Nice apartment with a lot of issues Positive: It was a nicel suite and the location was nice with a nice view from the balcony. Negative: I seemed to have a lot of problems checking in and parking and issues whilst I was there. I was travelling alone and had pre ordered the parking from the host and thought things would be straightforward. It was impossible to get into the car park without getting a further parking charge as I didn't have a fob for access. I had issues with this each time I both entered and exited the car park, each time having to leave the vehicle to press the button for help and explain the situation to the car park attendant to let me out. When I left for the final time the parking attendant came out and shouted at me and told me I would have to pay again to get out as I had not already paid and when I explained the situation he told me that this was not accepted in the building as it was not an air BnB. I was not able to access the building from the car park initially as I didn't have a fob and the only other option was to haul my luggage up multiple flights of stairs. When I reached the room, I had an issue with the door and I could not lock it when I left. I asked the host about this as again, I was travelling alone and did not feel safe leaving the room unlocked with all my belongings inside. The host advised that the door must lock automatically after a few moments of being closed but this wasn't the case. She then told me she would send maintenance out to fix the problem and so I had to wait in the room until midday the next day waiting on them coming, which was an issue for me as I had to cancel arrangements during my only full day in the city. After this issue being unresolved from the night before, the host then sent me a message to say that actually you had to hold the fob over the door long enough so it locks itself - this worked so my waiting around was uncalled for. The host was helpful and responsive but I felt like for the short time that I was there I was not done texting her to ask her questions or report issues.
