We loved our stay, the home was beautiful and spotless when we arrived. Everything was easy to find, it felt just like the pictures (if not better), and the linens and bed were extremely comfortable. The only downside was that it was close to a moderately busy road and road noise was easily heard in the bedrooms closer to the road. There are white noise machines, but if you're a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs. We would 110% stay here again, such a warm and welcoming place!
Great location, close to town and with direct river access! The house is new and has a great interior layout.
Great spot for multi generations
The house was perfect for a family reunion. The open floor plan was great for gathering and both the children and the adults enjoyed the gameroom. The walk to the river beach was easy. There was lots to do in the North Conway area.

Great stay for our girls weekend. So close to the Saco River which was amazing and having access to a basically private beach was so convenient! Very close to downtown area and lots of hikes nearby and the house/property was very spacious, beautiful, and very clean. Nice neighbors, too! Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Excellent stay. Super clean and cozy; guests were very responsive. Excellent location 10 mins from Cranmore. Night lights and sounds machines in every room was such a nice, thoughtful touch!
We had a great stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. The location was great- close the shops, restaurants, and still felt private. We would definitely visit again.
