beautiful house but could use some attention. the bed frame in the room I used was broken. the dryer didn’t work. the hospitality company was very responsive and took care of our issues immediately including replacing the bed frame the same day. conveniently located to downtown and accommodated 11 women for a girls trip. we had a great time

Stay here! Short Ubers to Broadway and airport. Overall Airbnb was incredible and the fun design fit our group perfectly! Hallson was so accommodating, thoughtful, and went above / beyond expectations. They made our experience even better. All the girls loved getting ready together in the open ‘salon’ and we enjoyed nights on the rooftop overlooking the incredible city view. 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable and nice place for our group of six friends. Everything was clean and in great shape. The experience was really nice, with welcome snacks. We were very comfortable in the house.

I would rate this as one of my favorite places to stay. While the home is as pictured, it is even better in person. The Lyric is beautifully decorated and very well thought out. There is plenty of space for large groups. I appreciate the bedrooms being spaced out. I especially loved the makeup loft. The rooftop offers a great view of downtown Nashville with multiple seating options and lawn games. This place was made for group get togethers. There are multiple restaurant options nearby along with a grocery store. It is conveniently located to downtown while still being close to other areas. If this home is available, you should book it while you can! I will definitely be back for another visit.

Our group of eight had a very pleasant stay at The Lyric! The property was spacious, modern, and well-designed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that elevated our experience, such as a welcome basket, makeup wipes, a steamer, and extra towels. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast and snacks. There's opportunity to reduce waste by donating unopened food to a local family in need via the host —a gesture that you do not often see in rental properties. Given the hot temps, we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with its well-regulated air conditioning and spending early evenings on the rooftop deck. Getting around was easy and convenient; we took short (10–15 min) Uber/ Lyft rides to explore different neighborhoods - including grocery store pick-up. If we had couple suggestions, it would be to (1) add hooks in bathrooms—particularly the master —to make hanging/drying towels more convenient and (2) add darker curtains/ standing fan in the first floor bedroom.

The house was amazing! Very well appointed. Excellent space for our group to relax in both inside and out. Short Uber to all of the fun on Broadway and the Gulch. Highly Recommend

This home was better than the pictures. I came with a group of friends for my birthday. Everyone got their own bed, and they were super comfy. Even the couch was comfortable and big enough to sleep on. This Airbnb has everything you need in it. Even provided makeup wipes which was a nice touch for us girlies. The rooftop is spectacular except a big storm rolled in so we weren’t able to use it that much. Had a great time, and would stay here again! Only thing is do not park on the street, the neighbor came out and told us they side swipe cars. Park in the back of the Airbnb. Also the area around the place is a little sketchy but we were fine.

We had our entire family go to Nashville for Thanksgiving because our son lives there.. This place was so wonderful for our large group! This home is beautifully arranged.. so much space and comfort in every room. We were not able to use any of the outdoor spaces because of the weather.. but this place in summer or fall would be incredible!! The city view from the rooftop was amazing.. This is probably the best place we have stayed in Nashville and having a son there.. we visit a lot.. If you have a big group..this one is for you

Great stay with a fantastic rooftop views of the Nashville skyline! Loved the unique artwork and decor of the townhome. We stayed here with 3 little kids and they loved looking at all the colors!

Pros: Great house, large amount of space. Clean, comfortable, well maintained and just overall enjoyable for the family. The fire pit, rooftop deck, and grill were favorites. We will certainly be back if we vacation in Nashville again. Cons: Apparently the prior renter put trash into the outside recycling bin. This resulted in the trash not being picked up by the garbage company. We were met with a mound of trash overflowing onto the ground, with flies everywhere. Note: The host was not aware of this issue until we let them know. They were very responsive and did everything they could to get the situation resolved. I’m not sure who does their cleanup upon check out, but I think this is a one time issue, that won’t be repeated. To renters, make sure you put your trash and recycling in the right bins. To hosts, make it clear to renters if there are specific issues like which bins to use apply to your rental, as every stay is unique.

We have a big family and we all fit in perfectly here. It is a very nice house. I would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at “The Lyric” Airbnb in Nashville! The house was spacious, comfortably accommodating all 12 of us without feeling cramped. The layout was perfect for our large family, with plenty of room to relax and socialize. The highlight for us was the outdoor spaces — a gorgeous patio with seating and a cozy fire pit made for memorable evenings together. The modern design and stylish decor added a special touch to the experience. It was clear that the host thought of everything, from the well-appointed kitchen to the thoughtful amenities. Location-wise, it was a short drive to downtown Nashville, making it convenient for us to explore the city while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spacious, trendy home with great outdoor spaces!

This home was beautiful and perfect for a girl’s trip. I had an issue with the door lock and the host responded fast and resolved the issue. I would definitely book again!

Our airbnb was amazing. It was very clean on arrival, and check out was a simple process. A perfect spot for a girls weekend! We will be returning. Our favorites included the area to get ready, bedrooms and the stunning deck located on the top floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lyric. The house was very clean and beautiful. The complimentary wine, coffee and caramel corn were a nice treat! The rooftop deck had amazing views and the furniture was comfy with the screened in covering and propane fire pit. The lower deck also had comfortable furniture and a large Blackstone griddle/grill. The home had everything we needed for our family reunion, with a large assortment of glassware, cooking utensils and all of the various extras that we needed. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had, generally answering within a few minutes. It was great!

Nice large home was great for a multigenerational family gathering. Appreciate that the dining table was not bar height. Kitchen was well equipped. The heating system was struggling with the extremely cold weather, but the hosts were responsive.

The Lyric was absolutely perfect for our stay in Nashville! The home is beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the backyard fire pit was a great spot to relax in the evenings. The highlight, though, was the rooftop patio—sipping drinks while taking in the Nashville skyline was unforgettable. The location in East Nashville was ideal, close to great restaurants and just a short ride to downtown. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and well-equipped stay in the city!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was especially lovely. We really appreciated the extra supplies provided, like laundry detergent and dishwasher soap — those thoughtful touches made the stay even more comfortable. The host was very responsive and flexible, which made everything easy. The view of the city from the top deck was absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I’ve been to many AirBnbs before and this was by FAR the most beautiful one I’ve ever stayed in. We actually ended up staying in one of the nights because we wanted to utilize all the house had to offer. The beautiful decorations, the openness of the first floor, the spacious bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, rooftop with city views, backyard with fire pit, deck with a TV, GETTING READY area!!! I seriously can’t say enough good things about the property. The host was 10/10 amazing. My friend and I arrived in Nashville early and they were kind enough to let us check in early which prevented us from having to lug our suitcases around all day. Everytime I had a question, they responded within minutes and were so kind and helpful. I hope to one day return to Nashville and I’d hope to stay here. I miss it already!

Beautiful space! It was perfect for our needs. In the mornings we would walk to a nearby coffee shop and hang out on the porch. They had this really cute room with a bunch of mirrors and high chairs so we could all get ready together before going out. The roof was a great place to hang out too. The hosts were very responsive to what we needed, and the place was spotless and decorated really nicely. We loved our stay.

Beautiful, Comfy and Close to Everything! The property was beautiful and well maintained with countless amenities that made our stay very comfortable and overall wonderful! Only a 10-15 minute drive to either Opryland or downtown Nashville.
