Great house near the beach with endless entertainment for kids of all ages. The basketball/pickleball court was incredible. We watched football on the back porch, swam in the pool, shot basketball, played pickleball, and loved the neighborhood with a super quiet road. We were in town to attend a wedding, but we had a great time at the house as well. Our hosts were great. They didn’t bother us, but were very quick to respond when I messaged them. I highly recommend the house and the hosts.
We had a great stay overall! The location was ideal, and the house had so many amenities that made it really enjoyable for our family. We loved having the pool, putt putt, and pickleball court, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. There were also plenty of entertainment options, which was a nice bonus with a larger group and a baby. We did run into an issue with one of the showers during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and had someone come out on a Saturday to address it, which we really appreciated, although unfortunately the issue returned afterward. There were also a few areas where the cleanliness and general upkeep of the home could use a little more attention. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and felt the home had a lot to offer. With a few small improvements, this would be a perfect space to have a family vacation/getaway!
The property was amazing! We loved our stay. A short 15 minute drive to the beach and Anna Maria Island. The house was beautiful and the pool and outdoor amenities were great! We had a few issues but the hosts worked with us and were quick to respond.
Pool full of hair, wouldn’t come clean it for us to enjoy, mold in home left sick bugs full trash reported them to the BBB

“It feels like home” Positive: We like the pool, all the amenities, the kitchen the house was full stacked, very clean and great location. Amazing host, very attentive and willing to help.
There was good and bad with house but has potential for being a great rental. Good: The outside area was wonderful. The pool was great for guests of all ages. Additional activities outside were a plus for our stay. Bad: Bed was broken in master bedroom. Was advised bed could not be fixed and a new bed would not arrive for 2 days later. Drain in bathroom shower was clogged which required a plumber to come out. Hanging chairs unable to be used due to hardware not being available. Old pizza box sitting on top of fridge when we arrived. Bunk bed room is in a converted garage (just heads up) Team members notified of issues. Responses back were very general and very few solutions were given to the multiple problems. Took an entire day of back and fourth messages before be were offered a new house due to the ongoing issues. The house has great space and wonderful amenities and hopefully will be a great rental for others in the future.
We had a small inconvenience but Kyle and Nicole’s took care of it. We had a great family week our children’s and family were very pleased with the hospitality and what the house had to offer for entertainment. We will definitely have this home in our go back list if we ever decide to return back. Thank you again to Kyle and Nicole! Your home is amazing!
