We have such a great time getting together with friends. The home slept 8 adults and 8 children no problem! The kids spent hours in the pool and having the screen and fence made all the parents feel comfortable when the kids were roaming around the house. The host was extremely responsive and was also willing to help when needed! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

If you’re looking for a quiet family retreat this is the spot for you. This home fit my family well. Lake Carrie is very very quiet. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable home!

Our group had a great time. There was plenty of space to accommodate our large group. The pool was amazing and having access to the dock was great. We brought our boat and went tubing on the lake. I couldn’t find the remote to the master bedroom tv and the hosts were very responsive and delivered a remote the next day. Overall, we had a relaxing time at the house and would stay here again:)

This is the kind of place where you walk in and immediately think, “Okay, this is perfect for a family trip.” There was so much space! I was obsessed with the loft! It was such a cute unexpected use of this space. It’s basically its own private room. The outdoor amenities were another highlight. The house has paddleboards and a kayak, and we loved being able to fish right from the dock. It really added to the whole experience. Hands down, the easiest checkout I have EVER experienced at an Airbnb. No mile-long chore list before you leave, an absolute dream. My only recommendation would be to update the blinds in the primary bedroom or add blackout curtains. The current blinds don’t fully cover the windows, so the Florida sun becomes your very enthusiastic, very early morning alarm clock. ☀️ Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 Highly Reccomend.

We had a family reunion at the stay and we all had a phenomenal time bringing the boat to this lake was a great idea. The lake is pretty quiet and we were able to take the kids tubing. They enjoyed jumping off the deck and doing flips and all that kind of athletic stuff. If you’re looking for a lot of fun and adequate room, this is a great stay. Will probably return next year.

The best Airbnb I've ever stayed at in my life.

Beautiful family trip on the lake. The game room and pool table were a hit with the kids and we lived in that incredible outdoor space. The only regret I have is that fish not staying on my line down by the dock!

Absolutely beautiful house, beautiful property. The property was exactly like the pictures, the house was clean and came with many entertainment options. Perfect spot for a peaceful family get away to slow down and unwind. Endless options for in-house entertainment like swimming in the lake (easily accessible by the amazing dock with rope swing, lake trampoline, shoreline or ladder into water), the pool, having smores at the fire pit, kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake, fishing, and playing pool/ arcade games. My family had an amazing amazing weekend and we absolutely would return. Peaceful, beautiful and restoring weekend. Host was absolutely amazing and very responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend the place enough!

This Amazing lakefront oasis was the perfect Florida getaway! Sparkling clean, quiet and so much fun. We loved the stunning lake views from the private dock, great fishing and a beautiful clean pool. This home offered a serene, relaxing, and unforgettable stay. Perfectly situated, offering peaceful, private surroundings while being within 10 mins of local restaurants, tackle stores and restaurants ( Highly recommend Bass Addict Tackle for there breakfast burritos )The house was fully stocked with modern appliances, comfy beds, and provided kayaks, paddle boards and even had a trampoline on the lake. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear check-in instructions, making the entire process seamless. Kylie’s lake house created memories for my family and I to cherish and we will definitely be returning!

We had a great weekend stay here! The place was beautiful, clean, and felt very safe throughout our trip. Kylie was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay again!

Gorgeous home at such a peaceful location. Close enough to stores but far enough to feel like you’re in your own slice of paradise. We also rented from Lake June Pontoons which brought a boat right to the dock which made the weekend perfect. There were things broken and not maintained and with some TLC this would be an absolute perfect stay.

Booked it specifically for hot tub. Told the property manger we only booked because of the hot tub. The hot tub did not work!!!!!Deceptive! Total bs.Stay away.

A Wonderful Lakeside Oasis

Renter beware! The pictures do not match the property. At one time this was an amazing house but now everything is rundown, unmaintained, dirty and not in working order. Prior to our stay we saw newly added reviews stating the hot tub amongst other items were not working, we contacted the host to verify all was fixed before we arrived. We were assured all was good. When we arrived, the hot tub, video games, water activities, gates, deck swings all were not able to be used. We were only staying for the weekend so we had no time to change houses. After the stay we contacted vrbo to inform them. They agreed the property was not as discribed. After weeks of trying to get a response from the host to receive some sort of compensation, vrbo told us we have to negotiate directly with the host. My stay in November still has yet to be settled. 300 refund on every reason we rented this property not working is unacceptable! Choose a different rental! The lake and area are amazing!

The hosts are great and very responsive, which we really appreciated. The house itself is amazing — spacious, private, well located, and perfect for accommodating multiple families. The lake is beautiful and very calm, making it a lovely place to relax. However, the cleaning needs more attention. The BBQ was quite dirty with a lot of grease, the hot tub did not heat properly, the bathrooms were not well cleaned, and the hot water ran out in the middle of a shower. Also the hot tub heater is broke and the house is posted with a hot tub Overall, the house has great potential and is a wonderful place to stay, but improved cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. I would give it 4 stars — with better cleanliness, it would easily be a 5-star stay.

