We had an amazing company retreat! The home has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and great space for gathering a large group. Plenty of activities to do at the home including pool, hot tub, game room and pickle ball court. We used the pickle ball court for yoga and it was perfect! Very peaceful and private and the sunsets were to die for!! Highly recommend staying here!
We had a great stay! The property looked very similar to the photos listed on Airbnb and was spacious enough for our entire group. All of my guests enjoyed themselves, and the location was convenient to local grocery stores, shopping, and other necessities while still being very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub and pool were definitely a hit with everyone, and the kids especially enjoyed the game room. The only issue we experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which did not reach certain areas of the house. We ended up having to use our cell phone hotspots to watch TV in those areas. A Wi-Fi extender for guests would be a great addition and would make the experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the property!
Perfect house for our annual dad’s get together. The house was really well stocked with essentials. The pool was spotless and refreshing. The game room right off of the kitchen had so much fun stuff to do. All of the beds were comfortable with great bedding. I taught some of our group pickleball also. The court was good for our purposes, but not for competitive play. This was by far our favorite house and we’re on year 15 of this trip.
Thank you Kylie! We had an awesome weekend. You have a beautiful home. There was so much to do. Some had never been to the mountains and you were tucked away in a sweet spot. Restaurants and shopping was within 10 minutes. You were accommodating to our check-in/check-out. The front yard by the bamboo’s were great for pics.
We had a wonderful stay overall and would give this property 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest positive was that the house comfortably accommodated our entire group, of 14, with lots of space. The host was very attentive and responsive whenever we had a question or concern, and we truly appreciated the excellent communication. The downstairs also felt quite damp, and adding a dehumidifier would make that space much more comfortable.The landscaping is beautiful, but it has become quite overgrown in the front of the house, The gutters also appeared to need cleaning. On the back deck, it would actually be better to leave the patio without cushions than to provide cushions that have mold on them, as fresh or no cushions would create a much more inviting outdoor space. One safety concern was the wasp nest located under the deck and a bee hive near the court. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. With a few maintenance updates this could be 5 stars.
Kylie was a fantastic host. The compound was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. The surroundings were amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. And the adults enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a great stay. The area was very peaceful. They had a great game room that kept us entertained. The movie theater/gym was awesome too. Enjoyed the pool. The view was amazing. The pickleball court was not regulation size but we still had fun practicing dinking. It is a great place for a big number of people.

Our discipleship group thoroughly enjoyed our stay together! The house was full of SO many fun things from the pool to the pickleball courts to the game room to the hot tub! We loved that there was plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed as well! The view was AWESOME too! We always received a quick response when we had any questions as well! The kids LOVED it!

We really enjoyed our time here! We used this air b&b for an extended family vacation and it was perfect. The room layouts fit our family’s needs perfectly, and there were amenities for all ages!
This was a beautiful setting up on a hill overlooking mountains. The house had a lot of great common areas from a big dining room to outdoor spaces to sit. The rooms were all great sizes with lots of big beds. We had a group of 8 people and each had their own bed plus rooms we didn’t even use. The outdoor fire pit and basketball court were great for hanging out. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in and had multiple choices for coffee.

The place was amazing, we had our very small wedding on the back porch surrounded by friends and family who were all able to stay in one place. The hosts were responsive and were able to accommodate both an early check in and a late check out. The value per dollar this home provided was excellent with plenty of activities in the arcade to a pristine kitchen with plenty of dishes.
The kids loved the amenities, specifically the game room. The house is in an excellent condition and it has a lot of rooms. We felt like at home.

We ended up booking this trip when NC got hit with the winter storm and the host were very communicative and friendly about accommodations we could have to stay safe while the storm was coming through !
A beautiful house with a beautiful view! We made so many sweet memories there all together- making a campfire, playing games, going in the hot tub, and going snow tubing! Everyone said the beds were so comfortable. Definitely recommend this house for a fun family/friend getaway!

Pictures online show the house when it was new. Now old, needs updating. Ceiling fan not working and no remote, we went the week on Christmas and no decorations in the house. Pool looks like inside or heated, but could not use, covered for winter? Old dishes, pots, pans need replaced. Definitely not adequate for the cost we paid.

The Airbnb was beautiful and had beautiful views! The hosts were very friendly and the amenities were great! It was super clean. We had 16 people there for a wedding weekend and the space worked out great for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub was great! Our only complaint was that the space was cold even when we attempted to turn up the heat and with that many people the hot water ran out quickly.

Hosted a corporate meeting at the property with a team that is used to travel and having fairly high expectations. The layout of the property allowed us both great common areas, both inside and out, yet also afforded all with privacy and work spaces we needed. The views from the front porch were outstanding, and we enjoyed team meals there in the huge screened in porch, along with easy access to Asheville for dinners downtown a couple of nights. Finally, the hosts were both helpful with local information and responsive to any questions I had.

We booked this place as an end of summer stay for a family of 8 adults and 11 kids. There was so much to do and we never felt crowded. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities this house has to offer. The views are amazing and made our stay even better. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this house again.

