Positive: We had such an amazing stay! Everything was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were so welcoming, thoughtful, and accommodating, which made our stay even more special. We even stayed another eight. You can really tell they put a lot of care and effort into making sure their guests have a great experience. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The house was very nice and felt homey. My kids loved having each their own room to stay in. As well as the pool and hot tub.

Overall the house is nice and the stay was good. There were a few issues during the stay, but the host was super nice, helpful, and responsive.

Great place to stay near the wineries. AC and pool were a life saver in 100 degree heat. The only suggestion I would give is the dinner room chairs and the sofa could use some updating. Not bad just well used. Still this was a worthwhile spot, perfect for a groups of friends or a couples trip.

Overall, the Airbnb stay was decent and the location was convenient. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. However, the cleanliness of the space could definitely use some improvement, and it did not feel fully prepared for arriving guests. With a little more attention to cleaning and making sure everything is guest-ready before check-in, the experience would be much better.

We had an amazing 5-star experience staying in this beautiful luxury home for the second half of our California trip with my kids. The house was spotless, spacious, and absolutely stunning. The game room kept everyone entertained, and the gorgeous stone pool and hot tub made it feel like our own private resort. We made so many wonderful memories here and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home had everything we needed and was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together. While the space was sufficient to accommodate five adults, the longer we stayed, the more issues we encountered. The support number connected us to a property management company that was unhelpful and informed us that the house manual provided was inaccurate. Cleanliness was a concern—the dining table, kitchen counter, sliding glass door, and even the cups and glasses were not properly cleaned. Although the kitchen offered several amenities, the quality of the cookware was poor. The pool was enjoyable, but the plaster on the floor was flaking in several areas. The outdoor pillows were also torn, with stuffing spilling out. As noted in other reviews, one of the showers did not drain properly. Additionally, we found a beer can left behind from previous guests, and part of the stair railing had broken off.

When we arrived, the pool was dirty and greasy with beer cans around it. The host said they’d send maintenance, but no one ever came. As we settled in, we found the house was a complete mess: the garage was filled with clutter, broken furniture, and personal belongings; one bathroom and the kitchen sink were clogged; and the kitchen dishes and utensils were greasy and unwashed. One bedroom had sheets that smelled like perfume, and instead of providing clean ones, the host mailed replacements, meaning we had to do laundry on our vacation. The pool area was full of ripped furniture and deflated floaties, the walls and ceilings were dirty, and one mattress even had a urine stain. Nothing matched the photos or description. The only decent space was the master bedroom. We ended up leaving for a hotel during a busy wedding weekend. The host first tried to refund us only partially and asked us to sign a document promising not to leave a review, but we went through Airbnb to get out money back

Had a lovely girls weekend at the house! Pool and Jacuzzi was so nice. House is comfy and spacious. Kyle and Nicole are so sweet and attentive!

The Airbnb was comfy and had all the amenities listed. All the rooms were cozy and the outdoor space was great. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. It was a nice relaxing weekend stay.

From the very beginning the hosts were very friendly, very responsive, super helpful and kind. Even during our stay, I reached out to see if we can get help with their hot tub and they promptly sent a detailed video explaining how to make it work. We were giving clear and thorough instructions, and would check in to make sure we were doing okay. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

The house ambiance is exceptional. The house offers clean, modern living with spacious rooms. Plenty of spaces to enjoy with your family or friends. The house also was perfect location to nearby restaurants and the Murrieta Hot Springs resort spa. We did not have a chance to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this place. We felt that the pool wasn’t running properly. As soon as we contacted the host, it was just a minor detail and we got an answer quickly and it was solved. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great place for what it was. It seemed like it was still in the process of becoming an AirBnB and had a few quirks left unfinished. There was no propane in the grill or fire pit which was a bummer. Overall, it was a good stay for the short time we were there.