We did not check in and were charged anyway, A couple days before checkin we were told Spa/Hot Tub doesn’t work. The main reason we selected the property. We asked to cancel w/refund & they were not budging. Said sorry and that’s it. Awful customer service. Lied about amenities.

From the beginning I was assured that the reviews prior had been addressed and taken care of. The host consistently informed me my concerns were addressed, especially emphasizing on the amenities. If I wanted a bed only and a kitchen we could have found that at a hotel. We emphasized it was our anniversary weekend I normally do not have 1,791.00 and really stretched it to make this a great weekend. We arrived at night it looked great light and ambiance in the dark. Jacuzzi was ice cold we turned the jets on thinking it will warm up not true after waiting hours to enjoy our anniversary it remained a cold plunge. Then we discovered we were not safe the back door was broken. We alerted the host they sent someone the next day. We informed them we have a family gathering to attend of course we couldn’t make it. We waited for the door to be repaired the maintenance man informed us the jacuzzi won’t be getting hot but here is a hose to add hot water. What about PH and chemicals we don’t know nor have any for that. So you want my Nani in this water and I’m sorry according to the test strips we took the water properly set with PH and chlorine. Again another day ruined. Why did you stay we were asked because we are not rich and this was my anniversary weekend I didn’t have extra money.The home you have to cover couches and outside swing, the barbecue was so filthy I was not going to use it. The showers held hot water to only 5-8 minutes. The canopy swings at the dock were bad

Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The hot tub did not heat up at all. We asked the property manager team to please send someone over to fix the issue from day one but all they kept doing is for us to fix their issue. We wasted a few hrs trying to fix the issue with no results, so we were not able to enjoy what we paid for. The gas grill was unusable due to the fact that has not been cleaned in like six months. I personally spent over an hour cleaning it so we could use it. ( I have pictures) over all the house was just dirty and unmaintained. SAD as the house & property could be great if they spent some time maintaining it. They said they would compensate for the issues we’ve had, but will probably never see anything.

Elliot and Kylie responded immediately. They were very accommodating. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was lovely. The lake is lovely with chairs to tip your toes into the lake.

This home was expertly put together. It had all the amenities needed to enjoy a fun filled weekend with our family. The bedding was very comfortable, the garage has been converted to a nice play room, the bathrooms had enough supplies for the weekend, and there were plenty of pool towels available. The neighbors are very nice, as was Kristen, the owner of June Lake Boat Rental. We were able to rent jet skies and have them delivered directly to the house, which just added to the appeal of this lake house home. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

The lake was absolutely beautiful, as was the pool and fire pit. The house layout is great & has a lot of potential. It is peaceful, fun to hang out in, & a great nature getaway. I wouldn’t because it was improperly cleaned & not maintained. Every linen / couch / chair was stained & gross. The oven had crumbs and leftover food, the fridge/freezer were dirty and smelled terrible, the outside grill area was so grimy, there were dead bugs and dust all over the floor inside, hair and brown stains all over the bed, 3 pool sticks were broken as was the pinball game, the kayak sinks, and there was no paddleboard or lifejackets (they sent over the cleaner with a paddleboard and kayak with life jackets of her own for us to use on the 3rd day. The hosts were very responsive & nice, it was just frustrating because the property was not properly cleaned beforehand & tons of stuff was either dirty or broken. It would be a 10/10 with proper cleaning and maintenance.

Big disappointment This was a huge disappointment overall! Let’s start with check in, got there walked through the doors and was beach sand on floor, the kitchen was dirty dishes in sink. Then the owner is asking us what are we doing there and we replied we rented it for a week. He didn’t have no idea we were even booked. In fact there was another family that was supposed to be there and they left the house after two hours of being there. So it was double booked. We could’ve walked in on a family and we would’ve had to go home!! Let’s get to the pool, it was mismanaged from the beginning and not clean. We called back to owner and he had to send somebody else to shock it and then we couldn’t get in it from all the chemicals they used for 36 hours after. Or until it was clearer. That was what pool man recommended to us. This place was nice and polished at one time, majority needs TLC bad. Kitchen isn’t organized missing a lot, cabinets are basic at best. Things just thrown in draws not organized. Game room was nice but two of the games didn’t work. Pool table was dirty. I could keep on but owner needs to go look at his house and realize that things are not getting kept up with. And deep clean the house inside and outside. This place has so much potential and we were so disappointed with it overall. And to top it off the morning we had to leave the master bed toilet when flushed came up in shower And the 2nd bathroom wouldn’t flush either. I will say the beds and pillows are soft and big.

Its hard to find the words to discribe how absolutely beautiful this location was..This house was a perfect fit for the entire family..we had a total of 14 people and there was plenty of room for all of us..The kids had plenty to keep them busy with everything from the arcade games to taking a dip into in the beautiful salt water pool..The best part to me was drinking my coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We even took a bit of time to do a little fishing...This was definitely one of the best memorable vacations.. The host were very responsive and had thought of everything you may need..from extra towels to a fully equipped kitchen..i would definitely recommend 10 out of 10..
