Location was not too far from the strip in gatlinburg. Very comfy bed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

15/10 - Loved the whole experience and would stay here again! Positive: It’s always a little nerve wracking to book someplace states away, site unseen, but with this resort, you get exactly what you see in the pictures. It was a beautiful location and the cabin was incredible. We needed new batteries for the thermostat and it was so easy to contact the hosts/management company. They were responsive anytime I messaged them and immediately got us batteries. They were so kind and easy to work with. The cabin was decorated so cute and it was very clean. The bed was also super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, too! Negative: Honestly, I really don’t have anything negative to say. I would for sure stay here again and I will be recommending this to any of my friends and family that will be vacationing in Gatlinburg.

Its a very cozy place has all the required amenities. For us the best part was the hot tub and community swimming pool which are really nice and well maintained!

We absolutely loved the cabin it was a great place for a couple and we had a lot of room. The pool was nice and walkable. On the other hand the two main things that had me a bit grossed out was the how well the cabin was cleaned. For example the shower before using it I saw two brown hairs which I knew was not mine since i’m a blonde so I did end up washing the shower again. The other thing was the bath tub, It was overall clean but when you turned on the jets without soup there was white stuff coming out of it which grossed me out a bit and never ended up using it. I don't necessarily think these were things that would not make me come back but it doesn't look like the cleaners do a good deep clean. Overall it was a great cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we would book again.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The cabin was cute, comfortable, and located in a really charming community. The pool area was nice, not overcrowded during our stay, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was cold when we arrived, but we were able to get it going without any issues. The home was generally clean and well-kept, though we did notice some cobwebs, dust under the bed, and dusty nightstands that appeared to have been overlooked. We also would have appreciated pool towels and a few additional rugs throughout the cabin. None of these were major issues, and they certainly didn’t take away from our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would recommend the property to others, and would stay here again ourselves. For us, it’s a solid 4-star stay with just a few small details keeping it from being a 5-star experience.

This was perfect for a getaway for my spouse and I. Perfect size cabin for us. Loved the hot tub. The flat roads in the complex are fantastic.

This was the perfect cabin to getaway to. My husband and I stayed for 8 days. We were 25 minutes from Gatlinburg. Trish’s diner was a 3 minute drive down the road which was convenient for breakfast. They had everything in the kitchen needed to cook with including small appliances and the bathroom had hygiene products if needed as well. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The hot tub was the best on the rainy nights. We would book this cabin again!:)

This was our first time staying at a cabin in a resort. You wouldn’t even know there are people next door to you because it’s so peaceful. It was easy to get to, conveniently located yet secluded just enough and the drive was beautiful! Check in and check out were simple. We had a great stay and can’t wait to be back!

First time I had a non refundable damage deposit but it was clearly listed in the description

There was a small issue when we arrived and host took care of it immediately. They were super responsive. Also, the cabin is beautiful and cozy.

Great little cabin on a wonderful property! We enjoyed the pool almost every morning, and our private hot tub at night. Good location, close enough to the action & far away enough from the noise. Great communication on the part of the owners, they always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions! One little gripe in terms of being very girlie lol - I wish there was a full length mirror in the house for an outfit check...and one gripe in terms of the actual rental, was the $50 non-refundable deposit damage fee... I have done over 30 airbnb stays and I have never seen this before. A refundable fee absolutely, but to just keep $50 from everyone *in case* something happened I found very unorthodox. With that being said, even with that fee, the price still worked out to be a $100 cheaper than staying in Gatlinburg downtown. I have already recommended cabin to a view friends so def would stay again.

Great place! Close enough to the fun in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet when you want to go to sleep. Fully stocked kitchen with kids cups/plates/utensils, a nice bonus for our little one eating dinner with us. Hot tub was great. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Community pool was nice. All in all…a great place to stay!

My husband and I had the best vacation! Cabin was so clean and cozy, pool was amazing, hosts responded quickly if we had any questions, getting to the cabin/check in was a breeze! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit the smokies/Gatlinburg area. It was perfection.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time. We came here for my son’s wedding would definitely come and stay here again. The bed was so comfortable and was great for me personally with my disability. It was a very high bed but once we figured out how to help me get in it we were good to go. Loved sitting on the front and back deck. We had a rabbit that visited with us every day, he was super cute. The hot tub felt so good after a long day. It was a beautiful drive in any direction and there are so many things to do. I already have a list of things I want to do for another trip. Overall, great place to stay! I would stay again and recommend it to others as well.

