The home is spacious, comfortable, and well-located, with large bedrooms and fun amenities for groups. Management was responsive, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, the property didn't live up to its "Luxe" and resort-style branding. Numerous maintenance issues included poorly functioning doors and windows, damaged furnishings, plumbing problems, and safety concerns in the children's bunk room. Several photos and advertised features are outdated. Most notably, the listing advertises an indoor slide that no longer exists. The pool's diving board is also missing. The AC failed during our stay, leaving the home at 80 degrees and requiring several hours of our evening for repairs. Management responded promptly, which we appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the accumulation of issues and lack of attention to detail. The property has great potential, but at this price point, we expected better maintenance, quality, and an accurate representation of its amenities.

I read the reviews before requesting the listing. I did read a review on how guests were talking at the fire pit and they were told to be more quiet. Didn’t think much of it until it happened to me. I traveled to San Antonio with 5 other career professionals and we couldn’t even have a conversation outside due to “noise complaints”. Having to be told to quiet down over having a simple conversation is not something that sits well with me. The second contract that is presented to you gives off a bad feeling. It is not inviting nor does it leave a welcome feeling. I own multiple properties and I do not treat my lowest paying tenants this way. Something to think about.

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable for our group. The property was well maintained and everything looked as it did in the photos. The communication with the owners was good. A great weekend was had by all.

Our group absolutely loved staying at your home. The home was very spacious and provided everyone with everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Having a kitchen to cook meals in was great and the pool outside was perfect for relaxing in after work. There was so much to do, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Perfect place for a large group!

Great place to stay! Easy to find and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

If you have a family deal with over 10+ people I think you can go up to 16. This is the perfect location. So many rooms, so many bathrooms, the kids loved the poker room the basketball court and the pool. We had a great time the two nights that we were there. We loved the pool table and the decor was great. The only thing that I would suggest is that the place needs like a full day or two in-depth cleaning on the first floor and more drinkware or bring your own plastic cups ;)

The layout of the home is great. The place is slightly more dated than the pics show though. The place was pretty clean. The pool was nice and backyard basketball court, swing, and rock climb pegs were very enjoyed by our kids. Lots of towels were provided so that made things very convenient. Host was very kind and responsive. We had sugar ants in the kitchen but, the host offered to come put baits but since we were only staying a couple days we told them not to worry about it. It’s a very nice and tranquil place for the family to relax after a day at a theme park.

We absolutely loved our stay with the family. It was quiet and relaxing, minus our kids :) we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and patio. Loved the beds and atmosphere. Very cute decor! We also loved how big the dining space was for us to play games at. Will definitely use again when we are back in San Antonio.

We loved the house!Our only complaint would be the neighbors are not very friendly. The basketball court is right next to the fence and the ball went over the fence. My son nicely asked for the ball back when he saw the neighbor outside and he said “why don’t you go in the house”. We made sure to be very respectful and kept quiet so he had no reason to be rude at all.

I will start with some things that can be easily taken care of: A: The downstairs small bathroom has a toilet or shower that ran the entire time we were there. B: First impressions matter, the couch downstairs had quite a number of old stains on cushions/pillows and a hole in the rug. The swimming pool/hot tub had murky water. The pool guy came late Tuesday to treat both. It would have been nice to have that taken care of before we arrived! Both looked great after maintenance. C: There is an ant problem in the kitchen coming from the double glass door to the coffee bar. D: The trash cans were full of garbage, flies, maggots. It would be nice to clean those trash cans of maggots and also empty trash before guests arrive. E: It would be nice to have additional towels. F:No slide in kids room as advertised. No diving board for the pool . House is full of Great things to do ,very spacey ,nice beds master bedroom/bath beautiful! Loved the B-ball court. Our family had a wonderful time! 😄

We had a wonderful and memorable stay! The home was exceptionally clean and offered plenty of space for our large group to spread out comfortably. The backyard was the perfect size for both adults and kids to enjoy, providing a great area for relaxing and playing. The pool and basketball court were the stars of the show. We especially appreciated the variety of amenities available, which made our stay convenient and enjoyable for everyone. The property was well-equipped to accommodate multiple families with kids of all ages, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication with the property owners was efficient and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a spacious, clean, and family-friendly place to stay.

