Great place for our Family visit to Nashville. The house was fantastic. I liked the back yard and porch when we were hanging around. Very easy to Uber/Lyft to Broadway, the Gulch, etc...

House was great for our family and pups. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking over the holiday. Grill was nice outside and we really appreciated the fenced in yard for the dogs. We lucked out with mild weather so also enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole out back.

Excellent property with a great location. Very clean with great amenities. Everything you need for a family stay. The only niggle: front patio chairs and dining room chairs a little flimsy with loose joints on some; a minor safety issue.

Great Nashville Home This home was in a great location for our family’s stay in Nashville. It was relatively close to Broadway, close to the freeway and within walking distance of the farmers market and the Capitol. The home was clean and as described. We enjoyed our stay.

This beautiful, clean, well stocked home provided the perfect setting to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation! The responsive hospitality made a logistically difficult weekend easy to pull together! We loved gathering around the generous table for meals and the cozy couch and fireplace gave us sweet times of conversation and laughter! It was perfect especially for our 1yo grand daughter….crib, high chair, baby gates, blackout shades, and pristine floors! Thanks for making our time together so special!

Awesome Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood Stayed here with family for Thanksgiving. The home was lovely (they have bocce!) and the property managers were amazing. They checked in with us and made sure we had all the pots and pans we needed to cook TG dinner and accommodate our whole group and were just downright wonderful (even brought us a holiday pie!). The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood outside of downtown, but it's either a quick car ride or a half-hour walk to Broadway. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay! My family stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great. And the host was very responsive. Although the main floor is open concept, there is limited seating in the TV area. And the couches are lower to the floor so it's not ideal for seniors because the only "normal" height seating is the kitchen chairs.

Great place with lots of space! If you’re looking for a cozy, yet big place, this is for you! We rented this place to celebrate several birthdays in our family. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway, and a 15 minute ride to the airport. We will definitely stay again if we come back!

Perfect for our family We met family from Alabama for a holiday visit and had to bring our dog. The Maple House was perfect for us. It was bright and clean and spacious and had everything we needed! Instructions were spot on and getting in and out a breeze. A very lovely stay.

Great family Christmas vacation The owners were very responsive making check in smooth and anytime we messaged them during the week the responded promptly. The house is exactly as described. Location was great with adequate space for parking, since we had 3 vehicles this was very important. My only suggestion would be to add more seating in the living room. We had 10 people. The house fit us wonderfully except to be able to watch tv together. We had an absolute wonderful time and enjoyed this home very much!

Loved our stay! Plenty of room for my big family and the outside area was perfect to pass time. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. The location was great. It’s an area that looks like it’s in the works of being renovated into what will be a great area! We also loved the welcome gift- great tasting wine. Highly recommend!

The Maple House was gorgeous. The backyard (minus mosquitoes) was amazing. The house itself was great. The beds were comfy and the bathroom ratio was great. We have a large family and we had lots of room. The location of the house felt safe enough and we were able to walk to quite a few places during the day other areas were a quick Uber ride away. Brandon and his team were easy to work with and responsive.

Fabulous stay. We loved the house, especially the number of beds/bedrooms. We had plenty of space.Maybe the hot water heater could be a little larger; it seemed like we ran out of hot water during showers. Maybe some more seating area in living room.Wound up being a great location; very central.But those are my preferences and not a reflection on the property at all. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting our get-together!

We had a great stay at The Maple House. The house was extremely clean and when we needed help with something they were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the area and we loved the house so much! It was very big and had a lot of activities and fun stuff for us to do. It was very close to broadway too which was also a huge plus for us. The beds were also insanely comfortable. Overall, we would def stay again! Great house for a big party of friends.

Great getaway location Wonderful set up with tons of space and fun games in the backyard to enjoy. Easy to navigate with a group with clear communication from the owners and a simple door system to access. Short car/Uber ride to tons of fun stuff, not as much in walking distance. Overall a great experience and would gladly do this location again for trips to Nashville. The Nashville area was a blast with plenty to see and do.

