Trina was a pleasure to host! This unit has potential and the area is wonderful. However, upon arrival, the key code didn’t work. Once in, the toilet was inop. The elevator was inop. The pool and spa was empty. The unit was disgusting. The filter and grate for the a/c was SO bad! The floor obviously hadn’t been mopped. The bedding had stains. This is NOT luxurious accommodation and AMI WAS NOT helpful at all! Thank goodness I booked through Airbnb as they were able to at least offer a30% refund. Once the filter was changed the unit still never cooled below 76. Stay away from AMI Locals! There were several other people in the condo complex that rented from them as well and they had the same experience with the nastiness in their units and A/C. Do not rent from AMI LOCALS
