Wonderful new year's eve stay Positive: Great apartment in a very central and well connected complex in downtown Toronto, wonderful view out of every room, cozy furnishing and very helpful and supportive host. Negative: The semi-automated check in procedure isn't exactly straight forward, however both the host and the doorman have been really helpful, with detailed description and photos.

Had a great time visiting Toronto! Great for working during the day and walking around the city at night.

We had a fantastic night. Great location. Comfortable beds. Minor miscommunication in regards to parking and maintenance priorities but overall a solid place. We would stay again.

Todo estuvo excelente con el departamento, el unico inconveniente que le encontré es que regularmente solo funcionaba un elevador de los tres con los que cuenta el edificio y uno es insuficiente para el flujo de personas que entran y salen por lo que hay horas en que es complicado salir o entrar al edificio.

Ótima opção no centro de Toronto. Positive: Apartamento muito bem equipado e bem localizado, ficamos bem acomodadas e recomendamos para quem quer ficar no centro de Toronto. Negative: O alarme de incêncio tocou duas vezes no meio da madrugada e da primeira vez levamos à sério e descemos correndo 27 andares. Da segunda vez entendemos que poderia ser alarme falso e não descemos, mas foi desagradável. Problemas do prédio que prejudicam a estadia. Poderia ter mais pratos e talheres disponíveis, em número compatível com a lotação do apartamento. Poderiam também disponibilizar mais de uma chave e tag de elevador, pois em 5 pessoas é difícil gerenciar entrada e saída com apenas uma.

Extremely disappointing experience — unacceptable last-minute cancellation of basic amenities Negative: Extremely disappointing experience — unacceptable last-minute cancellation of basic amenities We were extremely disappointed with our experience with this Downtown Luxury Suite in Toronto, especially given the way the host handled a major problem with the apartment. This apartment was part of a larger trip through Canada that we had planned well in advance, and it was right in the middle of our itinerary. We were traveling with three children and specifically chose this location because it was steps from the Eaton Centre and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Toronto. At 5:00 PM the evening before our scheduled noon check-in, we received a message informing us that the air conditioning in the apartment was not working. This was during extremely hot weather, around 90°F (32°C). Instead of making every effort to repair the air conditioning or provide an appropriate alternative, the host offered us a 10% discount and two fans. That was essentially their solution for a family with three children staying in an apartment during 90-degree weather. When we tried to discuss possible solutions or asked whether the air conditioning could be repaired before our arrival, we were essentially told: we can provide two fans, and if you don't like that, you can cancel your reservation. Being given that choice at 5 PM the day before check-in was completely unacceptable. At that point, we were already in the middle of a pre-planned family trip, and finding a comparable accommodation for five people at such short notice was extremely difficult. The biggest disappointment was not even the AC failure itself — things can break. It was the complete lack of urgency, flexibility, and customer service in dealing with the problem. A reasonable host would have made every effort to find a solution rather than putting the entire burden on the guest at the last minute. We were very disappointed with both the host and the way the situation was handled.

The place is clean, modern, new furnished, and has excellent view and very good location! It's little bit difficult to check in and find the parking space if you have a car.

I had an excellent stay in this well-equipped apartment with stunning views over famous city sites. Would definitely recommend!

27th floor apartment with great views, but malfunctioning A/C Positive: Essentially everything was perfectly fine with the apartment - spacious, well equipped, central location, great view (if you like city views). The only problem was the A/C in the bedrooms. Negative: The air conditioning in the bedrooms didn't work. It worked like a fan - blew warm / room temperature air irrespective of the settings. Given the warm July temperatures, sleeping in the bedrooms wasn't much fun. The A/C in the living room worked perfectly fine, but it was in a different shaft. Also switching off the lights in one of the bedrooms was tricky, but Shameza solved it pretty quickly by sending a short video how to do it.

Outstanding place to stay- very helpful staff, clean and great location! We will be back! Negative: There were no garbages in the bathroom.

Great place with very good view and host is very responsive

This will be our go-to for all future visits to the area! Positive: We booked this condo with parking for an appointment at St Michaels Hospital, which was a five minute walk away. Exceptional communication, both before, during and after the stay with very quick responses to questions. Close to Eaton Centre for wandering and shopping. Great kitchen with all we needed to prepare meals for ourselves which is our preference.

Great place in the heart of Toronto’s downtown Positive: Nice clean place Negative: Too much light from the street at night. Blinds don’t cover all window so curtains would be appreciated

A big city experience. Positive: The apartment and the view from it are great. Negative: Obtaining the keys to park is a challenge. You have to finding parking. Then you have to go to the apartment to get the park garage key fob, 27 stories up, come back down, get your car, and then park in the spot reserved for you, if you did reserve. All of this is occurring in the center of Toronto. Very stressful.
