an Instacart driver delivered 3 different cans of bee/insect killers. I had to take care of it myself. I was told a maintenance person would be coming to repair the curtain rod in the bunk room. No one ever came. We had to rig something ourselves to hang drapes in the room to block the sun because there are no shades in any of the bedrooms. The living areas have insulated/room-darkening drapes. The bedrooms have no shades and sheer curtains. The kids couldn’t sleep past sunrise. We moved drapes from the first floor to the bunk room. The 2nd floor bathroom was gross. It reeked of mildew, the toilet paper holder was off the wall and the mirror was missing from the medicine cabinet. The air conditioner in the family room froze up. We had to shut it off, let it defrost while we were out and then soak up the

Overall we had great time at this house. It was good for our large group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The yard, pool, hot tub and screened in porch were excellent. We certainly had enough space for our party and the location was great. You can walk to ice cream! The neighborhood is very quiet for being so close to rt 16. The only room for improvement was the cleanliness of the pool and the rooms upstairs, it’s an older house that has been updated so the thresholds and transitions were tough if you have older people in your party. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this house.

Everything was as listed. Note, there are windows AC units. The pool, playground and arcade games were fun for the kids and the house was well stocked with amenities. It was a nice location for our visits to Storyland (8 min) and Santa's Village (1 hour). The beds were a little hard for our preferences, but if you like hard beds they are good. We did run into a few inconveniences during our stay. First the pool was not clean when we arrived, we skimmed it ourselves and turned the filter on for a bit before use. Second, there were ants in the upstairs bathroom. Lastly, one of the upstairs bedrooms has an opening somewhere where bugs were getting in. Our friends killed about 50 bugs that had gotten in at one time. The hosts were very responsive during these instances. After the bugs got into the bedroom, I did call in and got a call center, they were very nice and empathetic. We were offered a monetary credit and late checkout for the issues. The customer service was great.

We booked this house for my bachelor party, and it exceeded every expectation. There were 10 of us, and the home had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably without ever feeling crowded. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. We probably spent the first hour just walking through the house being impressed with the space. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. The backyard is truly a highlight. It has everything you could want for a relaxing or fun-filled getaway. Honestly, it was hard to convince ourselves to leave because the property had everything we needed right there. If you're planning a family gathering, a bachelor or bachelorette trip, or a weekend away with friends, this place is the place to stay. I can't recommend it highly enough, and we'd gladly stay here again!

Good spot, and the kids loved the games inside - the pool was dirty and yard was not kept up with which was a bummer but we still made use of it! Good location close to downtown North Conway

Beautiful home and location.

Beautiful house in a central location, less than 10 minutes away from main attraction. Very kid friendly on the inside and nice playground for them in the backyard. Hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions.

Kyle and Nicole’s house was the perfect match for our group. It was clean and comfortable and the location close to town worked out great. A nice caveat was turning the corner of the street to witness spectacular views of Mt Washington beyond the scenic vista! We look forward to returning next April for our annual trip. Thank you both!

We never stayed.The day we were arriving found out both sauna and whirl pool were not operating.I was communicating with the host days leading up to the stay and she never once informed me.This is false advertising. Not being honest and transparent and quite frankly disrespectful. You expect your guests to take care of the home, be respectful, but VRBO seems to not want to be respectful.The 8 of us frantically found somewhere else to stay.Very disappointed.

We had such a wonderful stay and can’t recommend this place enough. The space was spotless upon arrival and clearly cared for with so much attention to detail. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which immediately made us feel at home. The home itself is beautiful — exactly as pictured. The home and location was perfect for what we needed: we did ice castles, skiing at attitash, tubing at cranmore with our 2 toddler boys…the home was convenient, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience feel seamless from start to finish. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and the quality of the experience they provide. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained space, this is it. Thank you for such a great stay!

Had a great stay with about ten of us for a weekend of cross country skiing. Great location close to two cross country skiing trail networks, plus restaurants and the new sauna in town. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive as we managed the fallout from a big snow storm. Sauna and hot tub weren't working which was a bummer but they offered a discount/refund that brought the place back in line with other similar places without those. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of extra room. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and more. My kids loved the gaming room and although the sauna and hot tub were not able to be used due to electrical issues, the owner was up front about it and offered a generous solution. They were also very responsive and were nice enough to allow us to check in early. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great stay close to the mountains and downtown North Conway. Plenty of space for a decent sized group. Would love to visit again.

We had a great time at Kyle and Nicole’s place. Really convenient location near downtown North Conway. The house had lots to do and fit our group comfortably. Kyle and Nicole answered any questions within minutes and were 5 star hosts. I would highly recommend this house to host your next visit to North Conway!