We had a great stay! The location was convenient, the home had a nice, relaxing ambiance, and the pool was by far our favorite part. The only minor issue we experienced was that the upstairs A/C wasn’t working during our stay, although the hosts did provide fans to help make things more comfortable. Overall, we still enjoyed our time and appreciated the property. We’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

The host was very friendly and even when reaching out at normal bedtime for most she responded with clear instructions in a timely manner. The home is hugeeeee and very convenient for multiple families. We had a great time!

The stay was very comfortable and peaceful! The kids definitely enjoyed the stay! Overall it was just what we looked for except for minor things! Like it could use more pots and pans in the kitchen, we couldn’t access the slide in the play room and the downstairs guest bathroom leaked some! But again these are things that were minor because the Overall stay was amazing!!!! I definitely will do a repeat! The host were Awesome in communication and hospitality 🫶🏽

The pictures did not match the actual house we got! The house is big with enough room. The house has not been cleaned like it was in the pictures in some time. Windows were filthy, lights in kitchen were dirty, spider webs in very noticeable places! Pool light did not work, pool was dirty, hot tub had scum line around the top of water. Lawn man showed up and blew leafs in pool around 5:00pm. While we were getting settled. Host messaged 3 or 4 times a day! I understand the rules. We already agreed to them! Let us enjoy our time. The host seemed to be AI and obviously hadn’t seen the property in quite some time! And of course we did not get to use the fire pit because the tank was empty upon arrival! And for the money we paid I would not expect filling propane tank to be my problem! No hot water in master bath tub. Light in master bath not adequate! I really don’t mind spending money, but I expect to get what I paid for!

La planta alta recién remodelada, muy cómodo salvo que dos habitaciones tienen puertas de cristal que dan a una terraza y no tienen cortinas por lo que no se cuenta con privacidad y la luz entra directamente. Los vecinos se quejaron del ruido sin embargo estábamos conversando alrededor de la fogata, me parece que fueron poco tolerantes. We were in town for my sons graduation from Air Force Basic Training . We have a big family of military veterans and had all ages from 4-83 with us. Everyone enjoyed the house, the kids especially loved the bunk beds and basketball court. The older ones enjoyed the fire pit. The home is close to grocery stores and gas stations, we found it easy to travel to and from the Air Force Base! Kyle and Nicole were excellent hosts and communicators. Their home was perfect for our large family and I’m sure will be perfect for yours!

Kyle and Nicole were great. They were very responsive and very flexible when we asked if an early checkin was possible. The house was clean and the surroundings were really quiet. The master suite and bathroom are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I loved our stay! There was so much room for my large family, along with great amenities. The host was extremely helpful and responsive! We struggled with the stove for about 4 minutes, but once you figure it out it was so easy to work. Only thing that my family complained about were the neighbors. They did not find them very friendly or accepting of the guests being there. In our opinion overall we can’t wait to come back to book again!

We had such a great weekend here. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures very clean, comfortable, and a super fun home overall. The neighborhood is peaceful, and having an H-E-B nearby was really convenient. This place is definitely worth it, and we highly recommend staying here. Wonderful place and kyle and nicole were very cooperative and easy to reach.

The only thing that was disappointing was that a neighbor complained when our family was outside after 10pm. We were well aware of the quite time hours and while outside after those hrs we were quite and respectful. In fact, I was inside in this home that does not have double pain windows and I could NOT hear anyone outside after those hrs. We were a family of 14 and the reason we chose this home was so we could utilize the backyard and all the amenities it offered. Since there is no way to gauge quite time and to be fair to your renter, my suggestion for future rental is to say DO NOT be outside after 10pm. There is nothing worse than paying to take a restful vacation and being accused of a violation without fairness to dispute.

the home was on a quiet street that felt very safe and comfortable. home was free of clutter and well kept. would book again for me and my family as it was able to accommodate a large amount of people and still feel spacious.

We had a large group all here for a wedding. House was very spacious and accommodated us all well. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was great. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Kyle and Nicole have an amazing house. Super kid friendly with Pool, Basketball court, board games, old school NBA Jam arcade console and the coolest kids bedroom ever! Super responsive and great hosts. Highly recommend this place for big gathering but especially if you have little ones

Our stay was exciting and we had so many activities in the house. This was my first time in an Air bnb and the bar has been set high.

