Never met Peter in person but he was a pleasure to work with via emails and left the unit in good condition. Nice place, great location on the island, clean, worked well for us. Renovated kitchen and baths were very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Community is quiet, landscape well maintained with good facilities. We would rent again.
