Large clean space with ample parking. Great location

A great place for a bigger group, lots of space to be apart and to gather. Lots of stairs! Kitchen is big and fairly well stocked. Could use a keurig. Towels were scarce but clean. The garage is a real bonus. The complex gathering area is right outside and there is zero soundproofing on the house so noise is a real issue. Sirens and street noise aside, we had a few drunken chats at all hours during our week there. Not really a family property but great for younger friend groups looking for a homebase in the Music City.

We had an amazing stay and definitely will stay here again when we return to Nashville. The photos and descriptions don’t do the space justice! Better than we could have expected!

Truly enjoyed the home!!! Super nice inside looks better in person. It is beautiful. Went with a big group and everyone had their own space. The Airbnb is also close to EVERYTHING, minutes from Broadway, big bars/restaurants and the Gulch. Host is on top of everything also! The only thing is it is a lot of stairs but it's Nashville. The room on the last floor had baby ants everywhere and AC wasn't as strong up there. We mentioned to host and they tried their best but just two things we encountered. Again, super worth it!!!

Absolutely awesome property for our group of 6! There was tons of space and easily could’ve slept many more. Comfortable beds, beautiful living area, and great bathrooms. AC worked great for those hot Nashville nights! Check in was flawless and the host was always immediately responsive. 10 minute uber to Broadway but in a super quiet area. Kitchen was well stocked and sparkling clean. Would love to come back!

We had a great stay here! The space was incredibly roomy and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—fans, extra linens, additional beds, and even noise machines, which made a big difference for a comfortable night’s sleep. The home was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was also a huge plus—super convenient to downtown, Edgehill, the Gulch, and everything we wanted to explore. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Comfortable atmosphere and close to many rest and entertainment.

This townhome was perfect for what we needed. It was just as pictured and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with our extended family. The place was beautiful and clean, there were plenty of kitchen items we needed to cook, and lots of extra laundry pods and dishwasher detergent. When we had a minor issue getting a tv to work, the host was very responsive to help troubleshoot and then ended up getting a new remote delivered within hours. The host was friendly and very helpful. Loved that it was pet friendly but also didn’t seem like other pets had been there. It was very clean. Would definitely recommend for any group!

My family and I rented this for a long weekend in Nashville and it did not disappoint. 10/10 would book again.
