Kelly was a pleasure to host! Great spot for our family for spring break! Walkable to beach and food. The backyard pool was also great for family hangouts.

Excelente ubicacion de la casa,contacto con el dueño sin problemas y rapido,el dia que llegamos los alrededores de la piscina estaban apagados, y al otro dia resolvieron la situacion temprano,distribucion de las habitaciones excelente,En general muy buena la estancia en este lugar..aunque la casita necesita mejorar y actualizar la decoracion y algunos utensilios.
Kerianne was a pleasure to host! Very comfortable, loved the pool and hot tub. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and shops.

Brent was a pleasure to host! The house was awesome, we had so much fun. We walked to the beach everyday and very good restaurants right down the street. We love anna maria island. We would definetly go back we made awesome family memories

This did not feel like a beach vacation home. Shutters made it feel very dark and isolated from the the beautiful surroundings. The primary bedroom advertised a king size bed, it was not, it was a queen. Response from management was that “furnishings are subject to change.” The walls, doors, and baseboards were dirty and in bad condition, some rotting and/or damaged throughout the home. The steps leading up to the front door are in bad need of sanding and repainting. The outdoor pool area was run down - umbrella was broken and falling apart, part of the siding was melted, yard was not cleaned up or trimmed, and debris/fallen mangoes were left behind in the yard. The pool was upwards of 93 degrees. The gulf was cooler than the pool. Hot water was coming from the jets yet we were told multiple times the heater was not on. It did not cool down at all until the last day. It felt like we were staying at a run down hotel. We have stayed on AMI 6-7 times and this was by far the most disappointing experience.
What a wonderful place to spend time. The hot tub and pool are much better than I expected. 2 blocks to the best cinnamon roll I have ever had! Thank You

The beds were comfy and clean. The house was clean, but had a mildew smell upon entering. The rest of the house was cute and clean, however is in dire need of an upgrade/remodel - it’s just an old house - but comfortable- the sofa in the living room was recently replaced (different from pics) and very comfortable. The outdoor area was ok - again - old and did not feel clean - the storage area under the home had an overpowering mildew smell and we didn’t want to use anything that might have been in there because if it. The hot tub was not hot - we knew the “pool” was not heated during certain months, but was very disappointed to find neither was the hot tub - I mean - what’s the point there. Overall the house was comfortable but with all the other issues, not worth the price and we would pick a different place next time.
