We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Wonderful cabin with lots of entertainment for the kids. We had a great time. The few issues we noticed were that the cabin could use a little TLC. A few loose railings, buttons on fireplaces and hot tub needs to be replaced, couch downstairs seems broken in the middle, games could use some care, TV and fireplace did not work in downstairs bedroom.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We spent an extended weekend here with a friend group and our dogs, and we absolutely loved the place. Instructions to get in were very clear, the host was very communicative through the entire booking, and they offered tons of free and discounted activities for us to use to explore the area. The cabin was easy to find and even easier to park (very often a struggle on these mountains). The hosts provided us with plenty of amenities for our 3-night stay and we all felt very much right at home.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy—everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was definitely the highlight and made the stay even better. We only booked for the weekend and honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful, comfortable getaway!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! By far, the best place we have stayed in Tennessee! Very clean and spacious! The lower level was perfect for the 4 young boys . Kitchen had everything that we needed. The location was perfect! Only a 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! “Perfect Cabin Getaway in Sevierville, TN!” I recently stayed in a beautiful cabin in a gated community in Sevierville, Tennessee, and it was truly an amazing experience. The location felt incredibly safe and secure, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time there. The cabin was spotless! The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh white sheets and fluffy towels readily available. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards of hygiene and comfort. All the equipment in the cabin was in excellent working condition – from the kitchen appliances to the entertainment amenities. I didn’t encounter any issues, but it was reassuring to know that a maintenance professional was available and on-call in case anything came up. The gated community also added a layer of exclusivity and peace to the experience. It was serene, quiet, and the perfect retreat for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge. I highly recommend this cabin.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This place was more than we imagined. We loved our stay and were sorry we didn't stay longer. Everything was very clean, the cabin was well equipped. We were a family of 10 and we had beds for everyone. Very comfortable beds and a very spacious cabin, we had a spectacular stay. Having 3 bathrooms and a half bathrooms was a must. The place was very quiet and the best thing was that it was private, you couldn't enter that neighborhood if you weren't staying there. We loved the Christmas decorations. In short, we want to go back and we are already recommending the place to friends and family.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! One big disappointment was there were a lot (50-75) of what appeared to be lady bugs all over the house.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Overall nice cabin. It was decorated super cute for Christmas and was a nice size cabin. It was difficult to control the temperature inside. It would be too warm or too cold. The bedroom on the lower level has a jacuzzi tub, which I was very excited about, but the jets didn’t work. Also within the same room the fireplace didn’t work either. I let the host know and was told they would put in a work order but no one came to fix it. Again overall nice cabin just some amenities that I wish we could have utilized since we paid a hefty price. It was super close to pigeon Forge which was great!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us! There is nothing to complain about. The floor is unlevel near the stove in the kitchen from settling but wasn't a big deal. This wasn't my first rodeo so I've learned to bring a swiffer to mop the floor when checking in because it simply isn't done in any of them. Also no big deal. There was a new grill, all of the amenities worked. They had an Alexa which was spotty because mountains and wi-fi don't mix. Nothing to be done about that. We walked our dogs on leashes to relieve themselves. This is definitely something to keep in mind. The walk is not easy. You are in the mountains so if you are not physical in the least then this may not be the best spot for you and your fur babies. Best cabin ever. Will book again with Eden Crest. If you read the review left from Christmas, DISREGARD it! It had me in a panic for absolutely no reason!

It was very clean and spacious. It was close to everything. I would’ve preferred to be higher with better views but it was still very nice. The 2nd hot tub was not working at all.
