We went for my 50th Birthday with 7 Women and we absolutely loved the Condo and the Pool was an added bonus! The condo was clean and the decor was a vibe! Melissa’s team was very responsive and super helpful when we had questions or needed help. The train and homelessness was really the only downfall of our stay. We just always made sure we took a bike taxi home at night and never walked by ourselves. There also isn’t a grocery store within walking distance, so we just used Uber to have groceries delivered. I would definitely stay at this Condo, despite the train and homelessness.

Loved the condo the minute we walked in! It’s Beautiful!! Enjoyed the hostess gifts on the first day! Melissa was fantastic from checking in to checking out! Staff were so helpful and nice! Sound machines were in all 3 bedrooms and we all slept so well! Nice touch! Beach towels for the pool also appreciated! Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Great place to stay! The only problem is the homeless being close by! We took $3 Ubers and were fine :)

We did have a hard time finding the place as the address that they provide for us to the wrong place when booking our uber. It would be much easier to specify that this is at the Hyve and we did use the Hyve in the uber app or any other time we needed to use an address to make sure we get to the right place as the apartment is located inside the Hyve. Other than that, the location is well located and was close to everything and even walking distance at times! Melissa was easy to communicate with and when I forgot one of my things they kindly collected it and shipped it to me! Very great customer service and very nice place and amenities! Highly recommend!!

The condo is very comfortable and in a good location, as far as walkability to Broadway and other cool neighborhoods. I didn't pay close attention to others' comments about being right next to the train tracks and the noise associated with it, but it is indeed very loud. Enough so that it chased us inside from sitting on the balcony when a train went by. I was there on a girls trip just for the weekend and we didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but it fit our needs and had plenty of space for 5 of us.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do in Nashville while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The interior design was incredible; every room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together. We kept commenting on how much we loved the space! The hosts truly thought of everything. The home was stocked with all the essentials and so many thoughtful extras, including coffee, creamer, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and much more. It made our stay effortless and allowed us to settle in right away. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

The space has a soulful vibrant energy with eclectic decor that captures the spirit of Music City! Love that it’s within walking distance to the Gulch, Broadway, close to rooftop restaurants and great shopping! Will definitely come back for a visit.

There were 8 of us staying in this beautiful condo, so it was a bit tight, but we all fit & had a great time. The location is perfect! Walkable to Broadway & Nissan stadium. Great patio with room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I were thoroughly pleased with the accommodation. The host Melissa was very engaging and helpful, the location is only 15 minutes from downtown street, beds comfortable, and access to the shared pool was a nice sweetener.

It was a great place. The train is crazy loud

I would not have booked here if I knew the train runs constantly and the track is located 30 yards from the place. Also, maybe I am just dumb but we couldn't figure out why the bedroom lights just turn on in the middle of the night, several times a night. We had to just turn the switch off which turned the fans off. Not good when it wakes the baby at 11 o'clock at night. The inside was very nice and clean. It is overpriced now knowing what our friends and family paid for their AirBNB within walking distance from ours. Also, you have to have a code for the gate, then the door to get to the elevator, then the elevator, then your room. Parking garage is very tight when trying to leave if you have a big truck or SUV. Be very careful.

Cute Airbnb set up, decorations, & very nice building! Loved the games provided in unit & the pool area looked nice. Cute patio. However, it is by a homeless shelter so a little sketchy while walking & smell isn’t pleasant. The room we stayed in- the bed was very firm & personally uncomfortable & the light kept turning on randomly during the night which was quite annoying. There is a train directly right next to the unit, it was a little noisy, but earplugs were provided. Tried to park in the upper garage, but due to the poor design of the exit and lack of signage for longer vehicles, we damaged the side of our truck. Contacted the facility and one of the employees said this happens frequently and gave me the contact info for the HOA manager- in result- nothing can be done to help us fix the damage to our truck. So this is a warning for people who are driving and parking- Park in the lower level garage!!

Great place for a guy's weekend (3 of us) to check out the Nashville music and food scene. Easy walking distance to Broadway and restaurants in the Gulch. The condo itself is great, very well appointed and spacious. Melissa provided us with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates which was a nice touch, along with several kitchen staples (Keurig coffee cups, tea bags, etc...). The use of the Latch app to enter the building and unit was a bit cumbersome at first (especially for the other guests), but once we got the hang of it it worked well. As mentioned in the description there will be some train noise, if the doorwall is closed it's not too bad. But we had the bad luck of having a train parked and idling right in front of the unit for the entire night the evening we arrived, which was quite noisy even with the door closed. That's outside of the host's control, but be aware of the risk. Even so, this unit was a better value than other places I looked at in the area.

Very much enjoyed our stay, this Airbnb was the perfect location to easily walk to/from Downtown Nashville.

The apartment was clean and as-advertised. The train noise is incredibly real, and it runs all through the night. The pool is not enjoyable because the train is so close by.

Amazing space and great building. Will stay again! A little bit of interaction with homeless folks around but nothing unusual in an urban space. Amazing amenities and super clean and beautiful. Plus the bed was amazingly comfortable. Recommend staying here for sure!

We stayed for a weekend for my wife’s 49th with 2 other couples and loved the place! Great location and nice facilities. Clean, comfy and a cool vibe. We would highly recommend this spot.
