We really enjoyed our stay. The house met our needs. The view was breathtaking, especially the sunrise over the mountains.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Several of the amenities we were looking forward to were not working. The sauna wasn’t operational, the fireplace remote had no batteries and once we replaced them, the fireplace didn’t work and the bathtubs wouldn’t hold water because the stoppers didn’t work. The oven had not been cleaned, and the outdoor trash bins were full when we arrived. What was most frustrating, however, was the lack of communication and responsiveness, particularly surrounding power outage that forced us to a hotel for a night of our stay. Rather than being able to communicate directly with someone who could help, we were often met with what appeared to be automated AI responses. This made an already frustrating situation more difficult. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor, but collectively they made for a disappointing experience. For the price and the amenities advertised, we expected a much better level of maintenance and customer service.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was just as described. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately. I would definitely recommend staying at this house especially for a big family.

My family and friends had a great time at Kylie’s place. The location was beautiful and our kids loved it from the start. We had a few hiccups upon arrival but Kylie was quick to respond and send the help we needed.

Came for a relaxing girls weekend. The deck views were great for the mornings and evenings. Would 10/10 recommend for that alone. Very quiet and private setting. There was ample space for us 4 to spread out.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our kids loved the bunk room and the toys that were supplied. The living space was cozy and easy to relax in. Beautiful views and loved using the hot tub and sauna! The driveway was a little tricky because of how low it slopes down, but we only had one car and were able to park it at the top.

Kylie had an amazing spot with a beautiful view! It was perfect for our little family getaway, so many fun games and a relaxing hot tub! So thankful for everything 🥰

The view from this Airbnb was amazing! Our family was celebrating a college graduation, and the space was perfect for my family of four, my dad & stepmom, and my sister. While we had no problems finding the place, my sister did lose cell service, so it might be a good idea to download your map ahead of time. Also, the driveway was…a little terrifying (it’s a half loop but very steep on either side). Fortunately, there was space for at least three cars off the roadside up top. Beds were comfortable, water was always hot, and you just cannot beat the views!

SUCH a lovely cabin with amazing eastern mountain views. Be sure to awaken for the sunrise every day you're here. Also be sure to do the Big Bald hike that you pass on the way in - it's extremely hard to hike to from public roads, but from inside Hatley, it's a very short hike with INSANE 360 MOUNTAIN VIEWS. WOW. Seriously, do not miss the opportunity. Hot tub and sauna worked like a dream, beds and couches were comfy, place was stocked nicely. The porch was just amazing with the swinging daybed. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Great sunrise views over rolling mountains, peaceful environment, and a lovely home. The host was very proactive with communication. Our stay was a 10/10 and would highly recommend to anybody looking for some nature time.

I drove out of state to go to this Airbnb, with an AWD car since it's in the mountains and it's winter. I was suppose to arrive at this location at 9:31 at night the day of our check in. All the roads were clear up until you get to the road this house is located on, I will preface by saying I grew up in Vermont. I know how to drive in harsh conditions. My car spinned, got stuck(with my children in the car) and called security to help me with an 4WD and he was spinning and stated he couldn't make it up that either. It was a gravel road FULL of ice. I make it safely all the way back home. Told the host, and asked for PARTIAL money back. Since I knew it wasn't their fault, and it wasn't mine either. They denied this stating because of the cancellation clause that we agreed to at booking. If I could rate a 0 I would. Don't even slightly book this in the winter

We had a wonderful long weekend here with our family! We came to the mountains to ski and see snow and ended up in a full blizzard — it was a true winter wonderland. The views were incredible, the amenities were great, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and building a snowman with the kids. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We made such special family memories and would happily return! ❄️🏔️

The views were amazing and the hosts were very responsive. We had some irregular issues: hot tub was locked so it couldn't be heated or cooled for the first night, the master shower downstairs was clogged, the dishwasher sprayed dirty water into the sink, and the grill was electric (not gas) and kept tripping the breaker until an electrician came out and fixed it. Even through the issues, it was still a decent stay!

