Wonderful location and easy walk to town. House was very comfortable and super clean. We felt right at home! We loved how private it was yet accessible to restaurants and Aspen. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would rent again in a heartbeat!!
This is a beautiful, comfortable home with character in a quiet residential area but close to all the fun activities in town. Comfy beds, functional kitchen, quality materials, and beautiful spaces. Not the typical soulless Aspen rental, it feels homey and like it has hosted many happy vacations. Great customer service and overall an incredibly comfortable house and a great stay.
Great house in a good location in Aspen. Host was very responsive. Paths were shoveled in snowstorm. Heat worked great. Lovely gas fireplace. Would come back.

I rented this property December 22nd - 26th, 2024 and it was just perfect! The location is in a cute neighborhood; about 3 minutes from downtown. The house was clean, spacious and the neighbors were very nice. We really enjoyed the views and it seemed to snow on queue like in a Hallmark movie! We enjoyed spending time around the fireplace and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains. The staff at Boutique Mountain are EXCELLENT! They sent multiple, timely communications with details about our stay, so

The home was gorgeous & exactly as described. The location couldn?t be better- just minutes walking distance from downtown Aspen with tons to do. The house has everything you need and more. Would highly recommend staying here for your Aspen visit if you?re coming with family / friends! Would stay again.
