The place was nice in the inside but the outside gave the inside a somewhat unsafe feeling. There’s definitely a homelessness issue in the area and it made my partner and I a bit uneasy. We ended up staying in the smallest room because it was the only one I felt the safest given that the doors in the rooms don’t lock. It was a huge place just for both of us, so maybe more people would have felt safer. It could definitely be a spacious place to enjoy with a bigger crowd. The amenities were useful. The internet in the tv we stayed was glitchy but worked fine in the iPad.

Size of apartment was suitable for our family of 4. Warning lots of stairs, but great history being a character home!! Host was very attentive, friendly and accommodating.

Not the cutest street but centrally located and was great place for the price.

This is a very clean, cozy place everybody will like. The place is just like the photos shown, and the host is very kind, with fast replies. The A/C is very well working, and hot/cold water was functioning just fine. The location is very convenient, when using streetcars(501), except there are homeless people around the street, which was a concern at first, but nothing bad happened. I would very much like to stay at this place again. It was a very nice stay.

Kevin and his team were wonderful and responsive to any of our queries. The space is fantastic and spacious! the comments from past guests feel a little overblown as it is to be expected in any urban location. I did not feel unsafe at any time and was careful and aware of my surroundings. Also cute to stop at Kim's Convenience to see the namesake of the show! Would highly recommend the space and will come again!

Fantastic living quarters but sketchy location. Positive: It was charming, clean and spacious. Negative: The location and the steep flight of stairs to reach the living space.

Absolutely loved my stay!! Communication and location are great. If you don’t mind walking, you can make it downtown in 20 minutes or less. The apartment is beautiful and very clean!! Exceeded expectations!

The place was very nice, however didn’t like how many doors it took just to get inside plus there’s lots of stairs. They should add at least one body mirror in the home too.

Hosts were responsive and super helpful! Home was clean and well maintained. Only downside was the location of the apartment. Although it’s near downtown and close to many attractions, it feels unsafe in the evening.

Great apartment - clean and spacious. Good location in the city, but that block is a bit sketchy. Construction across the street, even on weekends, so a bit noisy during the day. Parking is a block or two away. Narrow stairway to apartment from street. Three locks to enter apartment, so very secure.

Excellent place. Very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It fit all my needs perfectly and made for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Airbnb was more spacious than we expected which was a plus. Host was responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. Location is not ideal however, does feel safe indoors and with security measures with the entrance.

Great clean place! Easy and easy quick access to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood at night which is a plus! Overall friendly and attentive hosts
