Great location, the house was perfect for our group including kids with lots of activities. We would highly recommend the house!

we are a family of 10 - kids range in age from 8-25. We stay at 2-3 airbnbs a year and this was BY FAR the BEST experience we have all had. from the amenities to the cleanliness to the friendliness to the amount of dishes and kitchenware and absolutely everything was amazing. there was something for everyone and it wasnt too big but rather just perfect!! Our teenage kids told us this is the best and they are grateful for us choosing such a great place to spend time together.

Our only regret is that we visited during a freezing week and had a business conference to attend, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy everything the house had to offer. The description was completely accurate, and it worked perfectly for our family. Our kids had a great place to hang out with grandma during the day, and we loved exploring Nashville together in the evenings. The beds were a standout—amazing pillow tops, cozy comforters, and great pillows made it easy to get quality rest after long days. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Fun place to stay with the family..

Our stay at this incredible home was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the thoughtful touches and unexpected luxuries—like the cozy fire pit perfect for evening chats and s’mores, and the fantastic karaoke stage that brought endless laughter and joy, especially with the grandkids. The house offered the ideal blend of comfort, charm, and fun, creating unforgettable memories for our family. Its close proximity to the city made every outing a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of 6 and had a great experience from start to finish. Hallson Hospitality was on top of everything . The team communicated proactively before arrival, the check-in process was smooth through their guest app, and they were responsive whenever we needed anything. The property itself was well set up for a group plenty of space, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight. Would definitely book with Hallson again for a future stay. Highly recommend.

Great place and great hosts! The home had tons of amenities and was perfect for a group trip. The karaoke was a huge hit, the rooms were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

The Morrison was the perfect rental for our group trip with everyone having sufficient relaxation time while still being together. The location was perfect being so close to Broadway. Highly recommend!

Great home for a corporate retreat. Lot of amenities including detached garage with stage, karaoke, sectional sofa, large tv. Back yard was great with hot tub, fire pit, and putting green. Only a 5-10 min drive to Broadway street and other spots.

Great place - exactly as shown and described in the listing! Close to everything with a quick uber ride but as noted in the comments, you can hear the highway and it is an up and coming area. The ownership group is super responsive and helpful ahead of the stay and throughout.

We really like the house but the location isn’t great. The neighborhood is transitioning and there are some sketchy properties nearby. Also, there is a major interstate across the street and you can hear the road and truck noise inside the house. There is also a freight train line nearby and you can hear the train horns every morning around 4am. It’s also not very walkable to Downtown Nashville and Broadway bars and clubs.

Great stay for everyone in Nashville. Plenty of space and tons of places to eat nearby. Downtown is close too about 10 minute ride. Host was very responsive and helpful

The house was a wonderful spot to stay while in Nashville. Close to Broadway. We had the opportunity to get scooters and bring them to the house to use for site seeing. The host was very attentive and quick to respond when there was a concern. Very clean inside and well maintained.

We had an excellent stay at The Morrison! The house was fantastic and would certainly return next time I am in town.

Very nice house that accommodated our group and flexible with us due to when our flight got in to allow us early access. Loved the amenities available for us to use while we stayed. Would book again.

Such a beautiful home inside and out, with plenty of spacious bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and showers with excellent water pressure. The hospitality crew is second to none.\n\nThe property is a short drive to Broadway. The neighborhood is evolving so we chose to drive for our regular mile walks. If you’re looking for a large home close to the heart of the city with a fun vibe and plenty to do: karaoke, a movie theater, hot tub, fire pit, backyard games, outdoor lighting, pool table, and video games, this is the place for you.

5 STARS!! LOVED LOVED LOVED this spot! Tons of space, tons of things to do when you finally got home and were ready to chill. PLENTY of Room to get ready for your night out as well. This is the only place we will stay now in Nash

I cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough… Excellent space… So much to keep our guests happy and occupied… The staff could not have been more attentive… I would say the only slight drawback would be the sound of the traffic at the front of the house for people who are sleeping there, but that is absolutely minimal compared to how fantastic our state was!

Loved staying here. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Great location to everything we wanted to do! Would stay here again!

The house met all of our expectations and beyond. We had a blast singing on the karaoke machine and soaking in the hot tub. All the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this house again.

it was a wonderful stay we enjoyed it. We will stay again. There is traffic from the freeway that you can hear at night and that would be the only issue with the property. But we enjoy the property felt right at home and I would really recommend this property.
