Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Very spacious. Noticed gas leak smell and they were quick to arrive and resolve that. Some of the earlier reviews noted that general upkeep has been lacking. Was a decent place to stay but a little more effort into maintaining the property could make it much nicer.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Where do I begin… Not decorated for Xmas like said One kitchen towel and wash rag for 11 people to use all week Xmas tree lights not working Barstools downstairs broke when sat on Smelled gas and had to call fire department to be sure we were safe 8 forks for 11 people Kitchen not well stocked with enough cooking bowls 8 coffee cups for 11 people Ceiling fans only for “decoration” in a room with 20 foot ceilings so no air circulation Dryer makes loud squeaking sound when used

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The cabin itself was very roomy and plenty of seating for our entire group. I think the upkeep could have been a little better. There were cobwebs, and stuck on spots of stuff on the floor. The front stairs leading into the house need to be repaired, and there’s a large hole in the front yard right off the porch. There also wasn’t enough kitchen mixing bowls for cooking for such a large group. I let them know about the issues and they said they would address them.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! First impression was the front porch missing a step and the poop covered front porch and chairs. House needs a lot of exterior maintenance with carpenter bees eating up the siding in areas. Had to trim tree branches in order to use the grill. Spa area needs better lighting. Had to wait for maintenance workers to fix a leak. Gave Eden Crest a list of items that should be addressed with multiple items on it. Eden Crest was very nice but house definitely needs better cleaning crew and maintenance crew. The house could be in such better shape. If it was my investment I would want my asset maintained a lot better.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with a family trip. This house felt like home, with plenty of room for 4 families. The large dining table was perfect for family meals & playing games. Everyone loved having their own jacuzzi tub and the kids loved the game & movie rooms. Rustic home surrounded by trees & hot tub on a screened in porch! Thank you for a lovely stay with our families.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This is a beautiful location and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and not too far from Gatlinburg. Our family enjoyed the stay. We had family from Michigan, TN, and Florida. Although they stayed at several different cabins in the area, they were able to come over to this cabin for meals. It has beautiful shared spaces and a good kitchen and a great backporch area. I would recommend this place.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The location and the size of the cabin was great , hot tub jets were missing, dryer wouldn’t work , the front step needs to be replaced with a larger one, the stone step going into house needs to be repaired. The stove needs to be replaced the top is totally wore . Just remember to look around and take pictures of things your not to sure of . The manager was very apologetic and gave us a small refund for our troubles . Good luck.

Thank you for staying with Eden Crest. We hope you have a great stay. Hope to see you again soon! Everything was good! Only complaint that comes to mind is that the water pressure was so high it was hard not to splash when cleaning and made showering uncomfortable.

The house is in need of a thorough cleaning and updating both inside and out. Area rugs were soiled and filthy. There was pet hair all over a comforter upstairs. The master bed downstairs had grit like sand in the bed. I think the property has been neglected since pets are allowed. A shame for this property could be an excellent stay. It had a wonderful layout and floor plan for a family.
