Although the house is spacious and most of the time we were in the theme park, the house really needs some TLC. Sofa cushions are ripped, holes in the bottom of the same couch, this couch needs to be replaced, stains on the other couch, upstairs couch has a hole in it, casual chair and dining room chairs are soiled, carpet is dirty and worn, several items in the kitchen were not clean, had to wash them prior to use, ceiling fans are full of dust, in several ceramic tiles there are chips and cracks, top of trash can is outside the screen near the pool, the screen in the screen porch area has holes in it, the internet went in and out, TV in one of the bedroom would not connect to the internet when the internet was working, the sheets in one of bedrooms need to be replaced, they are very worn, the coffee carafe is the wrong size for the coffee maker, the shower curtain is too short in one of the bathrooms upstairs, the the interior of the house needs a paint job. We realize it is a rental property, however with all the issues this house has, it needs to be taken off the market for a while to have the issues taken care of.
