Kelly was a wonderful host and was very responsive. The place was great for the 8 of us that stayed there. The house had plenty of amenities that kept us busy. A wonderful long weekend destination.
Wonderful place to stay with a big group. Not cramped at all.
The kids had a great time at the game room !! Positive: This house its nice for families! Negative: Unfortunately it just needs a deep cleaning spiderwebs everywhere you could see them in the kitchen and living room chandeliers grease on the cabinets dust all over the mirrors ect , overall the house itself its really nice !
Our family all enjoyed our stay at Kelly's home. We loved our rooms and we all felt comfortable. The screen/glass room was our favorite spot to hangout.
Awesome stay! This cabin has everything you could possibly need. The owners thought of everything. Comfortable beds, coz Positive: The cabin was absolutely amazing and had everything we could need. Our kids loved the game room. We hardly saw them! We had so much fun making s’mores with the fire pit. It was a relaxing weekend making memories and enjoying family time. We definitely will be back and be sharing with our friends! Negative: We loved everything
Our family of 9 had a terrific time at Kelly's home. We loved all the spaces the home offers - even though the bulk of it was spent in the basement game room and the main floor living room/kitchen. The layout is perfect, and provides space for all to be together, or to tuck away to read. The sun room is the perfect spot to read - what a view!!! The kitchen is large and easy to use, and we cooked each night of our trip. Everyone having their own bathroom means we had a drama-free family week :) The beds are big and as comfortable as a 5-star hotel. Kelly and Carmen are responsive and very easy to work with. We especially appreciated their low-key check-out instructions...no stripping the beds or washing the towels when we departed (which always seems a bit excessive to us as Air BnB guests who pay a cleaning fee). We would happily stay at Kelly's home again and will be recommending it to friends looking to stay around Asheville!
The place was incredible! It was undoubtedly peaceful getaway my group was looking for. The game room kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay and the rooms were incredibly cozy when the days came to an end. Would definitely recommend it.
This house was perfect for our first family vacation in 18 years. It was big enough for everyone who came and had lots of things for the kids to do! The location is gorgeous! And it allowed us to hike up to Big Bald and see spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful home with ample space for hosting large families with kids. The host had multiple games which kept the kids entertained through our whole stay. We used the grill and the kitchen was very well stocked to take care of our meals. The hiking trails close by are beautiful. A totally wonderful visit and we will stop here again!
We had a great time over spring break! Plenty of space for 4 adults, 7 kids. The basement game and bunk room is amazing - so much fun and we couldn’t hear the kids playing and laughing after we went to bed. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook with. The bed was super comfy. The Big Bald hike access is just up the mountain and one of our favs of all time, you can’t beat the view at the top! Our only watch outs are regarding the hot tub - it was basically empty, so between filling it and heating it, we weren’t able to use it until our last (third) night. So that was disappointing. That said, Kelly was super responsive to our concern about the chemical balance once it was full and a tech was out quickly. Last, the driveway is pretty treacherous. Super steep and the gravel is not well graded. I recommend parking at the top / on the road (which is allowed) and AWD in any weather is the safest bet. I was nervous with our FWD in the rain. All in all, def recommend!
We had an unexpected plumbing leak occur during our stay, but Kylie and her team were incredibly responsive and communicative. They helped us problem-solve and were able to find us different accommodations quickly. The property itself was beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We took full advantage of all the amenities and really enjoyed our time there!

Great location if you’re wanting to ski at hatley pointe! Nicely remodeled but some concerns about the stairs inside going downstairs. Be very cautious walking down them, the last stair was broken when we got there and was a hazard. Otherwise a beautiful cabin on a beautiful mountain. Fully stocked truly was fully stocked, tons of cookware, crock pot, dishes etc. everything you need. Hot tub was working and nice and hot. We had a great weekend and the host was very responsive. Stayed here during a snowstorm and felt safe.
Excellent location for skiing, beautiful views, plenty of space to spread out with every indoor activity you can get. Beds were comfortable and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Kelly is a great host if you need anything during your stay she jumps right on it. Will definitely stay here again.
The home was clean and beautifully decorated, had all necessary kitchen amenities to be right at home! Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in service, but otherwise everything was in perfect working order and the game room was amazing! bedding was comfortable, linens were fresh and plentiful in the house is such a comfortable home away from home!
The game room and kids bunk room were great and provided hours of fun. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious.

Nice cozy cabin Positive: The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The game room was a great bonus, and the host was very responsive. Negative: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only issues were that the jacuzzi never worked, and the entrance is downhill, so a 4WD vehicle is needed.
Perfect place for a large family gathering. My extended family came together to spend Thanksgiving in the mountains, and this home accommodated all of us comfortably. The layout provided plenty of privacy for the college-aged kids without disturbing parents and grandparents at night. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully secluded, with fantastic amenities. Kelly, our host, was helpful, friendly, and proactive throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the perfect house for a big family who wants to stay in and rest! The game room was a HUGE hit with our babies and men! Kelly provided everything you could possibly need- down to Zip-loc bags in the kitchen! Everything was so thoughtfully provided, and the area is AMAZING!! We will definitely be back!
We absolutely loved our stay in this home! We live on the lake in SC, so finding something that tops our home never happens. Well, not until our stay here. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub and well appointed spaces, but most importantly, this house just felt like home. The kitchen and house supplies were well stocked and thoughtful. Our family has stayed in Wolf Laurel a hand full of times, as well many other AirBnB’s along the southern east coast and our family unanimously made this home our favorite of all our stays. Our host was so kind and very responsive while not being overwhelming. We will definitely be back as long as the owners will have us.
