We had a great stay in this villa, the location was brilliant and the access to the resort was great to have. The villa was lovely and clean and was well kitted out. The communication from Kelly was great pre check in and anything that came up while we were there was quickly dealt with or answered, would recommend!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. The host was very responsive. Check-in and check-out was one of the smoothest parts of the trip and the accommodations were immaculate. I can’t wait to stay again! Because I will definitely be back. 5 star experience in a beautiful commmunity.

This property looked absolutely beautiful on the website; however, after finally reaching the property after a late flight we notice there was a clear cockroach infestation. Piles of dead ones in the kitchen walkway and the kitchen cabinets as well as in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool that is shown was also not able to be used due to the filter being broken for who knows how long there was a build up of algae and some kind of feces at the bottom. Reached out to the host telling her we would be unable to stay here due to the unsafe conditions of the home and also how the pool was unusable and that we had to secure another place to stay she seemed to be understanding of our decision but has fought us about getting a refund every step of the way. Really disappointed with how this whole situation turned out not the vacation I had planned for our family. Luckily the Margaritaville in Orlando was so accommodating and beyond beautiful it made up for a nightmare this was.

We were visiting from the UK and stayed for 18 nights at the property. (9 people) The villa was clean and well presented and spacious.The host was quick to respond to questions and when we had an issue with the TV and waste they responded quickly and kept us informed of a solution. The complex felt safe and secure with key card entry for cars and the communal pool area and lazy river were clean and good fun - and walkable. The gym was quiet and used regularly by several members of the party.The journey to Disney took just under 30 mins at most due to traffic - but was an easy route - there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets a short drive - but a car is recommended.

Kelly was the best host ever. She was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The house was amazing with a lot of amenities. The hospitality Kelley showed will make it an easy decision for us to visit her place again.

Im giving Kelly a 5 star review because of her hosting! We had some problems that occurred & Kelly proactively worked on everything that she could. She showed that she cared & that was the most important thing for us. And the house was beautiful

This was our first time in Florida. My grandkids and I wanted to go somewhere nice to do memorial celebration for my daughter. We wanted to do a balloon release but found out it was illegal. So we did a candlelight celebration with balloon by the pool. Which worked out perfect. Our stay was just what we expected. The house was clean. Kelly’s responses to me were on time. Would definitely recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place, felt at home!

It was very nice and what was expected. The unit was clean. The issues I had was extremely small and did not interfere with my family vacation. Overall it was what was expected and described and the response from Kelly was awesome and timely.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our family Disney vacation! The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent and made getting around so convenient. While we did run into a few minor hiccups during our stay, Kelly was incredibly responsive, proactive, and quick to offer solutions, which we really appreciated. From start to finish, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. We also really enjoyed the resort clubhouse area with the kids — it had such a fun, family-friendly atmosphere, plus food and drinks available which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting Disney or the surrounding area.

The house did not match the description, trash left behind from prior guests and had unpleasant smells throughout. We reported the issues, but communication and follow-up from the host were poor. We ended up contacting Airbnb and leaving the property to book another stay.

Feel like home

We did not have a clean house until nearly 11 PM, and we were left waiting in the driveway for hours without any clear communication, redlines, or a plan for how your company intended to resolve the situation. This was an unfortunate experience, but more importantly, it was handled poorly. The lack of responsiveness and organization sadly affected our stay. The house is as pictured but needs maintenance. The game room is in the garage. We could not get in and out the front door as it needed to be replaced. There is almost no cookware or bowls so cooking and preparing meals is difficult. The water filter was black with mold. The owners and the rental company need to give this property some attention.

We looked for a house that would accommodate 4 families, 8 adults and 4 kids. We were attracted to the 6 bedrooms, private swimming pool and hot tub. The extra social spaces, game room, theatre area, open kitchen and living room were also fitting for our needs and worked out as well as we could have imagined. The house was exactly as pictured in the online marketing and having a resort nearby was an extra benefit. We did pay extra to have the swimming pool heated in the event that the weather was cool so the kids would have a place to swim. Upon arrival, we quickly figured out that the pool was not heated and working properly. We notified Kelly and she worked with the pool maintenance company to get it resolved. Unfortunately, it took almost the whole week before it was functioning correctly. Kelly did stay in communication and in the end, was fair with us on the lost use of the pool and hot tub. We did spend more time at the resort and were pleased with their amenities.

My stay was great at Kelly’s, I love how responsive she was anytime I had a question or concern.

Great place. Nice layout and very comfortable. We come down to play golf for a week, and getting home to the house was great.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the games room and pool area. The house has loads of room and space to hang out. We would love to visit again soon!

Great place with tons of room. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool at house was very clean. Great neighborhood with access to resort style pool and lazy river. Excellent at communicating.

This place was absolutely perfect! Just what our family needed. The beds were a dream after busy days at the parks, cozy, spacious, we loved all the details. And Kelly was so attentive always answering our questions and really kind. We can’t wait to come back! 10/10

The property was amazing and very spacious. The decor was very nice and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the family. The entire house was very clean and inviting. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kelly’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Close to so many things to do in the area and in Orlando; great club house and she was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend!

We were a family party of 7 (age range from 62 to 6) and Kelly’s villa was perfect for us all. It was in a gated community which provided peace of mind for safety and security. We had the best stay, it had all the amenities we could ask for and use of the communal pool which was a godsend for a couple of relaxing days after the hectic pace in the theme parks. Kelly was the perfect host, so responsive to the numerous queries I raised and she was able to resolve everything quickly and with a very helpful and friendly manner from my initial queries before booking right up to the day we left. I’d highly recommend Kelly’s villa. Thanks so much.
