The property was excellent. We had a hiccup with cleaning but Simple Life Mgmt. took good care of us. The furnishings of the house were impressive. Lots of amenities.

Beautiful home and area although the home was missing a couple of things that should be standard for a winter time stay like a shovel, salt, etc. Waupaca was an absolute blast and the property was very private and very quiet. We had a lovely time.

This place is absolutely wonderful! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough space for all of us. The kids absolutely loved all the games and activities provided throughout the house. The property is beautiful and the pond and firepit area were even better than the pictures and provided a lot of entertainment fishing off the pier. As soon as we arrived and settled in, we said that we should have booked it for a week instead of a weekend. Our family is already asking when we can make plans to come back! Simple Life Rentals was also great to work with. They had very clear instructions and were responsive throughout the planning and the stay. We obviously would return here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in the woods. It was perfectly situated for a wedding at a nearby event space.

Disappointing Contrary to the listing, there was zero garage parking because all 3 bays were blocked with furniture and outdoor equipment. So we had to park outside in subzero weather. The cleaners left thick dust in the MBR, coffee in the coffee pot, and food crusted on the frying pans and spatulas. When we alerted them to the problems, they didn’t send a crew to make it right. Just apologized that it hadn’t met OUR standards. Like, did it really meet YOUR standards?On the positive side, the kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in once we scrubbed it. And the adjoining woods and pond and nearby Crystal River made for gorgeous winter walks.

College reunion The home was very comfortable and we had a good time staying there. We would stay there again in the future.

Quality Family Time The cabin is just beautiful! It was everything as described. A comfortable, quiet cabin nestled in the woods and the accommodations were excellent. We had seven adults, a two-month old and a yellow lab. I highly recommend for a lovely getaway!!

Sissies Weekend Quality family time in a quality setting. So many things for us to do together. The game room & karaoke machine were a big hit. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Summer getaway A very private home with plenty of room for three couples.

I give this amazing home a 10!!! I give this home and the entire rental process/stay a “10” because: 1. The home itself is immaculate, private, gorgeous, has the best homey energy I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental, and had everything we could have asked for (and then some 🤗!); and 2. the rental management team made the entire process incredibly easy and streamlined. They were very responsive to all the emailed questions I sent them. And they were exceedingly kind! I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful and wonderful this home is. You cannot go wrong choosing this property for your vacation.

Do not hesitate to rent! Fantastic property! Spotless! Nestled in the quiet woods with trails to walk the property. Nicely furnished. Lots to do in the area!