Great little cabin for a quick weekend getaway! We loved spending time at the pool. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Quick drive to get back to town but secluded enough to not have the noise and traffic from Gatlinburg.

Had an amazing stay here for my 25th birthday!! One of my best memories yet! A very relaxing and cozy place with hosts that are friendly & responsive.

This cabin was perfect for a one family vacation. Perfect fit as a one bedroom/one bathroom. Was the best for my wife and I with our little baby! Recommended for any single family!

We can't recommend this cabin enough, it was absolutely spotless and so easy to gain access too. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. I have to mention the super king size bed especially, it was the most comfortable bed i think i ever slept in and just what we needed after a long day exploring.

This house was perfect for our Smoky Mountains trip! It was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot pool—it was such a relaxing highlight of our stay. The location was peaceful, making it a great place to unwind. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was the additional non-refundable $50 damage waiver charged outside of Airbnb. It was mentioned in the “About this space” section, but I missed it—so that’s on me. We hadn’t encountered that in any of our previous Airbnb bookings. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others

This was a really nice stay! I would say if you plan on cooking your own meals, I would bring/buy your own pantry essentials. Very clean place though. Super easy to find. Perfect place to stay for couples. The hosts were super friendly and responsive!

Wonderful stay. I brought my girlfriend here for her Birthday weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The location was about 20 minutes from the Gatlinburg strip which made our cabin perfect because we felt a bit secluded from everything. Great cabin in a great area. Also, we loved the hot tub!

Mountain Cabin Good:Cabin was very attractive.Cabin was clean, neat, met expectations and needs.Dining table was fine.Chairs were sturdy.Tv worked.Lamps worked.Tub and shower were good.Bad:Certain lights did not work...Kitchen light above table did not work.Light above stove did not work.Bedroom light did not work.Stove would not boil water.Random noises all night long (sad).Frustrating:Forgot leather jacket (and contents)

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Elliott and Kylie’s cabin. It was very clean and private even though we were close to other cabins. The hot tub was the best part! The only suggestions I have would be to add Christmas decorations even the simplest ones would have added to the experience. I also recommend bringing a fan if you prefer white noise when you sleep.

Great stay, just be sure to note that you have to pay a sizable non-refundable security deposit through a third party site that requires you to put your information into.

A wonderful cabin for 2 that was close to Gatlinburg to tour the park or partake in local restaurants. Also close to Dollywood. The place was very cozy and relaxing and felt very much like home. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again!

we went here to get peace and relaxation and that's what we got. we didn't get to use all the amenities but I didn't take away from the experience.

White Oak Resort was a great find! The cabin had everything we needed and was in a great location. Check in was easy with key-pad entry. The bed was Uber comfy, not a usual find in an Air BnB. Enjoyed ample room in the bathroom and through out the cabin. Pool looked great, however it rained most of our trip, so didn’t get to use. Especially loved having my morning coffee on the front porch, in a rocking chair. Loved hearing that sounds of summer bugs from the front porch too! Resort isn’t far from downtown Gatlinburg, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Definitely check out the small shops not far from the cabin, found some great gifts. Really great little coffee shop next to Christmas store in town. If looking for a cabin that’s not in the hustle and bustle of downtown, would highly recommend this spot. Allowed us to relax and unwind from busy days in town, and the hot tub felt great at night! Thanks again for a fantastic vacation. Look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay! We were within driving distance to many attractions in a decent time frame. We were able to hang by the pool in the evenings, which was very relaxing, as well as the private hot tub! Our host replied to all messages promptly and in a very quick time frame! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

This was a great place to stay. We loved the house. Everything was very clean and very organized. We enjoyed the hot tub and the back porch. It was easy to get to and not far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed it. Excellent accommodations. Only 2 things worth noting... Would have preferred a chair height toilet, as one in unit sat awfully low. Also, getting in the bed due its mattress height was a challenge for my wife. A small stool next to the bed would have helped. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We were able to book for a last minute anniversary trip! Quiet, relaxing location. We were able to walk to the pool from the cabin. It was a great stay!

Everything about the place was perfect! Extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the amenities, and easy access! The host was quick to respond, and friendly. My only complaint, which was a lack of research on my part, was the location. The resort was a little further away than I would have liked from any stores. While I would have preferred to stay somewhere closer to the hustle and bustle, we enjoyed our stay very much!

I had a great time in Gatlinburg. The house was perfect for my needs, which isn’t much 😂. I didn’t use the hot tub or common pool area but it was nice to have the option.
