Nice apartment with a lot of issues Positive: It was a nicel suite and the location was nice with a nice view from the balcony. Negative: I seemed to have a lot of problems checking in and parking and issues whilst I was there. I was travelling alone and had pre ordered the parking from the host and thought things would be straightforward. It was impossible to get into the car park without getting a further parking charge as I didn't have a fob for access. I had issues with this each time I both entered and exited the car park, each time having to leave the vehicle to press the button for help and explain the situation to the car park attendant to let me out. When I left for the final time the parking attendant came out and shouted at me and told me I would have to pay again to get out as I had not already paid and when I explained the situation he told me that this was not accepted in the building as it was not an air BnB. I was not able to access the building from the car park initially as I didn't have a fob and the only other option was to haul my luggage up multiple flights of stairs. When I reached the room, I had an issue with the door and I could not lock it when I left. I asked the host about this as again, I was travelling alone and did not feel safe leaving the room unlocked with all my belongings inside. The host advised that the door must lock automatically after a few moments of being closed but this wasn't the case. She then told me she would send maintenance out to fix the problem and so I had to wait in the room until midday the next day waiting on them coming, which was an issue for me as I had to cancel arrangements during my only full day in the city. After this issue being unresolved from the night before, the host then sent me a message to say that actually you had to hold the fob over the door long enough so it locks itself - this worked so my waiting around was uncalled for. The host was helpful and responsive but I felt like for the short time that I was there I was not done texting her to ask her questions or report issues.

Priced like a high end hotel without the perks to justify it. Positive: Nice view, comfortable bed, parking. Negative: High price and ad mentions parking but fails to mention this is in addition to the already high rental rate. Entering and exiting the building is confusing and annoying with two separate elevators (one you have to walk to the complete other side of the building to access) to reach the unit on the way in. It took me close to 15 minutes just to get out of the building each day due to number of floors and stops on elevator. You have to make several trips in and out when arriving to get parking fob and access to unit. Same process when leaving. Unwelcoming vibe from residents and frequent plaques and posters reiterating the building is not a hotel throughout the halls and elevators.

Absolutely brilliant location, the atmosphere in Maple Leafs Square when the game was on was fantastic. Positive: Such an amazing location within Toronto, fully equipped apartment and had everything you needed for an amazingly comfortable stay. Negative: The walk from the main entrance, to security then to the South Tower lifts was a little frustrating when you wanted to go out but that’s just my frustration and nothing to do with the hosts or the apartment itself. If there is a more direct route in and out of the building that would have been great to know.

Positive: Super tolle Unterkunft! Das Haus ist super modern und sauber, genauso wie das Apartment. Die Aussicht ist nicht zu übertreffen und auch die Lage war super zentral. Man konnte direkt in die Untergrundstadt gehen vom Haus aus, wo direkt ein großer Supermarkt war und musste dadurch nicht mal nach draußen gehen. Das Apartment war super einladend und gemütlich, ich hätte den ganzen Tag dort verbringen können. Würde ich in Toronto wohnen, würde ich gerne in diesem Apartment leben. ;) Der Check in war einfach, auch wenn man ein paar Sachen beachten muss. Alles war sauber, super Ausstattung, das Bett war bequem. Würde diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.
