We had an incredible stay for our family spring break trip! From the moment we booked all the way through checkout, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Upstay and our cohost, Renata, were absolutely amazing—communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. The home had everything we needed and more, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. It truly felt like everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. I would highly recommend staying with Upstay and Renata to anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed, and memorable experience. They helped make our family vacation one we’ll be talking about for years to come!
Ten out of ten experience! Last year we stayed at Evermore Resort. The food was subpar. We had issues with the HVAC system. They ended up moving us and the mattresses in the bunk room were hard as rock. So choosing another option for our family was a must. This was my first Airbnb experience. Renita our host was responsive to questions. Was thorough with instructions and went the extra mile with a surprise fir my granddaughter who turned 16. The home was clean, spacious and close to everything. Security at the gate was also helpful. I’m sharing with my friends who are traveling in the area to try Upstay. They won’t be disappointed and you can’t beat the price. Thanks for such a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Positive: This spacious house was perfect for the family and grandbabies. The play room was perfectly located, this kitchen could use one more big boiling pot but none the less it all worked and was absolutely amazing Negative: One more big pit in the kitchen and would be a perfect but it was perfect
Overall the house we just ok. The pool and hot tub heaters were broken and would not heat or work and we didn't find this out until we were already in the house.This was the main reason we booked this house so we could swim and use the hot tub especially during this colder than usual time in Florida. It was extremely disappointing to say the least. It was the one thing our kids wanted from the house was to be able to swim. Also the coffee machine didnt work, which we found out after we ordered the specific coffee pods, and it was difficult to heat the house up and we woke up several times the first night very cold needing the heat.Then after all the issues we asked the host to let us check out just 1 extra hour later and they said no. I have stayed at other properties in this neighborhood and would have definitely rather we stayed somewhere else. Especially when you pay more for a property like this featuring a pool and hot tub and then they dont even work.
The house was well appointed inside and out. We had 11 people ranging from 77 to 3 years of age and everyone had a good time. It was appropriate for the elders with 1st floor bedrooms and walk in showers. The kids ranging in age from 3-15 had exciting bedrooms to sleep in and lots of activities to keep them busy in the house. The heated pool was a big hit with everyone. We also enjoyed the two club houses included in the price of the house. One was a quick 7-10 minute walk. We would definitely stay in the upstay house again.
The home was amazing! We had 8 kids with us and they enjoyed the house and pool. They also loved the themed bedrooms and game room. We truly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend

5-star plus stay in Kissimmee! We had to switch from a different Airbnb after a horrible experience, and this host responded incredibly fast—even very early in the morning—to accommodate our group of 13. The home was beyond what we expected: spotless (10+ clean), amazing “zen” smell, and calm music/TV vibe that made it feel peaceful the second we walked in.The layout was wonderful for a large group, especially with 3 bedrooms on the main floor—perfect for elderly/handicap needs. The walk-in shower was great, the tub was amazing, and having a bathroom accessible from the pool was such a smart touch. Beds were super comfy, and the movie room was a favorite—everyone had a comfortable chair (with options!). Pool, hot tub, grill, and cute outdoor seating were a hit, and the pond out back was beautiful for watching wildlife. Both clubhouses were amazing, even the gate agents were helpful with shopping/dinner tips. Quiet street, great location. Highly recommend! The host was absolutely a star
Great host, beautiful place. Host very responsive . It was 13 of us in total and we still had two empty rooms available, a nice back yard with a lake and plenty of parking space. I definitely recommend to stay here.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. She checked in with us before our stay and stayed in communication throughout, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. When we texted her about the pool heat late at night, she responded right away and had it turned on the very next day—super accommodating! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and full of things to do. The theater room was a standout—the sound quality made it feel like we were in a real movie theater. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Positive: The whole house was lovely
The property itself has potential—it’s spacious and visually appealing, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. What completely ruined the experience was the mismanagement, lack of accountability, and overall negligence from the host and their team. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home was not thoroughly cleaned—popcorn was left in the theater seats, a lizard was crawling in the kitchen, and roaches were seen multiple times throughout our stay. The first-floor shower door was broken, and despite reporting these issues immediately, no one came to address them. The pool area was crawling with spiders and covered in thick spider webs, making it feel neglected and unsanitary. Pest control? Maintenance? Nonexistent. I also paid extra for pool and hot tub heating. The hot tub was delayed with no explanation, and the pool was never heated again, no explanation or resolution. After raising valid concerns, the response from the host was not only dismissive but insulting.