House is older, but up to date with decor and has an amazing view. It is a bit remote which makes it feel like a real getaway especially since it's located in a very small quiet neighborhood. We were a group of 10 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom is only room I would consider on the main floor, three rooms are downstairs like in a basement and then 5 rooms upstairs. All rooms were spacious, and we all agreed the beds were super comfortable. Kids loved the game room even though a couple of the games didn’t work during our visit. We spent a lot of time cooling off in the pool during the day and then watching the sunset from the hot tub or porch. Host team is very responsive and maintain wonderful communication before, during and after to ensure you enjoy your stay.
For the 20K paid for a week for a family vacation of 11 people, I felt bamboozled. The pictures were far from accurate. I think the house will be eaten up by the surroundings and bugs within a short time frame. Stains, dirt, dust, multiple cob webs, poison ivy, clogged gutters growing trees and plants, unclean bathrooms, missing items (toilet paper holder, brita filter holder, filter for the dishwasher, etc....weird!). No smoke detector in the basement that we could find and all 3 bedrooms down there have no windows. Fire issue in my opinion. Not sure how this passes code. For 11 people we were able to use the one fridge for food, but PACKED! If you had 20+ people, I'm not sure how that would work. They need another fridge. This place needs to be shut down for 2 weeks. A deep clean is needed and the front porch and back screened in porch need some TLC with new paint. Could be a nice house if someone would actually take care of it. And pay for LANDSCAPERS!!! Weeds galore!
This place was great for our family reunion over 4th of July weekend. Beautiful views from the front porch and pool was perfect for our large group. Elliott and Kylie were very responsive and proactive throughout our stay.
Elliott and Kylie were so very kind and responsive from before we even booked their home to stay in. We had a large group of women and the house was able to easily accommodate all of us comfortably. There were issues with the a couple of the toilets and a sink, but they were so responsive and made sure the issues were resolved quickly and made it right for us. The house is older and had a lot of charm and the view from the front is gorgeous. Overall i’d definitely recommend this house for a large group - especially because the hosts and their team really care about your comfort during your stay.

Great family pad oasis The house itself was fantastic for families and the amenities offered lots of entertainment for all ages.Be aware that a couple of the rooms are set up like a “pass through” bedroom, which is fine for families, but maybe not so much for friends staying together.With the high cleaning fee we would have appreciated a little more cleanliness, but the property managers were fantastic at communicating and offering to fix any issues immediately.
Great place for the kids, they loved all of the options for things to do right at home. Hiking in the area was much more limited than I expected, we had to drive at least 20-30 min to any trailheads. But there is a really cool zip line place nearby called Navitat that we highly recommend. Town is close by for groceries and food.

A very nice house for our group, we had a great time and created beautiful memories
The house was great for our family gathering. The house was set up perfectly for our many grandchildren. I loved that the game room was just off the kitchen so the little ones could play while the adults were preparing meals. The weather was warm enough for everyone to enjoy all the yard activities. We mastered Pickle Ball, golf, basketball. The theater room was great for playing the kids video games. The bedrooms were perfect with bed to room ratio allowing the kids to have their own beds. The family room had enough chairs/large couch for us all to fit. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
Slight miscommunication on the cleaning before we got there but they were extremely helpful in fixing the situation and the communication has been wonderful the whole time. House has plenty of room and different living spaces so we were all able to hang out together or separate into different rooms and enjoy our space. House was perfect and gave us plenty to do in our off time.
We didn't spend much time in the house due to us being there to serve food for disaster relief purposes. However, we could see it was a wondeful space to get away to and would love to visit again. The beds were super comfortable. The view was great!

Great place to stay near Asheville. We ended up spending the majority of our time at the home! Positive: The view was absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed it tremendously from the hot tub and the front porch. We ended up spending the majority of our time in the home because of all the amenities the house provided. Negative: Everything was truly 10/10. Like any large house, "house things" happen, but are hosts were extremely helpful to any issues and responsive. We will definitely be returning as it was a great experience.
While Elliott and Kylie’s place has great amenities and is in a peaceful location, we were constantly on guard and could not fully enjoy the outdoor amenities due to a hornets nest which was located under the front porch stairs. We contacted the host the first day of our stay, yet it was not taken care of during our stay. We had to constantly be careful that we and our children would not get stung. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were a number of items that could have used improvement.

Our family stayed at the Elliott and Kylie household for Labor Day weekend. As always when the family gets together, we make great memories together. This weekend was no different. The location of the house was great. Tucked away on a hill with great views but only about 15-20 minutes away from Asheville. We enjoyed all of the on-site amenities especially the arcade, movie theatre, putting green, weights, pickleball, and basketball courts. They were very responsive to questions, and receptive to my feedback. We thank you for allowing us to stay there and hope that future stays there will be as enjoyable (if not better). We already recommended this listing to others!

A lot of amenities for a family friendly vacation
Family getaway We loved the amenities available- the pool and hot tub, Nintendo, pop-a-shot, pool table….perfect for teenagers. Short drive to Asheville, mountains, trails, white water rafting, ropes courses, and more. Everything was so easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Celebration of 70th Birthday! My husband and I chose this VRBO property to celebrate his 70th birthday with our family. We have 3 grandsons, ages 5 and 2. The pool, golf green, game room, and theater room kept the boys busy and entertained. One of our 2-year old grandsons walked around saying, "I'm so happy!" The setting of the VRBO was spectacular- 360 degree mountain views with not another house in sight! There were MANY small details that made our stay especially nice. For example, when we arrived on a hot July afternoon, the house was a cool 70 degrees! The coffee bar had a fabulous espresso machine. There were two large tables (one on the screened porch and one inside) that seat 8-10 and allowed all of our family to have meals together. On the front porch we found a large basket of pool towels. Thoughtfulness shows up in the details! And at the end of our stay, we didn't have to strip the beds. There were 4 easy and reasonable requests: empty the fridge, start the dishwasher, start a load of towels, and take out the trash. Easy peasy! As we got into our car to leave, I looked around at the property with a heart full of gratitude. Our family created priceless memories at this Massive Asheville Compound!
This place is great whether you have larger family or a big company of people. Have different common: large screened porch, play room, cinema also pool and hot tub. Nice location very close to shops and attractions but feels secluded. Highly recommend!
Beautiful home
A great place for family and friends! A lot of fun was had and enjoyed. The game room gave flashbacks of high school years at the mall. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any inquiries we had. Will definitely favorite for another adventure!
