Perfect size, layout and location for our girls weekend. The house sits up on hill overlooking the mountains with great seating to take in the sunrise/sunsets. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our inquiries leading up to our stay. Looking forward to coming back!
The Red Cottage is a beautiful property with stunning views. If you like sitting in the morning and watching the sun rise, this is the place. The cottage is very nice, set on a property with 2 other houses. The kitchen/living room is a bit small, but the bedrooms are a nice size. The entire cottage has a cozy and comfortable vibe. We would definitely stay again.

The grounds were so beautiful, full of wildlife! The bathrooms were well stocked. The bedrooms and living spaces were clean and comfortable! We appreciated the fire starters that were left! I would definitely stay again!
Overall a great experience and would love to return. We didn’t realize it was only window unit a/c in the primary bedroom and the kitchen, but the fans that were provided aided in keeping it cool.

Very remote tranquil location. Lovely. Make sure you print off the instructions for accessing the property before you leave home as there is no cell reception at the property (but they have good WiFi)
Such a charming and cozy cottage in the woods, just what we hoped for as a break from city life.
We enjoyed our weekend stay at the cottage! We really loved getting cozy by the fire and looking out onto the snow-covered landscape. The bedrooms were comfy and the vibes were tranquil. Given that we were snowed in, we didn’t get to make much use of the outdoor grounds and amenities, so the living + dining room area did start to feel crowded for five people; therefore, I think this would be an even better space in the warmer months. Another PSA is that the shared parking area (right outside the cottage) has 6-8 spots for three units on the property, which means you might see other guests walk by your window occasionally and there is a small chance all parking spots fill up. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would come back again!

Beautiful valley and mountain vistas made for nice scenery throughout our stay. The outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch and perfect for evening relaxation. The cottage itself is newly updated, stocked and cozy, and despite its size, it comfortably sleeps six adults. One thing future guests should know: the listing could be clearer about the property setup. There are two other homes on the property - one large house and one smaller one - located about a few hundred feet from this cottage, so it’s not the secluded getaway it might appear to be. The shared driveway means you may see other cars in the shared driveway. While this didn’t ruin our experience, it would be helpful for the listing to set proper expectations about the shared nature of the property for anyone seeking complete privacy.
Lovely cabin! Clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We all agreed we would stay there again next time we are in the area.
Wide angle lenses provide a much more spacious view of a cozy cabin. Not really much room for 5 people to relax - the living and dining space bleed in to each other and can’t really tell from the photos how tight the shared spaces are. I really believe Air BnB should list the square footage of spaces that advertise on the site

Pristine cottage with gorgeous views from the front terrace. Quiet relaxing and beautiful location. Comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are cosy but equipped with everything you need. I will look to stay again anytime I’m in the area.
