The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The location felt safe. However, I specifically selected this property for its backyard amenities, particularly the pool and pool spa, which were PRIORITIES for our stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in this area. Upon arrival, the pool & pool furniture were dirty, and we immediately reached out to request cleaning. We were told that no technicians were available until Monday, the day before checkout. The pool heater was disabled remotely, leaving us unable to enjoy either the pool or the spa during our stay. Hosts were responsive, but sadly, it became clear that the issue would not be resolved during our visit. After requesting through Airbnb, we did get refunded the $500 cost for heating the pool, and the host offered $150 compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to use the outdoor amenities. In the summer, I am sure it's easily a 5-star stay.

Beautiful property. Great location in an upscale neighborhood. Easy to get to from the highway. Very close to the airport and Old Town. A supermarket in walking distance. Great backyard with plenty of room to spread out. Big screen TV’s, pool and a restaurant quality outdoor grill. Inside all the amenities you need. Nice kitchen and appliances. Quality wash machine and dryer which came in handy after golfing. Plenty of options for golfing in the immediate area. There is also a casino/golf course 10 minutes away. Looking forward to our next visit.

The property is beautiful, and the outdoor spaces were a major reason for booking. Unfortunately, the stay fell short of expectations, particularly given the price. Upon arrival, the outdoor furniture and poolside areas were very dirty. Considerable time had to be spent cleaning them that first evening so the spaces could be enjoyed the next day. That night, an upstairs exterior sliding door could not be locked, affecting comfort and sleep. The hosts were notified the next morning and promptly arranged delivery of a security bar after it was suggested, which was appreciated. There were also maintenance concerns, including a very slow-draining bathroom sink and an unpleasant odor upstairs. Although the hosts were courteous and responsive, compensation was not proactively offered. When requested, the initial response was disappointing, and Airbnb Support helped reach a resolution. Issues can arise at any property, but how they're handled is an important part of the guest experience.

Ce logement est celui qui a dépassé nos attentes , tout était parfait .. des hôtes très sympathiques et très réactifs , excellente communication 😍❤️ la location est hyper bien située pour accéder à toutes les excursions que nous avions programmées,de plus Scottsdale est une ville magnifique , nous avons adoré son ambiance et sa richesse culturelle. La location est proche de boutiques alimentaire ce qui est hyper pratique .. la maison est parfaite , propreté irréprochable , tout est là pour vous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible car tout est fonctionnel , de l ustensile aux serviettes de piscine et de douche .. les literies sont parfaites également .. et l extérieur … que dire .. c est juste magique , nous avons adoré la piscine avec une température presque trop chaude en juillet 😅😅😅, moi qui suis frileuse j étais au paradis 😅🤣 les tables ,la télé , le jacuzzi tout est là pour vous faire passer the best séjour ..nous recommençons à 200% ❤️❤️

We had the most incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, everything just felt special. The home itself is stunning and so fun to be in, but what really stood out was how thoughtful every single detail was. You can tell so much care went into this place. The outdoor area? Absolute dream. We genuinely felt like we had our own private resort. And the hosts made everything even better being warm and attentive. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already looking for a reason to come back. Book it. You won’t regret it

My wife and I celebrated her 50th Bday together here. We loved the place! The back yard and pool were wonderful! The amenities were great. The inside was super cool and fun. We loved it so much, we never ventured out except for a walk each morning. We highly recommend.

This place is awesome! The amount of thought that went into making this home one of a kind is evident from the moment you walk in. From the decor, to the lighting, to the all the smart tech features! For a quick weekend getaway you truly couldn't ask for a better home in better location. My family loves to hike, shop, and eat when we come to Scottsdale and all of those things are less than 15 minutes away for us.The best part of the home is easily the backyard! You truly feel like you are at your own personal resort pool. It provides all day fun in and out of the sun!If you have the chance to book this spot you won't be disappointed!Thank you Kelly and Brad for offering such a cool place to stay!

Although there were a few imperfections, the house had many unique and interesting amenities. Nothing boring about this place

Lovely outside space for dining and chilling by the pool. Lots of seating options, we really enjoyed the ambient pool lighting and fire pits. Downstairs decor was fun and the beds were very comfy. Especially loved the hippo art!!

This was a fantastic Airbnb! We had a great relaxing stay. The backyard was awesome, and had everything we needed. The lighting and fire tables at night made the pool area look incredible. TV by the pool area worked out great for catching some sporting events while there. The house was great and had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We were also able to take some nice morning walks around the neighborhood. We missed this house when we checked out and went on to our next location!

This house is a gem, with all the bells and whistles and a backyard that beats all others. The space has been carefully curated for entertaining but also great for just 1-2 people to totally relax. You have everything you need right there in the home for a cozy night in- bbq, watch tv outside, sit in the hot tub, or just stay inside. Jeff and Bridget went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all needs addressed.

Beautiful, fun edgy house with all the amenities!!Well worth it if you want to relax and enjoy Arizona!

Responsiveness of host.

The house was very nice and in a good area. We did have an issue with the gas being turned off for the back yard amenities and were unable to use the spa and heated pool for the first two days. Overall the house was nice.

Excellent location and a super fun backyard where we spent 90% of our time over Christmas week. Incredible lighting and technology throughout the home (heated towel rack, light up steps as you walk and a garage to park/charge). A lot of thought went into this home even people walking by to look at Christmas lights would comment about the beautiful home - some even snapped pics of the front sitting area with the large open front door… \n\nThe team was responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend to others looking for a great home and location - (and fun!!) place to stay!

Great place to stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well appointed house that will not disappoint. A real high-end feel to the house. Beds were comfortable and had a highly decorated and sophisticated interior. Backyard was beautiful with a great pool and hot tub, although we did not get to use either. It's a new property so some things to work out like instructions and operations manuals. But it's great. In our 6 days we could never get the hot tub working... I'm sure they will work it out. Host was great and understanding, but some of the responses honestly felt disconnected and AI generated... but I understand, these are the times we live in. Highly recommend.
