We highly recommend Gerrard Place to everyone, as it was exceptionally comfortable for our family. The property is modern, impeccably clean, and boasts a very comfortable bed. Its location is ideal for sightseeing, with most local landmarks reachable within a 12 to 20-minute drive. We appreciated the convenient paid parking options across the street and thoroughly enjoyed our daily 5-minute morning walks to the nearby park. Having an excellent fresh fruit stand at the adjacent supermarket, along with a local bakery, dumpling house, and Vietnamese restaurant right across the street, made our stay incredibly convenient. We will definitely choose to stay here again whenever we visit Toronto in the future. The host was incredibly accommodating and always responded right away. We really appreciate his help during our stay, and this stay was a memorable experience for our family and friends!

We came to Toronto to celebrate my youngest sons 25th birthday with Ru Paul. Staying here made the trip extra special! Positive: Clean. Spacious. Amazing place! Negative: No issues!

Our stay at this property was amazing! Conveniently located just outside the city, beautifully renovated, and incredibly clean. The hosts were quick and helpful with communication. Would absolutely recommend a stay at this property.

Wonder stay. Loved that there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms each with their own temperature control. Very spacious space and so quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that each room had a TV. And being in Chinatown, we enjoyed some great food that was literally across the street. We even found a nice Italian restaurant down the street.

Great experience. Ryan was very accommodating and the apartment is very nicely outfitted/decorated. Completely new and worked great for our family trip (with grown kids) - everyone had a room and nice livingroom/kitchen. Convenient municipal parking lot across the street. Highly recommend.

Beautiful brand new units. Everything has been thought of and exactly as described! Ryan was extremely helpful and communicative prior to booking and throughout the stay. Location convenient for transportation and parking. Would love to return.

100% recommend!!! Positive: Absolutely gorgeous accommodations! Everything you could possibly imagine for a very comfortable stay! Negative: Parking in the area is a bit pricey. Easy fix though, pay a small amount and get a temporary permit!
