Denise was an amazing host! She was very helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with a great location close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. We were in town for my son’s funeral, and having a peaceful space to unwind and decompress during such a difficult time meant so much to our family. We enjoyed the home so much that we decided to extend our stay. We truly appreciated Denise’s hospitality and would definitely recommend this property!

This was our 2nd stay here and we loved it again! The house is nicely renovated and very clean in a convenient midtown location. Denise is always very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to stay here again!

Great home in Cooper Young. Convenient and easy!

This condo was exactly as it was shown. The walk in shower was great! The kitchen was very spacious. There was both a den and a living room. The bedrooms were very nice, however, the beds were too soft for our taste.

House is in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Cooper Young area and to the Liberty Bowl. Host responded quickly to any questions. Check in and out was easy.

Denise was kind and very responsive. The home was clean and lovely and perfect for the sports arena we need to be at all weekend 2 minutes away driving. It was so otherwise perfect I hate to have a complaint. The posting, amenity list on the description and pictures were a bit deceiving. While we do take responsibility for not seeing the line regarding hot tub not for guest use within the additional description. After reading it we thought that meant, if we have additional guest, for liability reasons. Not advertised but for the renter, as the posting specifically boasts HOT TUB and it is listed as a rental amenity. We chose the house for the hot tub first then the great location. Not only for myself but, for my achy athlete son after his games. I have to say, though that was thoroughly disappointing; Denise was an AWESOME host she provides a beautiful home and if it isn't a hot tub you are looking for then 1000 percent worth it. Also nice peaceful neighborhood with nice neighbors.

The house was in excellent condition. Lots of open space but had all the amenities we needed. We felt safe and secure in the house and neighborhood. We didn’t experience any negative issues. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Denise’s place! The location was perfect close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like a peaceful retreat. Great place My friends, and I rented this place for Memphis in May bbq competition. Place was amazing very clean and very close to the park. Everything about it was good for us. Had no issues. Good neighborhood with lots of food in walking distance. I’d book it again very happy with the place

This house was super clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was walkable to our family who live in the area, as well as to SEVERAL charming restaurants in the Cooper-Young area. For the money, it couldn’t be beat.

Beautiful clean home in a great neighborhood

We loved Denise’s place. It was the perfect location to walk to various restaurants while still feeling like a quiet residential street. The house was very clean and had good amenities. We have a team of people who stayed at various airbnbs, but Denise’s place was the best one to meet due to lots of seating, many surfaces at which to work, and the open concept floor plan. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Baby Blessing Came to Memphis for family gathering. The house was beautiful. Everything was nicely decorated and well thought out. I will stay here everytime i return to Memphis. Great job!

Our stay at Hailey's place was a great place for 3 women to stay. It was neat, clean, beautifullly decorated, easy acccess to get in, plenty of room, had a well-furnished kitchen, and was very comfy. The location was great. We ate at a couple of restaurants in the neighborhood and the food was delicious. All in all, we would definitely recommend Hailey's place. Thanks for a great stay!

Memphis in May Enjoyed our stay for Memphis in May BBQ cooking competition! This house was perfectly located for easy walking to and from the festival for the entire weekend. We will definitely look into booking this property again for next year!

such a great place to stay in the middle of Memphis. the house is immaculate and beautifully appointed. We had a great time walking to multiple great restaurants and bars. We will definitely use this as our annual get together space again.

Perfect Location This was the perfect location to all sites in Memphis, safe neighborhood, walkable to restaurants. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Although it may need some extra seating, we were a party of 6 and we had to pull chairs from the dining room to all gather in the living room, not a big deal. We had a fun time in Memphis and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a good rental.

Cooper Young Gem My family and I came to Memphis for a very special weekend and this house was absolutely perfect for us. Three bedrooms for two couples and a single and there was plenty of space and privacy as needed. Wonderful open kitchen with a great island for eating and chatting, had everything we needed. Perfect location in cooper Young, steps away from great restaurants, shops, coffee bars, etc. and ten to fifteen minute drive to all of the tourist attractions. It really helped to make our special weekend even more special!

Travelled to Memphis from Canada for 10 days. We are soooo glad we stayed here. The amenities of the home and the location was perfect only 10 minutes from any major attraction in Memphis. The beds were so comfortable and the house very clean. Thank you for helping contribute to our Memphis memories! We can’t wait to stay again!

Nearly Perfect Our family absolutely loved this house! What we loved: The home was beautiful! It had a great layout with an open concept and was very spacious and welcoming. The kitchen and primary suite bathroom were amazing. All the beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows and blankets and even the towels in the bathroom. The home had nice amenities and I would rate it 9/10 for cleanliness. (The baseboards throughout the home need wiped down really good.) The location as far as proximity to the places we were in town for (St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and then the zoo and Bass Pro Shop, Tanger Outlets in MS) was very convenient. What we weren’t so crazy about: We didn’t realize the home was less than half a mile from a heavily used railroad track and just a few miles from the airport. There was considerable noise from both throughout the day AND night! The biggest downfall with this place though is the neighborhood and the parking!! The home is located on a narrow, crowded street with people parking on both sides of the street. This made it incredibly difficult to back out of the driveway in a minivan. The neighborhood smells like marijauna and we saw a homeless man dumping his trash in our trash can one morning. Like many urban areas, some of the other homes on the street were nice and well maintained, but many were rundown. It’s definitely not a neighborhood you’d feel safe taking a stroll through.

My stay at Haley's place was great. it was clean, spacious, and quiet. I needed last minute accommodation and Haley was there to help. There was many restaurants within walking distance. I would love to stay again🥰
