The sewage smell mentioned in several reviews is still there if you use the washer or the master bathroom. It's not just an odor it is toxic, unhealthy and an unsafe condition in the home. Headaches and nausea almost instantly. We asked if the home was good to use days before check-in, after waiting 2 days for a response we were assured it was ready for guest. The home was not clean by any stretch, stained pillow cases and comforters. Hairs on all the beds, dirty counters, spilled/dried stuff on the floors. We spent an hour assembling enough clean bedding to use one bed after arriving the first night. Total disconnect in the messages, after letting the host know the issues and that we left 24 hours before the stay ended because of the unsafe conditions we were constantly being asked to leave a 5☆ review. We asked if there was another place we could stay for the last day/night and were told they would check but we never received a response. Not enough room to mention all issues here.

Kyle and Nicole's home was absolutely beautiful. It is just as described. Plenty to do right at the cabin but just a short drive to surrounding towns. Private with beautiful views. Kyle and Nicole was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns. Highly recommend this location.
I wanted to love this house. It’s beautiful and full of amenities. But was the most expensive house by a long shot that we looked at. However we had several things go wrong.
The pool table which was our main feature for booking was missing the pool cue and therefore we couldn’t play pool. We asked about it multiple times with no resolution.
The master bedroom was missing a tv remote which meant to use use one from another room you have to unplug the other television otherwise it would control it through the wall. Then you had to reset up all your accounts each time. A hassle.
The worst - the master bathroom shower was not draining and therefore could not be used. They couldn’t offer the address it until the next day which meant no showering after outdoor activities (a big no for me) so my husband decided to clean the drain. It was filthy, and unleashed a terrible smell that then persisted until we left.
The house has so much potential but these were big misses.
The location and home was gorgeous! I enjoyed how the home was situated with sliding doors to get the full view of the mountains from inside the home. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to manage. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and my boys enjoyed the bunk bed. We’ll definitely return!

Go into Bryson and try NOC rafting and eat River end restaurant!
Our family of 4 (with 2 small kids) loved the house and really enjoyed our stay! It's close enough to Bryson City to quickly get groceries, meals or snacks but far enough to hear the birds and nothing else. And the view! Wow. The house itself was so clean and loved that it didn't have a lot of knickknacks for the 2 year old to get into. We used the kids plates and cups but didn't use the high chair or pack and play, it was good to know they were there if we needed them though. We loved the hot tub and the sauna, both were clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay, we enjoyed every minute!
Beautiful new home that was a short drive into downtown Bryson City! Bed and furniture were super comfortable and the layout was perfect. Loved the outdoor games and the overhang made it nice when that typical mountain afternoon shower moves in. A lot of thoughtful touches to the home to make the stay wonderful and the hosts were very responsive!
Awesome stay, lots of house amenities! Good location as well!
We had a good time there . The place is quiet and private . Every night we can watch fireflies which we would never seen at home . The location is close to everything .
We truly enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and plenty to do!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy, brand new build cabin! It was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The boys especially loved the outdoor area and spending time in the hot tub. One of our favorite memories was making s’mores around the bonfire while taking in the incredible mountain views.
The location could not have been better. It’s perfectly secluded with beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, yet only 7 minutes from downtown Bryson City and about 15 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
I must give a shout out to the beds - they were extremely comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was super responsive and available anytime we had questions or needed anything.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a charming mountain town!
Great place to stay with lots of amenities. Hosts very responsive and friendly. A little pricey but would stay again. 5-10 minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes to NOC!!

There was something off with the plumbing however was actively being addressed by the hosts.
The address provided did not pull up the location of the home in Apple or Google Maps, but this was easily resolved with a message to the host. Very easy to Bryson City and GSMNP locations.
Great stay for a family! So many fun activities including indoor and outdoor games. All amenities were functional during our stay. We bumped into the cleaners doing last minutes fixes an they were great in helping us with firewood and lighter for the firepit. Nice location to go into Bryson City or Cherokee. It was hard to find on google, but Kyle/Nicole gave us the coordinates. Also, if you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask.

The home was beautiful. Unfortunately, not able to walk anywhere in immediate area, even for an after dinner walk.
There was an issue with plumbing and although the hosts tried for an easy fix, there may be underlying issue that was the most uncomfortable to deal with during our stay. Hopefully that is resolved in the near future for guests as it was a gorgeous place!
The home was beautiful, but it is not in walking distance to anything. This is a newer construction home and the address is not on the map.we had to use the Zillow listing to find a cross road when we asked for an address they said Apple Maps but it’s not on any map. The sauna wasn’t working. They did their best to fix it on the last day that we were there. The pots and pans were dirty. Gunk in the sink a window was left open. The communication with the property manager was good and quick may be AI, since I got the same response twice, there is a sewer smell coming up from the pipes not sure of that is because it’s newer, they offered to fix all of the issues that we had. A lot of the activities that are listed were not usable no sand for the shuffleboard, not gold clubs for the putt putt and sauna not working . I don’t know it was worth the cost compared other homes nearbyThe beds are super comfortable. Nice layout if you are traveling with multiple families.
The area around this house was beautiful and the house itself was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay!
This has the potential to be a great property. The home is well done, very comfy, good location outside of Bryson city but just a few minutes from downtown. We were specifically looking for properties that had a hot tub, sauna and play area for the kids. The sauna is broken and does not work, which they were attempting to troubleshoot with us, but it didn’t work during our stay. The play area also was missing several items like golf balls, putters, shuffleboard sand, etc. (even though we reached out beforehand and they said they were there) and there was also baked in bird poop on the rug around the pool table so we couldn’t play it or let the kids run around much. If they get these things taken care of, it’ll be a nice property. But we paid extra for a property to have these amentities and it was really disappointing not to have them. They offered us a 30% refund as a result but it still would have just been cheaper to book another place had we known.
We enjoyed being the first guest! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub! The house is a little difficult to find at night but directions from host were very helpful. We enjoyed hiking at Great Smoky Mountains National Forest which was about 10-15 minutes away. Harrahs casino is also only 15 minutes away in the other direction.
