Colby was a pleasure to host ! This place was awesome! Perfect location and distance to all nearby places. We enjoyed our honeymoon here. Renting a golf cart was great. Only complaint would be that for electric golf carts the place has no way to charge it and the owners of the building do not have access to the garage to charge it. Also if anyone is staying above the unit it sounds like Bigfoot stomping around above you so watch out for being waken up in the middle of the night or early morning but stomping noises. Other than that everything was great

Nicole was a pleasure to host This place is great for a stay right at the beach. It was clean and when we requested an umbrella, they had one sent right away. I was surprised there was no deck or porch, since most places in Florida have one of those. The pool was heated, which is nice, but they only clean it once a week according to the notes. Convenient to get to other locations in the area.