This location was amazing. The amenities were great as well the house looked amazing. Great for kids (well coordinated ones, there are a lot of steps from room-to-room) Only thing to note, the quiet time after dark is no joke! We would be whispering from the patio in the backyard and neighbors would consider that too loud. Best to go inside entirely after dark just to be safe. Overall, our hosts were amazing and accommodating! We would definitely rent from them again! :)

We very much enjoyed our family vacation in this home. It had so many amenities that we took advantage of, both inside and outside the house. The pool, hot tub, and basketball court were big hits. Inside the pool table and the slide in the bunk bed room for the kids were icing on the cake. We liked the location and the easy parking, too. We appreciated that the hosts were very responsive when we had a question or concern. We had a lovely time.

we booked this place for our first big family vacation! it was big enough for our whole family and my furr baby! The pool was amazing along side the hot tube! We all enjoyed our stay and the hoste was very responsive and quick for any questions we had. love the vintage feel of the home and the area it was located in! would definitely book again if we ever need a place in SA.

We had a great time here! It’s a great house for kids with lots to do and a cool kids’ room with a slide! That room was a bit hot, though, as the AC didn’t work well in it. The stove is also a bit tricky to operate but they have portable burners as a back up. Overall, an awesome stay for our family of 14!!

Great place to stay with kids

Had a great time!! My family of 7 had plenty of room and made use of the pool. The outdoor space was nice and relaxing. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and friendly. if we're ever in San Antonio again, I will forsure look here to book 1st!!

We booked the house for a family get together. There were 13 of us and it felt like we always had plenty of space. The kitchen had two stoves which made it great when we wanted to eat in and it had plenty of amenities. The kids loved the pool table and the basketball court. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the mornings and evenings chatting and playing games. The location was easy to pop off to Seaworld, the Zoo, Alamo, Riverwalk and the Spanish Gardens. Also, the grocery store was within walking distance and the neighbors were very friendly. The beds were also very comfy. A great trip and house for a large gathering. Would definitely recommend as there was plenty for everyone to do without feeling crowded. Thanks.

The house was spacious and perfect for a big family to make awesome memories. The kids were entertained all day and had the most fun in the pool, basketball court and bunk room.

Very great stay

Just wanted to say how wonderful the house was and the kids room, the pool, the game room was all absolutely fantastic. So much room for our big family. Our son was graduating United States Air Force BMT at Lackland. The house was around 20 minutes away from the base and you have plenty of places to shop and restaurants all within a mile drive. But you’re still out away from the heavy traffic. Very peaceful neighborhood. The kids had a fantastic time playing at the pool and the kids room with the big slide. Highly recommend. Such great house! We were a group of 10 and it was perfect. Great costumer service as well, replied fast and all. We would definitely recommend.

We felt like there was some false advertising for this house. The bunk room for kids had an extra high step down and each one of our kids feel onto the hard floor at least once. We ended up needing to leave couch cushions there to feel okay with them sleeping in there. There are step downs throughout the house so I would avoid with young kids but at least the others were up to code. A deadbolt was broken on a door to the pool so we had to buy kid locks to keep doors secure. And lastly the outside did not match the photos. The photos show grass to play in, but in reality it is all weeds, leaves, rocks and dirt. All the basketballs were out of air and the outside is in need of a clean. Not a lot of silverware or kids safe plates/cups, so recommend buying plastic plates, cups if you have kids. Probably safe to buy plastic silverware too if you have more than 6 people. Overall, felt like we paid a lot of money and the pics made it seem worth it. We were let down with the house in general.

Kyle and Nicole were very responsive often responding within minutes of our questions. The place is quite spacious and the downstairs area is functional for all ages. The pool seems to be about 8ft deep, not the usual 5 or 6 feet and we enjoyed its depth. My family loves to swim and the diving board was a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the beds were so comfortable! We had about 13 guests and we never felt crowded. The back lounge area was perfect for all ages as well, as we had a 5 year old, 13 year old, and ages up to 71 without a single complaint. This served us well celebrating my daughter’s AF BMT graduation and it was well worth the money invested. There could have been coverings on the windows so they were not see through. That’s the only dislike I had. Still this home and the hosts were a 5/5!

