Gilbert and Wendy's place was perfect for my trip. It was modern, clean and secure. The location was within walking distance to my daughter's apartment. There was a well equipped gym in the building. And the price was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were responsive to questions and provided clear instructions. I have recommended this apartment to other family members visiting the area and will definitely use it again myself!

Super great stay at downtown Kitchener Positive: The location is really good, close to the tram and train station. The appartement and the building have good facilities, including a gym! The view is also super nice, if you like trains you can observe them easily. Negative: The appartement is missing a vacuum cleaner
The building is very nice, the appartment is good and clean. The only problem is the parking, there is public parking in the building however very expensive around 30CAD per day. I asked the host if they can pro ide the parking they did and I paid them additional 75USD, but the gate didn't open and I kept paying for the public parking.
Beautiful views and great location for us as our daughter that we were visiting lives in the same building.
I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
