This place was great - lots of hangout space indoors and outdoors, plus plenty of sleeping space for a large group. Kelly was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!!
The Airbnb was accurately described & matched the photos. The location was convenient to our destination, and the neighborhood felt safe and was very beautiful. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. As a property manager myself, I understand that some situations are outside of anyone’s control… what matters most is how they are handled. One of the biggest things was a broken thermostat. B/c of this, the home was extremely cold for two nights (temps were around 45–47°F in Florida those nights). I reached out multiple times to both the host and their customer service team and was repeatedly assured that a technician would be sent, but no one ever arrived. I also had to continually follow up for updates and eventually my messages went unanswered for several hours, which was very frustrating. Overall, the location was lovely; but the lack of communication and follow-through made the experience disappointing.