My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed here for a long weekend and had an absolutely amazing experience. The home was everything we wanted and more comfortable, well-equipped, and incredibly relaxing. The views were stunning, and the hot tub was a highlight after a day of enjoying the surroundings. It was truly the escape and getaway we needed. Our dogs loved it just as much as we did and had the best time playing in the snow. The host was fantastic and really helped make this a 10-star experience from start to finish. One helpful note for future guests: if you’re staying during the winter months, a 4WD vehicle is non-negotiable you’ll definitely need it. We will absolutely be back. Absolutely beautiful!! Well appointed home in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Awesome deck with the most amazing views that seemed to go on forever! The perfect place for our family gathering! Gorgeous sunrises and crisp fresh, mountain air! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great stay and beautiful views

The cabin was great, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and quick to solve any issues that came up. They also gave us great tips about the local area. Overall, a wonderful Airbnb stay with excellent hosts. Everyone in our group was very happy, and we’d love to come back someday!

Great stay for 4 adults and 3 kids. The sunrise views were perfect from the porch with a hot coffee from their cute coffee bar. The beds were comfortable and the porch had enough space to entertain our group for hours!

House in perfect order - clean, well furnished, excellent amenities, comfortable with an overall warm atmosphere! Excellent location.

We enjoyed our time at the Airbnb. The view was amazing. The amenities like the hot tub, porch swing, coffee bar, nicely decorated spaces, well stocked kitchen were really nice touches. The community was nice and quiet. The hosts were amazing with quick responses and being proactive. I wish that I could give 5 stars but cleanliness needs to be improved. The host is aware of the areas to be addressed. I refused to let these things dampen our time.

Love staying at this mountain cabin. It's truly a breathtaking view, and the peace you feel sitting on the porch swing is something we didn't want to leave. Nestled in Wolf Laurel, it's a great place to be. The restaurant, Smoke & Timber, down the mountain, is delicious. The only thing to be mindful of is the driveway. It's a U-shaped in and out. It shouldn't be a problem for most people, but I have a 2500-class truck with a long bed.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, cozy, relaxing get away!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect getaway. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including super cozy mattresses that made it hard to get out of bed! One of the highlights was the hot tub on the balcony—we loved relaxing there in the evening with sunset views and starting our mornings with coffee while watching the sunrise. It was truly magical. We also enjoyed having access to the community pool and exploring the nearby trails. The weather was perfect, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to relax and recharge in the mountains!

Beautiful views, but several frustrations The view from the patio was stunning, and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. However, several issues impacted our stay.The washer was broken upon arrival, though the listing advertised it as available. We weren’t informed in advance, and it wasn’t replaced until day five of our eight-day trip—despite multiple follow-ups. This was especially difficult as we had a newborn and had packed light assuming laundry was available.The trash cans were very small for a house that sleeps 11 and not bear-proof, only a light chain around the base with no top protection to prevent access from the bears. A bear got into them one night, leaving a mess. There were no instructions in the home about trash pickup—I had to message the host to find out if there was a pickup, come to find out we were supposed to put them out Monday, no where in the house or email was this ever conveyed.The driveway is extremely steep, which wasn’t mentioned or shown in photos. Our minivan scraped the top and bottom drive going in and out of the driveway. This should absolutely be disclosed for guests unfamiliar with mountain terrain.Also missing was a welcome binder with essential info (trash, Wi-Fi, nearby stores, house instructions, etc.). We had to ask about things that should have been clearly outlined.We made the best of our stay, but clearer communication and better preparation could’ve made this a much smoother experience.

Elliot and Kylie’s place was beautiful for my family of 6. So many homelike touches and lots of thought centered around families with children. (Blackout curtains in the kids bedroom and utensils for little hands) They were also so responsive and attentive to my many needs. Exploring the area was nice and the neighbors were friendly as well. We would certainly visit again. Thank you so much for having us.

Our family enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the home. We felt cozy and slept well on the comfortable beds. Great views of the mountains, waking up never felt so good!

It was an amazing stay. The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved how peaceful and secluded the place was. The outdoor deck with sunrise views was perfect for morning coffee and cozy dinner dates. The hot tub and sauna were such a great bonus for relaxing. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly the place is – our cat loved watching the view through the big glass window while staying warm by the cozy heated fireplace. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!
