We were scheduled to stay for 31 days and left after eight. The last review for this property was three years ago which feels like the last time it was properly cleaned and maintained. It was a filthy, ill-kept, poorly maintained rental. It was so bad. The host failed to deliver on promises of fixes. We’re refunded 100% for the 23 days not used, 30% discount for the 8 days we were there, refund on cleaning fees and a 20% rebooking credit on the days not used for any next trip. It’s not normal to have a cleaning crew, a maintenance man, an HVAC man and a plumber come to a property on the same week. After a week of trying to work with the host to rectify issues, I had my fill. On day seven I called the airbnb support to ask them to contact the host to resolve the issues. The support desk reviewed the app log of all the problems, exchanges with the host and 27 pictures I provided to the host through the app. The support person told me my options. We left on the eighth day.

We enjoyed our home away from home (and so did our dogs!). Kelly and Abigail were super responsive and helped us anytime we encountered any issues. I can't emphasize enough how excellent their communication was. The only thing that did not fit our needs were kitchen supplies. However, in all fairness, we cook everything from scratch. Highly recommend it for a long-term stay.
Abigail was super responsive prior to the stay as well as during. We pointed out a couple maintenance items that needed to be addressed, not as a priority but at some point in time, and Abigail sent a repair person and took care of it immediately. The house was beautiful and neighbors were great. Will definitely stay here again if things work out for next year.
Clean house and great for 2 dogs to have access to a fully enclosed yard. Convenient location for points in and around the Tampa area. Hosts were very responsive .
Kelly and team responded very promptly to address any issues and were great hosts