Was a nice stay well we raced at the K1 race track

My stay here was under par because the property was not cleaned properly and run down. On top of that the property management staff/owners were unhelpful and bad at communication when I reached out for assistance. Here is the list of issues Jacuzzi was empty upon arrival Pool was dirty with algae All propane tanks empty Upstairs living room with pullout couch had no working lights at all We were unable to use the pool table because the room was too small and the pool sticks hit the walls No lights outback for us to cook on the grill and it was unsafe walking to the jacuzzi Not enough pillows for 10 people. 2 people had to sleep without them kitchen cabinets broken & hanging off The upstairs bunk bed was not sturdy and moved vigorously making it unsafe Trash was over flowing out of the trash cans in backyard No trash bags were provided inside for us to use There was underwear in the grass side yard from previous guests We did our best to clean the house without trash bags.

Kind, friendly hosts and very clear instructions! Appreciate that the check out was quick and simple too (didn't have to start laundry!! woohoo!!). Had all the amenities we needed and more than enough room for us all. Hot tub and pool were a huge hit for our bachelor/bachelorette combo weekend :)

The place was great! Large, beautiful home and a wonderful location.

The home was perfect for our group. The house had things for children to play with as well. There was some small issues with items broken and the hosts were quick to respond.

The hosts are very warm and friendly. They are solution-oriented, and heating the pool for us made us extra happy. I sincerely thank them for that.

Enjoyed our Christmas there with the family. Had plenty of room to enjoy our meals and play games.

Place needs some TLC. The carpet on stairs not very clean. The beds were not very comfortable quite hard. Need more towels . Remove controls in leaving room not working. All in all great location big house. Great location very quiet and private. Abigail great host communicated in a timely manner.

PROS: We loved our stay! This place was spacious and beautiful as the listing indicated. Everyone felt comfortable and right at home. There was plenty of privacy all around as if we were the only house on the block. There was every amenity one could ask for. There were plenty of games for game night and the man cave was a nice, secluded space to relax. We needed one more night! CONS: Wi-Fi did not work as I needed to check in for work and the hot tub\pool was difficult to get going. There is a GORGEOUS mini waterfall from the hot tub to the pool that everyone future guest should experience. Abigail was very responsive and willing to help even late at night. I would definitely recommend to others!

I absolutely loved this house! Beautiful, spacious and in a nice location. The kids loved the pool and did not want to leave. My parents loved the retro games arcade machine and pool table. There was def something for the whole family of all ages. A huge plus that there was a baby gate in the garage for the stairs which was so helpful for keeping our one year old from climbing the stairs. Two down side. One is that there were so many ants we all kept getting bit up. Second we were having a hard time figuring out how to work certain things like the hot tub settings, which remotes controlled what device, etc. Overall we had a great trip and we will def stay again!

You get a pool and comfy beds otherwise beat up house! We stayed the over Father’s Day weekend and they ended up having to refund us $900.00. The staff responded quickly to my concerns and were quick to offer a discount. The house is pretty beat up in person, dings, chips, scratches, stain, broken equipment ( pac-man arcade game with plastic broken scratched my sons arm) arrived to no WiFi, was for warned and given given a discount upfront only to have a technician come during our first day there and spend an hour with no resolve to the issue durning our entire stay. No propane for the fire pit and when attempting to make something in the blender everything fell out from a crack near the blade on the ninja blender, so frustrating. Also no broom/vacuum or even a sponge to wash a dish. Someone had to come out and bring all those this to us during our first night there as well. I took video and pictures the second we set our stuff down, never had to do that in all the times I use VRBO. Looks like I will continue to only book from home that are posted my owners, 3 party rentals are a no for me!

Stayed but won't return Positive: The pool was beautiful Negative: The instructions to heat the jacuzzis was not there and the pool equipment wasn't labeled correctly. Very difficult to do what was asked of us. My bed had not been changed there was small black hair on the sheets. So gross!!! The property has been abused and the parking is very limited. We would not stay here again.

I can't recommend this house for a few reasons: 1) It's listed as a 5 bedroom, but it's a 4 bedroom. 2) There's a nasty smell coming from the kitchen sink. 3) It's stocked very oddly. For example they don't have enough towels, which meant that we were always throwing them in the dryer. 4) The WiFi doesn't work. I went back and forth with them a few times, but they we're able to resolve it. Overall it left the impression of very poor property management. It wasn't all bad; it's well located to the wineries. The pool/hot tub were great. The house is large, and the beds were comfortable.

