Amazing views from the room with a short walk to the roof pool area. Rooftop is an awesome place to hangout with a bartender ready. The unit is near the center plaza making it easy to get around Sayulita by foot. The penthouse was exactly as advertised very clean/comfortable bed/great views. Being so close to the center of town keep in mind Sayulita is loud at night. We could hear the music from the town, but had no problem sleeping. We plan to return and highly recommend for a couple or small group looking for a getaway

The apartment itself was modern, clean, and in a great location. We genuinely liked the space, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing.
Unfortunately, the management and guest experience were poor. One night, my friend became trapped in the elevator. Her phone had died, and because the building relies on phone-based access, she couldn’t get back into the building or her room afterward. We were unable to get assistance from the front desk, and she ultimately had to get herself out of the elevator. That was a frightening experience, especially while traveling in another country, and I believe it should have been handled much more seriously.
The building’s reliance on mobile phone access is also something future guests should be aware of. If your phone dies or you’re unable to access the app, you may find yourself unable to enter the building or your room, and we did not find the on-site staff to be helpful when issues arose.

This property is absolutely spectacular! The view is stunning, it has everything we needed for cooking and morning coffee, the beds are comfortable, and the building amenities are excellent. While there is some noise from the downtown, it was minimal, and a sound machine we packed drowned it out. We loved using the air conditioned gym and the location is walkable to everything. We can’t wait to be back. 5 stars in every way!
It was a great location close to walking to town. The beds were on the firm side, but the amenities of the building were great! The noise from town is loud and can hear music all night.
Perhaps the nicest building in Sayulita, it's in the center of everything. Beautiful view of Pacific Ocean and easy access to everything you could want in Sayulita. After 10 perfect days in Sayulita, we were faced with unforeseen circumstances, causing cancelled flights and significant delays. Our host was overly accommodating, working with us to ensure we were safe and had somewhere to stay. Truly an above-and-beyond experience.
