Great place to stay. We were in the middle for any direction with a short drive to go to Seista key or to the Anna Maria Area. Very spacious. 11 people stayed very comfortably. Beautiful sunsets and looking out over the water for morning coffees.

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our group, and the kids loved the pool, game room, bunk room as well as fishing and kayaking. Would love to stay again if we are back in the area! Kylie was a wonderful host, always extremely responsive and helpful.

House was very clean and great for a large family

My family and I had a really special vacation staying together at this amazing house. We spent some days just relaxing at the house and enjoying the view, kayaking to the sandbar to collect amazing shells, swimming, playing tag in the yard and enjoying the gameroom. Other days we went to different places for the day and came back to cook a family meal and sit on the screened deck for cocktails. The kids were entertained, the adults relaxed and the grandparents could be a part of all of the fun. This will go down as a great family memory and the time that my kids and their cousins spent with their grandparents is priceless. Everyone under one roof was a little stressful for me going in but it was amazing and worth every penny!

This house accommodated 3 families with plenty of space to lounge. We witnessed amazing sunsets every night.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was fast and easy, and the house far exceeded our expectations. The hosts quickly replied to our every communication. Our party ranged in ages from teenagers to a senior, and each person found plenty to do from lounging in the pool, hanging in the garage space filled with activities, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying the breathtaking views. We especially loved the postcard worthy sunsets. We would highly recommend this property, and hope to return again someday.

We had an amazing time! This house is perfect for vacationing with extended family. The kids loved having their own space and the game room area was the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The pool net was an added bonus with the stress of having little running around by the pool. This house was exactly what we hoped for when booking a family vacation for multiple families. Host were very helpful and proactive, any questions we had were answered before even checking in. Highly highly recommend!

Great girls trip!! The house is absolutely beautiful, the decor in the house is gorgeous, and the view is simply amazing. We took a girls trip of 11 ladies and we had no issues on space or bathrooms. There are so many places in this house to have a quiet moment to yourself. There were a few hiccups with the maintenance early in our week, but the property manager was very responsive and accommodating, made sure we were taken care of, and resolved issues promptly. It may be important to note the picture of the fencing around the pool because it is so dramatically different than what the pictures show in the listing. This fence is expected to stay up during a stay, as the home owner has not fenced in the pool area/yard with what you’d expect as normal fencing. Hopefully that changes in the future. We should note that the elevator did not work while we were there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great spot for our girls getaway!

Pros... 1.Amazing Views of Sarasota Bay from the house. ( Especially the sunset) 2. Very Close to the Sarasota airport (10 min drive) 3. The house equipped with the most necessary stuff...( including the beach chairs and umbrella) 4. Nice Gaming areas downstairs for the whole family. 5. Good and quick communication with the host. 6. Inough parking for 5-6 cars on the driveway. 7. Close to shopping malls Cons..... 1. Problematic AC unit, only one half of the hose was getting cold air the other half was hot.( temp never dropped below 75°) 2. Dusty floors and super dirty carpets, dining furniture and few shower curtains ( cleaning team failed, however new shower curtains were provided) requested mop and bucket, never got provided. 3. Poor maintenance like broken blinds, walls and some kitchen supplies ( replacement for the broken kitchen supplies were delivered quickly) 4. No internet or slow Internet at check in. (We had to fix it by ourselves) 5. Not walkable area.

We had a fantastic stay at Elliot and Kylie’s place! They were incredibly responsive and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect.
