Great townhouse in a very convenient location! My family appreciated all of the space and the owner left many nice touches that made our stay comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay while visiting Toronto for Spring break with our kids! The subway station is right there making traveling around the city super easy!

This place was clean and host is responsive but very noisy and windows don’t open or close properly. I have a suv and garage parking is very small. Host sent link which had closest parking 20 mins by walk. Garage code didn’t work very inconvenient with kid and we had to go around every time whole block to go in. Front road is very busy through day and night with noise. I would not recommend for the money unless you have no car and doing uber.

It is a nice place to stay if going to Toronto city, driving distance to many other places and walking distance for local things. My kids liked the place.

We took our five kids to Toronto to visit ROM and Ripley‘s. We found this location to be convenient and welcoming. The kids loved that there were five floors! The vets were comfortable and the house was very clean. We had so much fun. We would return again.

Great stay! Loved the vibrant area and easy access to metro. Spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had a great time here. Guest should be aware that there are a lot of stairs, and there is a fair amount of street noise. However, the location was great right next to the metro, great for trips into Toronto downtown.

The entire place was amazing. There were so many things in the area within walking distance and our hosts were incredibly responsive and got back to us within minutes anytime we needed anything.

Peu propre et cassé Negative: Nous avons retrouvé des cheveux dans les serviettes "propres" et les salles de bains. De plus le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas et le fer à repasser est complètement encrassé et brûlé ce qui a eu pour effet faire des dépôts de plastiques brûlés sur nos vêtements. Le seul point Positif est la localisation. Cependant, attention le logement est bruyant même si des boules quies sont proposées.

Nigel is a great host. Very thoughtful. Responded very quickly to all our questions even gave us updates on the weather conditions due to the fires. The house worked perfectly for us and lived up to our expectations. We expected a noisier neighborhood per Nigel’s warning. Although during the daytime the street noise was bad it was not unbearable. The noise was completely bearable at night. We all slept quite well. Even without the ample supply of earplugs Nigel provided. Having on site parking was a huge plus. Parking in the area at local shops and restaurants can be challenging. The girls enjoyed a morning walk down the street for doughnuts, muffins and cold coffee drinks while I slept in. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

The Airbnb was in an excellent location, just steps from the subway and easy to access any part of the city. The place itself was clean and comfortable. My wife and I had our own area upstairs while our teenagers were one floor below. Everything was clean. We even forgot something and Nigel helped tremendously to get it back to us. We highly recommend his place.

This is a great Airbnb in midtown. My extended family stayed here during a reunion, and it worked really well as a comfortable place for everyone to come back to at the end of the day. The location is excellent (less than a block from the subway) so getting around was super convenient. Even though it’s on a busy main road, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. There’s plenty of space, everything was very clean, and the setup made it easy to relax as a group. The hosts were also very communicative and super pleasant to deal with. Overall, a really smooth and positive stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a convenient midtown base.

This airbnb is such a great find! Its close to the train station and the 401 if you are driving around. It has everything you need and has such a cool feature with having access to the roof top deck! This townhouse does have a lot of stairs so just be aware before you book. The hosts are very responsive which I appreciated so much. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

very nice place. checkin was a little confusing as parking is only around back and Eglinton is very busy for drop off. once figured out it was fine. earplugs and eye masks were a nice touch for a busy corner in the city.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and the surrounding area was very walkable. The kitchen was immaculate. Any questions we had we answered quickly by Nigel. Pleasure to stay in his home.

Nice view, clean surroundings, pretty much exactly as listed. Quick to respond when dishwasher malfunctioned. Overall I had a very nice and comfortable experience.

Everything was perfect and really nice and clean place…..

This house was without a doubt worth the money. It was taller than expected, but that was not negative at all. The front door of the townhome is located on a fairly busy road, but there’s nothing that’s unbearable. The code of the front door’s keypad worked as was told in the check-in instructions. However, we found accessing the garage to be a little difficult from the outside. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay at one of Nigel’s listings again. 😃👏

Nigel's place was comforting and the layout was great! Having the multi-story home was a new experience and we really enjoyed the open living room!

This was a great listing!! There was a lot of room and so much space for the 4 of us. We felt very at home here, we really enjoyed ourselves! It was a great area, was very easy to get there and close to many things in the city. With Line 5 open too, this is a great location to access transit from. Nigel was a great host and made sure everything was great for us. I will mention, this location does have a lot of stairs so factor that into your plans but overall it was a great place. I would definitely stay here again :)