Superb You wonder is it like in the pictures? With this property it was everything like the pictures. The house is so beautiful. My friends and I loved everything about the stay. The hosts were amazing and always were checking in and making sure we were ok. The host were awesome with communication and always responsive to my questions. Close enough to broadway for a short uber. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The house accommodated our group very well. Positive: The house was great. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Negative: Needed more chairs for the kitchen table. Huge table but only 6 chairs. Soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The backyard amenities weren’t well maintained. Cooler was extremely dirty as was the furniture outside. Could have used more bath towels.

Fabulous location and house for a group! The house was beautiful, spacious with very comfy beds! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of seating for all of us to gather for meals and games. Downtown or Broadway was a quick Uber ride away. Loved the outdoor seating in the mornings with our coffee. Peaceful and charming neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Host was excellent, very responsive and kind. The house was the perfect, very clean, and well stocked. Close to everything and was in a safe location to walk around. It is right by the train tracks and a busy highway so keep that in mind for light sleepers. Having a fenced in front yard was perfect. The backyard was very nice but the leaves mixed with rain made it incredibly slippery especially on the wood path. I almost fell multiple times taking my dog out that I told the rest of my family to not go out back or be very careful. The couch was comfortable, however very very low to the ground. It made it hard for my elderly mother to sit and get back up so she just used the kitchen chairs. Beds were so comfortable and the showers/water pressure was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying at The Maple House for your next adventure in Nashville!

The perfect stay! From my own scheduling debacle being dealt with more professionalism than I could have ask for to the great location, spot on communication, welcome basket, convenient parking right in front of the house to the great fenced backyard for my pup! Would def stay again!

❤️ AMAZING stay! 10 out of 10 recommend! Have no fears staying here! Will be back for sure! Near everything! Loved the super comfy beds/plush bedding. Large comfortable furniture everywhere even outside on the decks. Enjoyed coffee in the cushioned large lounge rocking chairs on the 2nd story deck off the master bed room each morning. Loved hanging out on the covered lower back porch letting the dogs run around the completely private, securely fenced back yard. Back yard has big beautiful shade trees, corn hole, basketball hoop, bubbles, fire pit, large wood chairs, a hammock and perfect areas for dogs to potty. The front yard is also fenced. All kinds of extras included and thought of that go way above and beyond! Perfect for pets and families small to large. Gorgeous home! Host responded right away, so helpful, even arrived to goodies as a gift from the host ❤️

Great Stay Amazing stay !! The property had attention to details. Welcome cookies and wine was so delightful, really enjoyed the treats. Also, doggies accessories such as poop bags, bowls, blankets , and ball was so thoughtful.

The layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples traveling. We all had our own space and then a few common spaces. Every room was well appointed with closet space I wanted to take home with me! Lol The house was clean, and most little issues we had were quickly rectified. The house isn't quite as close to Broadway as we had hoped, but UBER saved the day! The street the house is on is nice, but just down the block is an area with factories, which was daunting. The farmer's market, which has great casual food choices, is about a 10 minute walk. Overall great stay.

Nashville stay at Maple house We stayed for a week in Nashville with 3 other couples. The house was plenty big enough, with very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Had some issues with the wifi and tvs but that could just be our lack technical abilities. The area is in transition but we felt comfortable enough walking around during the day. Would definitely recommend the Maple House we had a great time in Nashville.

Spacious Home close to Broadway We had four couples spend four nights here celebrating my husband’s 50th and this house worked out great! Very spacious and nicely appointed home. A quick and easy Uber ride to Broadway, the Gulch and many other great areas around Nashville. The only thing we felt was missing were a few simple amenities like Kleenex more ice cube trays or ice maker and some basic cooking spices so you don’t have to buy it all when you come. We know these items aren’t required but we stay in rentals a few times a year and find these additions very useful.

3 couples, and plenty of room for more people! Beautiful home, with lots of living areas, outdoor space, and friendly neighbors. Super clean, and the staff was easy to reach when we asked for referrals in the area. We will be back!

We loved our stay here, more than adequate for a large group and was incredibly easy via Uber to get to Broadway.

Great property! This property perfectly accommodated our group of 6-10 adults (varied by night). House was well furnished and spotless. Property manager was highly responsive and accommodating. Check-in/Check-out was super easy. Short Uber or good walk to Broadway, Gulch, Germantown, etc.

