Teresa was a wonderful guest during her stay with us. She respected the home and house rules. It was a pleasure to host her stay! Place is on 3rd floor. No elevator. Was difficult for elderly guest. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Had to dry hair elsewhere. Lightbulbs blown in bathroom were never fixed despite calls requesting this (it was too dark). Broken trash can lid. Broken patio blinds. Very dirty patio. Dirty washing machine which leaked water onto the patio. Maintenance had to be called three times for cable TV repairs. Went 48 hours without TV. Very dirty ice maker with mold on ice. We sent them pictures. Master closet door broken. On positive note beds were comfortable. We like midnight cove 2 grounds which was clean. And we’ve rented in this resort before but we did not like this particular condo. It needs general maintenance issues resolved. For the price we paid, this did not meet basic expectations. I’ve never given a negative review on an Arbnb until this one but I’m being honest. I travel a lot and my expectations are not excessive or unrealistic. Fix the issues before renting is my advice.

Great place for a family vacation!

The place was nice but a hike to the beach. Had to walk to third floor ( didn’t know as I’d had a recent knee replacement). The deck had a lovely view but very uncomfortable high top chairs only & once I locked the door couldn’t reopen it. Needed wd40. No place in cupboard to put food but many duplicates of kitchen items which could be culled. Hard to find place to pick up keys - GPS didn’t send us to the right spot & unit was then hard to find in the dark. Never did figure out how to get tv in living room to work.

View and location are excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as advertised. It even included great weather. 😊 We will stay in this complex again.

The property was clean with great view of boats thru canal. Wish there were elevators to 3rd floor. Hard lugging up suitcases up stairs. The pickup and drop off of keys not on property.
