It was a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations! We wanted to explore the beaches of Anna Maria Island, and the house is in a great location for that. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a blast in this house all was great

Absolutely amazing stay here. We had two little ones that loved the pool. We enjoyed the privacy and the ease of our stay. We wanted to stay forever. Sadly, vacations always end, so we must return to our home. But this was a true home away from home.

We had an excellent stay here! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and the backyard activities. It’s also really nice that the basketball hoop is covered so the kids could play in the shade if they needed a break from sun. The beds were comfortable! The location was excellent. Target, Publix, five below literally less than 1 mile away and still only 10 mins to get the beach. Quiet street. Loved it. Would stay again!

Kyle & Nicole are wonderful hosts. They have a wonderful home and are very attentive to any issues. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing, the backyard is perfect for families or groups that like to do different things, there was a little bit of everything. The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Anna Maria Island is about 15-20 mins away. Great neighborhood. Easy access and instructions. Kyle and Nicole communicated well and responded quickly to messages.

Nice place for a family vacation. Just a short drive to the beach and grocery stores. Amazing back yard to keep the kids entertained

We had a great stay at Kyle and Nicole's Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, the place felt very welcoming and family-friendly. Our kids absolutely loved it. The home was very clean, communication was excellent, and everything we needed was nearby, including grocery stores and restaurants. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. A huge bonus was that Anna Maria Beach was only about 15-20 minutes away, which made family beach trips quick and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We would gladly stay here again!

The house was in a very convenient location, close to grocery stores and restaurants, with easy access to Anna Maria Island. The hosts were extremely helpful with check-in and check-out instructions and were always available if we needed anything during our stay. The house had everything we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

My wife and I booked this home because of its location. There are many restaurants, supermarket and shopping centers were about 5 minutes drive, Holmes beach about 10 minutes and Anna Maria Island about 15 minutes without traffic. Although the house is not remodeled, it is very cozy and comfortable, but the backyard was amazing. We had a great time playing mini golf and basketball, the pool was just amazing. Kyle and Nicole were very quick responding to any of our questions and concerns. Good memories from this home will be with us and our family.

Had an amazing time and it’s a beautiful home. Truly enjoyed our stay, close to Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach. Plenty to do in the backyard of the home as well.

Very attentive host! My family had a great time. They didn’t want to leave the house to do other attractions because there was so much to do at the house.

We had a great time. The putting green was used daily and so was the pool. Would for sure stay here again and would reco Positive: We absolutely loved the backyard space. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Negative: The only thing I can say is I wish it was closer to the beach but the house made up for it.

Unfortunately this place just seemed to go down hill- I believe that once it was very nice and kept up with. Unfortunately that is not the case. We had many problems, though they were very kind about them at the end of the day it wasn’t worth it for us. We left 6 days early and rented a different place with air bnb. The Pool heater didn’t work, I would suggest getting a place with a heater already included instead of adding additional charges. The games and all of the toys in the bunk room were broken, or plain gross. The bunk room is not really a room it’s part of the garage so it’s either too hot or freezing. Feels like you’re outside. All the cooking utensils were very worn and dirty, the neighborhood was also not very well kept and the location is not fun. You’re definitely not walking anywhere. I do think with some maintenance , paint and cleaning this could be a ok place.

Kyle and Nicole’s house was as described . The backyard provided a lot of entertainment and fun for both adults and the teens / tweens on the trip. You do need a rental car to efficiently get around and to places of interest but we very much enjoyed the house and amenities !

My family and I chose this home to stay for Christmas. The home was easy to find and located in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to enter and check in or smooth. The home did have some minor issues, but nothing too detrimental to our stay. The sink in the main bathroom did not have hot water. The washing machine was difficult to use. A lot of of the amenities did not work or was missing pieces. There was only one golf club so the kids were not able to play together. We were never able to get the fire pit to work so we were never able to enjoy that. The neon sign on the fence did not work. The bathrooms were not very clean. The shower curtain had mold all over it. The home could definitely use some improvements and upgrades. Not that we needed it but paying $100 per night to heat the pool would’ve been annoying considering there’s no lights in the pool to enjoy it. Overall, we were able to make the most of our stay and have fun with what we had, but there was a lot of malfunctions.

