About this property

This modern uniquely-designed apartment is a short walk from Ottawa's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment in the Byward Market. While located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, this apartment is tucked away in a residential and family filled neighbourhood.

The unit features a large bedroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a 55” smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and even features complimentary coffee.

There is a STRICT NO PARTY policy. Any violation will result in loss of security deposit and you'll be asked to leave the property.

This modern 1-bed apartment is newly renovated, with air conditioning/heating, new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home while enjoying the benefits of being in such a central downtown location.

The King bed is very comfortable and the 55" smart TV comes with Netflix preloaded. We also have high-tech digital locks for peace of mind.

We offer on-site parking for $20/day. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. There is also paid parking nearby at 282 St. Patrick.

The area

The apartment is in the heart of the trendy Byward Market district, and a short walking distance to all major downtown attractions as well as Ottawa's finest restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and art galleries.

Nearby attractions include Parliament Hill, Rideau Center, Rideau Canal, Little Italy, China Town, all of the Museums (Canadian War Museum, National Gallery, Canadian Museum of Nature, Canadian Museum of Science and Technology, Canadian Museum of History, and the Canadian Museum of Space and Aviation), Commissioner's Park, Dows Lake Pavillion, several hiking trails, the waterway (popular for kayaking), and Gatineau.

There's also Nordique spa, which is a 20-minute drive in Chelsea, Quebec. It is absolutely beautiful with thermal baths and spas. I'd highly recommend it if you're able to go!

The apartment is on a quiet street.

“Always a great stay”

“These hosts were fantastic. The place was as advertised, but when the digital lock started acting up on Christmas day, these hosts answered my call in no time. This is going above and beyond for airBnB. It was resolved in no time !! These are great hosts who actually care about their guests. I would recommend staying with them at any of their location. 5 stars for the stay and 6 stars for their personalization.”
