Conforto, anfitriões atenciosos e a localização perfeita: perto de tudo que você precisa em Orlando! Positive: Localização excelente - cerca de 20 minutos dos parques da Disney e uns 30 minutos dos parques da Universal / Outlets e Shoppings. Várias opções de restaurantes, centros comerciais, supermercados e postos de gasolina nas redondezas - coisa de 5-10 minutos de carro. Apartamento super grande e confortável - estávamos em 5 pessoas. A lavandaria é dentro do apartamento - o que é bastante cômodo. Tudo limpinho e cheiroso. Anfitriões bastante solícitos. Negative: A única coisa que deixaria de sugestão é referente as vagas de garagem - as vagas são livres (sempre havia vaga), mas alguns dias tínhamos que deixar o carro bem distante - talvez seria legal ter vaga demarcada por apartamento. Mas não chegou a ser um problema de forma nenhuma.

The host was very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property was comfortable and met expectations. We were visiting Disney World and didn’t spend much time at the property, but it worked well for our needs. It’s conveniently located about a 5–10 minute drive from basic grocery stores, restaurants, and strip mall shopping areas. The space was very clean, and the kitchen had basic cleaning supplies and cookware, which was helpful. The bedding and linens could benefit from an update, and I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, it was a good stay and a solid option depending on your needs.

Amazing, peaceful place to stay and closer to Disney parks. Lot of near by restaurants and shops that are open late in night.

The place was clean, but needs some maintenance. In pictures it looks very modern and very bright, in real life it looks like in a pictures but darker, and not that modern. If you plan to use kitchen to cook, you will be disappointed, and make sure that you will need to buy everything from salt and pepper to whatever else you might need. Some pans and pots are provided, and fortunately we didn’t need to cook. Host is extensive responsive and respond very fast. The check-in process was slightly confusing through the app they used, but with hosts help all worked out. All in all, it was a good stay.

the place was wonderful! definitely need a car to get around but the area is beautiful. super easy to check in. however, we did ask for extra towels but didn’t receive them. everything else was great!
When we arrived someone was already occupied in the airbnb (they weren’t inside at the time, thank God). About 15 minutes after reaching out we had another unit and everything was fine. The only thing I wish could have been better was linen, towels specifically. They had hand and bath towels but no face towels, we had to get our own. Other than that, the space was clean, stocked. and a vibe. The patio, gym, pool, and lounge were cool and parking wasn’t far at all!
Would definitely stay again! Beautiful, quiet property and fast response times.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable apartment. Negative: A little too far from the Disney Parks (at least 30 minutes with traffic).
Poor hosts, dirty property, problems with residents Negative: There was absolutely no communication from the property before we arrived, I had been asking for the door code three days before we flew. When we arrived in the USA we had no phone service and couldn’t contact the property. It took hours to find a landline we could use so I could call the hosts.
Not a good month. Positive: The condo was spacious. Negative: Grounds were dirty, sheriffs on property multiple times, did not feel safe. No dressers for clothing, no desks and no luggage carts to move in and out. No place to walk, traffic was terrible.

Overall unsatisfactory, not worth the price it’s inconvenient and not clean. Positive: I liked the kitchen and the access to washer and dryer in unit. Negative: The bathrooms were dirty and had rusted faucets and hair in them. The electrical is trash, so bathroom lights flickered the whole trip as well as wifi never worked so TVs barely worked. Remote was chewed up. It’s at least 45mins from the airport so be prepared to pay a lot of tolls to get anywhere. There was also a 3 car break-in one of the first nights there. Super thin walls and floors so you hear everything.
Negative: Not so clean, bath and kitchen weren’t cleaned properly. Kitchen vessels were not cleaned properly.
Positive: The condo was very clean. The host was super responsive.