The home was nice and clean and had coffee and tea available. Unfortunately they do not keep the hot tub heated and we’re unsure how to heat it. I got instructions for the next day but it was too late and we did not want to use the hot tub at that point. The bathtub upstairs also didn’t have a drain plug and were unable to use that as well. Overall we had a nice stay. After checkout my husband left his EarPods and they offered to ship them. They wanted to charge $50 plus shipping to ship from murrieta to LA which was ridiculous. We discussed and agreed upon $20 plus shipping and I asked to see a receipt. When they sent the receipt they covered up the price and said they would charge me $50 for everything essentially claiming shipping was $30 for a small package going a short distance. Luckily the price was on the package when it arrived and I was able to prove shipping was only $5.10. It definitely felt shady and put a bad taste in our mouth. This would make me question renting again

Made sure you had all the info you needed about the home. We didn’t use the hot tub or anything but it was pretty to look at! Easy check in. The check out time said 10 EST? I assumed it was a typo so we left at 10 pst and it was fine!

Abigail was a great host, the property was exactly as described and matched the photos and everything was super clean and tidy. We loved the big couch and living room area that easily accommodated our group and the pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. Location was great-we had activities planned in Temecula and were able to easily drive into town for dinner and get Ubers for our wine tour. The house had so many amenities, we only wished our stay was longer to take advantage of all of them!

The home was spacious and included some kitchen basics. It accomodated 6 of us well. Entry was easy. Abigail was very responsive. Some downfalls were that the hot tub did not have hot water therefore it defeated the purpose of getting a house with a hot tub if we couldn't end up using it. The dining room had no lights so it was hard to play board games at night. We couldn't find a coffee pot, there was a very small french press available, it was inconvenient. And the upstairs shower did not work properly so a couple of the guests had to come shower in the master bathroom. The master bdrm/ba is amazing.

Amazing space, super helpful hosts and overall a great experience. Will definitely look into booking this place again as it was 100% worth what I paid for. :)

Had a great time here with the family! House was perfect for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room for me, wife and three kids. Even in the rain everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We weren’t here for wine, but if we had been, the location would have been ideal. As advertised, only a few minutes to all the great wineries. Host was super responsive, which was great when we got there and wanted to relax in the hot tub, but needed instructions. The master suite was huge! Truly beautiful place.

This home was really nice, the area was super nice as well and everything is as described in the home. It was a bit tricky to get the pool and jacuzzi heater going but we figured it out. The home had everything you need, and was close to wineries, places to eat and convenient stores. Overall a nice little home get away!

広くて新しく清潔です。部屋も多く広いため、快適です。今回は、四つの部屋のなかの一つの部屋のライトが点きませんでした。そのため、夜は部屋が真っ暗で、非常に不便でした。チャットでの応答は早かったのですが、結局対応が行われないまま、不便な2晩を過ごしました。部屋のライトが点かないというのは、宿泊施設としては致命的に問題だと思いますが、その対応が無かったのは、残念です。その点では、他の人にお薦めしにくい宿泊施設だと思いました。ただ、それ以外は、非常に良かったです。

The home was just as described. We felt right at home. Location is great; minutes to wineries and Old Town Temecula. Wish we could have used the pool and jacuzzi, however due to bad weather we were not able to. Would definitely recommend for groups and families.

I think this is a fairly new vacation rental. I hope some issues will be worked out over soon, as they get the hang of things. There are no instructions for things in the house. The host didn’t know much about the house and also said in a message she is not from there. The first hand knowledge of the area and home are lacking. The home looked clean but smelled like dog. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space. The home is very, very large. Many rooms have no overhead.All bedrooms had no overhead lighting. Some had a working dim lit lamp. Some had zero light. The host didn’t do anything about this, even with me informing her of the issue. The listing says the pool/jacuzzi are heated. They were not heated when we arrived. And it was very difficult to learn how to heat them. We ended up successfully heating the jacuzzi but never figured out the pool. The backyard fire pit had no propane and none was provided. The backyard lights were also not working.