Great place to stay if you are in town for an IMG Showcase! The boys loved the space, especially the back yard. Clean and fun. Hosts were very responsive! PERFECT STAY!

My friends and I enjoyed the ourselves on this trip. The house was amazing, and there were so many amenities and fun things to do. The kitchen was 100% fully stocked and even had something’s that we forgot. The local area was very relaxed and peaceful, and everyone was super kind. I would without a doubt book again.

I booked this for my bachelor trip. We are an easy going set of guys just looking to enjoy some drinks by the pool and relax. This was the perfect place to do so. Everything was clean and whenever a question or concern came up we were immediately responded to. Overall one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard sold us on this place and it delivered. We really enjoyed the pool and golf greens. The inside of the house was also nice and well furnished. We appreciated the beach chairs which we used one day for a short trip to Manatee Beach which is 5 miles away. There are several golf courses nearby and we took advantage of that. The location is convenient to many restaurants and the beach. We definitely recommend and would come back here if we come back to the area one day.

Our stay was great! About 15 min from Anna Maria Island. The backyard is very big with fun games and a great pool. The house was very clean and a fully stocked kitchen. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This place is so much fun. It is well kept and very clean. The pool and game area in the back was such an amazing feature we spent all day and night outside. Drive to the beach is only 10-15 minutes. We would definitely love to stay again in the future!

My family and I felt like we were in our own little oasis. We only spent 2-3 hours at the different beaches each day (early in the morning to beat the crowds) and were all ready to get back to the house, because we loved it so much! The pool was amazing, s’mores at the fire pit was so much fun, mini golf, cornhole, and connect 4 kept us occupied! The house itself was so cozy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better get away.

Had a great week at this place. 13 minute drive to Manatee public beach. Close to Target and Publix and other shopping as well. Very clean. Third bedroom with bunks runs hot.

The Airbnb was clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay and the outdoor amenities.

We had such a blast here for our family vacation. Kyle and Nicole were responsive any time I had a question. My kids loved swimming in the pool and it came in handy for the rainy days too. I loved that the beach wasn’t too far as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place that has multiple things to do, and wanting to relax.

Home is cozy, relaxing, quiet area. We even had a bunny visitor coming in from the wild. A little upset at the fact that pool was not able to be heated and outdoor are is not properly lit. You won’t be able to enjoy the pool are at night. However we address the concern to Kyle and Nicole and we asked for some additional extra time to enjoy the amenities during the day and they agreed on. Very responsive host and great indoor and outdoor vibe overall. Just needs more outdoor lighting to be able to enjoy the games and pool area at night.

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. It was exactly what we expected and more. Fun activities at and near the house. Would strongly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again for having us!

We had a wonderful stay! The pool temperature was perfect with the heater. My little ones loved the shaded, shallow platform in the pool, and the put-put area of the yard. We also greatly appreciated the high chair, pack n’ play, and kids dinnerware provided! There is a nearby dollar store and grocery store for all essentials. The pots and pans were quality, and I had access to all kitchen tools I needed. The drive to the beaches was direct and only about 15mins. We saw many beautiful sunsets and the enjoyed the constant breeze off the ocean. A pool service stopped by twice for a quick cleaning and skimming of the pool, and a lawn service stopped to blow away any leaves/lawn debris which were both a nice touch. The attention to detail to maintain the yard is obvious! I would definitely stay here again :)

The house is small and pleasantly family-friendly. It's located near the beach, restaurants, and food stores. The backyard is wonderful, with different play areas and setting. My grandchildren had a lot of fun playing and and swimming in the pool. The bunk bed room is small and uncomfortable for adults, but it's fine for children. The hosts were responsive and responded quickly to our needs

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. The house was just like the pictures, as expected. The host was very responsive and attentive to all our requests. Our kids loved the backyard and the location for us was convenient, close to supermarkets and the Crossway to AMI. Also very quiet. We spent most of our time outside and had all we needed, the pool was the highlight for me, very clean. The kids loved the mini golf as much as the pool and spent a lot of time hitting balls.

Had a great stay for high school boys spring break. Secluded get away but close enough for them to go everywhere they wanted.

