Great property and responsive management. Came here with another couple, two newborns, and a dog and had a picturesque fall getaway. Well appointed home that felt very private on its own wooded hill

We had our wedding at a local venue and needed a place for our relatives to stay with bedrooms on the ground floor. Manderley house was perfect and close to where the celebration was taking place. The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The surrounding area is also peaceful and fun to explore. We would highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

Great property and very well kept and managed by the host. Ideal for a weekend family gathering. Very good food stores and restaurants within a short driving distance makes it a very convenient location despite its country location.

The house is really great. Large rooms, spacious (though there a lot of steps if that's an issue for anyone in your group), well appointed and lots of kitchen equipment, as well as very clean. The pool was not clean when we arrived but management had it cleaned a day later. The major issue we had was that the trash hadn't been picked up for several days before we arrived (the barrel was left outside the front door and was 3/4 full), and when we requested that it be removed the management company was responsive but didn't have the trash removed for six more days). Terrific house and pool area, but with some management and detail issues during our stay...

A great escape from city life for a holiday weekend with friends. Hosts were very responsive and the house feels like a home - well appointed and squeaky clean. We will be back!

The house is extremely well designed and thoughtfully put together — it clearly feels like a well-loved home rather than a generic rental. The kitchen is truly a cook’s dream, beautifully equipped and a pleasure to use for proper meals rather than just the basics.\n\nThe property offers plenty of privacy, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to spend time if you appreciate style, comfort, and a quiet, well-considered home base.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and farm stands. The home itself was comfortable, and well cared for. We especially loved the beautiful fenced in backyard and the pool. The team at Red Cottage was communicative and easy to reach with any questions we had. Highly recommend!
