We had a wonderful experience staying at Kyle and Nicole's property. The location was perfect and near great restaurants and shops. The space was clean and spacious for a group of 12. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the home was well equipped and welcoming. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

The home was great my only concerns if the house fits 15 people it’s very hard to just have parking spots for only 3 vehicles another vehicles will be towed off premises and charge 450.00 or more to get back. When we arrived we received the wrong gate code & door code but after contacting the host we was given new codes. Another concern was the third floor in the home a/c wasn’t working the whole stay it was unbearable to sleep or even walk up there. 80-90 degrees is miserable I let the host know muiltlple times before a company was sent out the last night to fix and it still wasn’t fixed. Being that was an inconvenience I feel like I should’ve been compensated some kind of way. I wanted a later check out because 10:00am is too early. I contacted the host multiple times just to get told by the third partner company they could not reach the host so unfortunately I could not check out at a later time. Not a bad place to stay just a few things that need to be fixed.