This house was family friendly. The house itself is small (but you spend 90% outside) The bunk bedroom is off the kitchen. The backyard was great, pool was perfect along with the fire pit at night. Target and fast food is a 4min drive.

Had a great time! Gorgeous backyard with plenty for us to do! Had a few small issues with things working properly, but they were nothing major and the hosts were incredibly responsive/willing to fix them right away. Would definitely book again!

Nice home with plenty of amenities

Good location not far from AMI. Fun backyard, lots of seating and hang out space outside. Cute decor throughout. Ant issue inside, owner is trying to correct. Bunk bedroom is and feels like a painted garage, not really where you want the mattress on the floor. Communication was good until owners wouldn't discuss a refund for the pool heater fee although it wasn't working most of our stay. We were forced to appeal to Airbnb corporate.

It was perfect for commute for work into the beaches. It was the perfect spot.

We really enjoyed ou stay at Kyle & Nicole. Their house is the perfect place if you're planning to come with kids. We really didn't feel the need to go outside as there are plenty of fun things to do in the house. Indeed their outdoor space is very well equipped from the pool, to the mini golf, baskteball court as well as the various seating areas, we really enjoyed out stay there! much recommended!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The only minor issue was a few spots on the rugs that could have used some extra cleaning before our arrival. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Everything was amazing, the house is very comforting, and it feels like being in a resort. Everything is well distributed and the host is amazing. You can communicate with her about anything and she will respond. Everything is clean and ready to use. The beaches are close and nice. This house is very private and has amazing entertainment. My family and I were always playing in the backyard or in the pool.

Mi familia y yo pasamos el fin de semana más tranquilo que pudimos imaginar , sin lugar a dudas el lugar es precioso la decoración está muy bien escogida, es acogedor y tranquilo el lugar , en una zona tranquila y privada pero muy cerca de todo a muy pocos minutos de la playa , sin embargo para nosotros lo mejor de todo fue el mini golf , tuvimos muy buenos torneos 🥰 recomiendo a todos este sitio , la dirección , las instrucciones y el ck fueron muy fáciles , tienen todo equipado para que no necesites traer nada , sin duda fue una muy buena elección , esperamos volver , Gracias 🤩

Great spot for our group! Back yard is amazing, private, and quiet. Fully renovated inside. Clean and tidy! Everything you need (minus a garbage disposal which is a minor inconvenience). Fully stocked for beach (wagon, cooler, pool toys, chairs, boogie board, umbrellas). Loved how close it was to shopping and AMI. Great communication from Abigail! Would say her again!

Perfect for a Bachelorette Weekend! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic for our bachelorette weekend! We were a group of 6 girls celebrating a bachelorette and the house couldn't have been a better fit. Overall, we had an amazing time at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay for a getaway weekend!

We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the Bradenton area. The home is in a quiet, local area, and the backyard is completely private and secluded. It’s not really a “backyard” though. It’s more of a private oasis behind the house!

We had such a great time at this house. Super fun backyard we never wanted to leave it. House was clean and suited our large group well. Only cons were the water not working in the fridges and we had a strange instance of coming home to a maintenance man in the house that we or the host was unaware about. The situation wasn’t an issue though and overall we would love to stay here again.

Upon booking this reservation the listing showed 6 beds, after only seeing 5 in the pictures I messaged the host to confirm that the listing was accurate and was advised yes. After a 2 hour flight delay my group of 7 and I headed to our stay. It was about a hour and 10 minute drive from Tampa. Check in was a breeze but upon checking the place there were only 5 beds and one of them had blood stains so my group of 7 had to uncontrollably make it work. There were dirty cups in the kitchen sink and the floors were not clean. When I reached out to Abigail she expressed great empathy and advised us that they would bring a new mattress the next day. We received the mattress but no linens or pillow which was still useless. The decor was beautiful, it was an older home but had been renovationed. The back yard was nice, pool a little small but we couldn’t really utilize because of the mosquitos. Abigail was very responsive and did her best to accommodate us as best as possible!

Beautiful cozy home! Awesome back yard space. We had such a nice time , we were close to the beach too which made it even better! Highly recommended!