Kyle and Nicole’s home was an absolute hit for both the kids and adults! The house was packed with fun — from games and a basketball court to an incredible bunk room with a slide, it was the ultimate hide-and-seek playground for our kids. For the adults, the poker room and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook dinner for the whole family each night. We were also just a convenient drive away from Sea World, which was a major highlight of the trip. Kyle and Nicole were fantastic hosts and made everything seamless — definitely a five-star stay for us!

Great Place Overall as expected… great place

For certain groups / families, this place is fine. The location is great and there are some fun touches (poker table, arcade game, pool table. pool, basketball hoop, etc.). For people with young kids like we do (under 3) it’s not ideal. The house has multiple levels / lots of steps up and down between spaces / rooms so we had to always have eyes on the little one. During our stay, the hot water in the downstairs tub did not work, we only had one paper towel roll, no coffee, used napkins in between the couch cushions, the downstairs master is quite noisy if there is someone in the room above, and the room with the bunk beds is a converted garage with no closet, no bathroom, and only a mini split system, so it was a little stuffy. One of the upstairs rooms is also without a closet (it’s locked so the owners can use it as a supply closet). Without young kids, all of this wouldn’t have been much of an issue but it was a bit of a headache having to navigate some of these hurdles.

Nice home, quiet area fun activities as of games inside the home. The host were very helpful and always communicated with us. Our only problem was trying to get the stove to turn on, which they did send us a guide to work it but we still didn’t get all the burners to work just one the middle burner. Luckily they had travel burners under the cabinet to use. So it all worked out. We would definitely be back.

Kyle and Nicole’s Airbnb was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard was a highlight, offering a variety of amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and helpful, promptly addressing any questions I had. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. My only concern was the nightly pricing, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Excellent communication with the host but we shouldn’t have had to have so much of it. No garbage bags, dish towels, dish soap, Kleenex, and paper towels - they were all dealt with in quick order but should have been there when we arrived. One of the bedrooms has no dresser or closet, which was a bit surprising. There were no written instructions for the house, appliances, etc. - that would have been helpful for a large group. The upstairs furnace wasn’t working properly and had to be repaired. Unfortunately, temperatures were freezing. Toilet paper that was supplied is the cheapest quality ever. Every one of our guests commented about the terrible quality. We bought Charmin. Generally, it seems like there’s a lot of deferred maintenance and inexpensive finishes. But if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a big group, this will work fine. Hosts were very responsive and accommodated us on check out.

Our family very much enjoyed staying at this place! The beds were fantastic and we loved all the entertainment there! We also felt right at home!

The house is beautiful and the kiddos in our group loved the bunkbed room. Nicole was very quick to respond via text with any questions we had. The little issue that we had were no big deal and owners were responsive. The pool and hot tub worked great the whole stay. Beds were comfortable. Great house for multiple families.

This place was great for what we needed it for. However, their cleaners and maintenance people lack attention to detail. As long as you can over look very minor cosmetic things then this place is okay. After staying there I think it is overpriced, this might be a better low $2000 for 4 nights versus $3200. The main bed and bath on the lower level was pretty great and the abundance of king bed rooms fit our needs perfectly.

The house was large and clean, well kept. We enjoyed the pool and back yard as well as the very comfortable beds.

I would like to start off by saying. We had a amazing time and we’re only disappointed that we had to come back home. The home is HUGE! We would never have guessed it was so spacious. From the upstairs private game room to the downstairs kids sunken bedroom. The house was very unique and we have had conversations about going back again. Abigail was always communicating with us. It definitely was overall a 5 star experience and we are looking to go back. Also FYI your beds were amazing I haven’t slept that comfortable in years!! Thank you Abigail, See you soon!

House was very nice as described. There was plenty of room with an open concept and sliding glass door out to the pool/ basketball court. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. On the downside, there were no house instructions. We had to figure out it was an induction stove top, and there were very few pots and pans. They were only four trash bags and there was no dishwashing soap. So we had to make a quick trip to the nearby Walgreens. Other than that slight blip, we had a wonderful time.

This home is truly beautiful. The Abigail was an amazing host and very responsive. Any issues we had were resolved pretty quickly. We had 9 people for a BMT graduation and the house still has plenty of room for more people. The furniture and bedrooms were all very well decorated and comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone and the pool and pool table were amazing amenities. One downside would be that the stove is difficult to use and there were only a few pans to cook with, you have to use specific pans or the stove won’t work which made cooking for a large group difficult.

We were in San Antonio for my son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland.