We were a family of eight and stayed at this house for four nights. We wanted a lodging that had a table big enough for us all to sit, eat, and play games together, and this house was perfect for that. The sofas were ample and there was lot of public space. We never felt cramped. The back yard was very nice, though we were not able to make use of it due to the cold weather and our busy schedule. The house is very polished and orderly. On the downside, the heater, once it turned on, did not turn off and ignored any temperature set on the thermostat. This required us to figure out how tricks to turn it on and off manually, often in the middle of the night. The hosts knew about this issue, and tried to fix it, but were unable to. Upon checkout, we checked under the beds to find three poops under one of the beds. Obviously the cleaning crew had not properly checked this area. After complaining to Airbnb staff, we got a refund of the cleaning fee.

Beautiful house to stay in for a girls trip! So close to downtown, has everything you need! The porch and backyard are amazing. Couldn’t say enough great things!

Bachelorette trip The house was perfect for me and my 8 friends/family for my bachelorette party. We all got our own bed to sleep in, which were very comfortable. The house was very clean and it has all the essentials. The host was available for all the questions I had and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing back yard!

Excellent stay, beautiful house and great amenities!

The location is convenient but the actual neighborhood is being gentrified. The main upstairs bedroom bed is not as firm as it should be - indented and could be more comfortable. We had an issue with all of the towels not being dry before they were placed in each room. The communication was excellent and check-in process too.

Our stay was amazing. Had the best time and check-in and checkout was so seamless. Having the beautiful backyard made for awesome nights hanging out and talking and enjoying the atmosphere. We were close enough to the city, but far enough away to have quiet nights for sleeping. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and held us comfortably. Our host was awesome and always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

I feel like if anything, they undersell this place… What an absolutely beautiful house. I was really impressed. Not only is it incredibly spacious, but it’s just fantastically lovely. I cannot believe how big the main bedroom was which fortunately I had to myself. It’s rare that I get a spot on Airbnb and really feel like it’s something special and this was definitely one of those.

The house was very clean and location worked great for us. Our only recommendation would be additional seating in the family room.

Nice property but some issues that need atte tion.... Nice property, great backyard and centrally located for access downtown but a few areas of concern: 1. deck was dirty...cushions not clean, walls need paint or washing, top rail has exposed nails on cap board.2. saw roaches twice inside house3. Monday morning found homeless man sleeping on deck couch, suggest you urge guests to lock all gates in yard, we only locked house doors....the young man was polite and apologized and but not a good surprise for guests with morning coffee on the deck.- Wifi issues, neither network or password allowed us to have wifi on propefty.

Everything was great, a little pricey but still a good time. AC in rooms kinda was up and down and got hot at night. Other than that everything was accommodating and not far from anything yet not super close either.

This space and house was beautiful and very comfortable. We felt right at home and loved the spacious porch and fun filled backyard. The bed in the upstairs main bedroom was so comfortable. The showerhead and water pressure were great ! The house had everything you needed including a TV in each bedroom, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and a great place to hang out with friends or family. The hosts were also wonderful and very responsive/helpful when needed. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.

This place was great. From the location, to the cleanliness, to the host response time, to the many extras; this place was perfect. Very close to downtown Nashville and very easy to get to, with parking in front and back. There was plenty of space for visiting, plenty of towels, plenty of beds and plenty of little extras around the house. The home was very clean and neat. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots & pans and other cookware. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house, great communication, not 5 bedrooms We truly enjoyed our stay and the house. Beds were SUPER comfy. Property listing led ya to believe there were 5 bedrooms and that’s not the case so we had to adjust some sleeping situation when we arrived. Also the refrigerator water/ice aren’t working and didn’t the whole time we were there. Super convenient location. Walk from the Farmers Market. Short Uber or scooter ride to downtown. Overall great experience.

Great place to stay

Had a great time Great location and enjoyed the home. The top of the kitchen cabinets had a HUGE amount of dust on them I know it is a hard area to reach but they are such a blatant view from the 2nd floor banister walkway and we all mentioned and noticed it right away. Many of the blind pulls were broken and door handle in bottom floor bedroom was broken.
