This condo rental by Humming Host was beautiful and exactly like the photos. The location was perfect for our parents' weekend at Belmont. We especially liked the gated garage and all the lighting around and in the building. We felt very safe. This condo is conveniently located near two coffee shops, Belmont University, 12th Avenue dining and shopping, and so much more. The front desk staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There was a light night security officer near the garage, which was a nice surprise. I plan to book this unit again when visiting our daughter. Thank you, Melissa, for being such an amazing host and so responsive before and during our stay. This rental unit was a blessing to stay in while in Nashville. I highly recommend renting from Melissa.

We loved our stay! It was in a great location and the coffee shops being right beside us made it even better.

The place was beautiful and felt extremely safe. Melissa was very responsive especially when we had issues with the key codes that seemed to keep changing on their own. That was the only con was how many times the codes kept changing and nothing synced so was a little stressful at times. There also was a door app that added to the confusion that was emailed but then it wasn’t something used? Besides that issue I would totally stay there again. The beds were comfortable and layout was perfect.

This condo was in a great location on Music Row. We were visiting our son at Belmont University which was close. It was very nice and we highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

Beautifully modern and well kept property. We felt safe and comfortable in the well appointed unit. As pretty as the pictures and we can’t wait to come back.

This was my second time to stay in this unit for a reason. Great location, very nice unit in a very nice building. The parking is a significant advantage in this area, easy garage to park and to get in and out of. The host was very good at communication and gave lots of helpful information. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, everything is new and clean! Walkable neighborhood with cafes restaurants and parks around. One code for all doors, building, garage, apt door… very convenient!

Everything about this place was seamless from check in, to parking, to checkout. We had everything we needed for a short stay in Nashville and it was perfectly located for a nice walking distance to the places we visited. The apartment/condo was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable and all the amenities were top notch. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony, time at the pool and used the fitness center during our stay. We would def stay here again!

Le logement était magnifique et vraiment à notre goût! 😍 Nous avons profité pleinement du balcon privé ensoleillé qui donne sur une ruelle arrière du logement (tranquille). J'ai rarement vu un service aussi incroyable et des hôtes qui répondent aussi rapidement aux messages en tout temps. Nous avons aussi vraiment apprécié le stationnement privé. Les lits (1 King et 2 lits simples superposés) étaient très confortables. Air climatisé ajustable. Secteur très tranquille et accessible à pieds à la Brodway (environ 20 mins) ou en Uber (5 mins). Épicerie (Whole Food Market) à environ 15 mins à pieds. Un grand merci de nous avoir si bien accueillis! Encore une fois, nous avons grandement apprécié notre expérience auprès de vous !! 🥰 Nous n'aurions aucunes hésitations à réserver auprès de vous si nous visitions à nouveau Nashville, une ville magnifique!! Very nice

This condo worked out perfectly for three friends enjoying a long weekend in Nashville. Condo was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was beautifully decorated and had everything that we could possibly have needed. Was in a very secure building with easy access to the gated parking area and the condo itself. Was in a great location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walkable to many things. We did Uber often due to the weather being cooler. The host was very quick to respond to us. Would definitely recommend!

The unit was exactly as listed, nice unit and perfect for a couple of people. I always enjoy staying in this building because of the location and how easy the parking is. The communication from the host was excellent and the check in/out. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! It was exactly as the description and reviews said! Very walkable and close to lots of things! Rooftop area was nice. If we travel back to Nashville we would stay in the same place!
