Perfect place to experience Nashville and Broadway for a first timer. The space was very quiet despite being right in the heart of the action. The comfortable mattress is also a plus.

Perfect location! We were right on Broadway and could walk to just about everything, which made our Nashville trip so easy. The Airbnb was exactly what we needed, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

One of the best AirBNB units we've ever stayed in - and we have stayed in MANY. FUN, upscale and comfortable with an amazing view of the Nashville Broadway life. Even though you are directly on Broadway with live music all around you, the unit was quiet. Awesome views morning, noon and night! Perfect bed, comfortable with terrific linens. Excellent location and dependable wifi. Thanks so much!

What an amazing Stay we had in Nashville! The loft was exactly as described and couldn’t have been in better location. We had so much fun people watching from the porch and stepping outside into the action. Everything you needed was right there and the loft was well equipped. Everything was clean and so easy to navigate with the welcome book and instructions given. We absolutely loved how it was decorated and how clean it was. We highly recommend it and would love to return

Great place right on Broadway! Quick to respond and easy booking process. There were no surprises as their guide laid everything out from how to get to the apartment to parking. We will be back!

Great location if you’re wanting to be in the heart of the action. We didn’t experience any issues with the noise while sleeping in the main bedroom. Transportation was easy and everything was walkable in the area. We did instacart which was super nice and delivered to our door- talk about being spoiled!! Love that on our booking they linked other services and activities which made it easy to coordinate. They provided a great recommendation for an e-bike tour - we got to see places we may not have ventured out too plus it gave us ones we wanted to spend more time at. The space was spotless and exactly as it was pictured and described. The hosts were very reachable should we need anything. We highly recommend!!

A great place to stay at. You will hear all the music and people from the main street but you want to be in the middle of everything going on this is the place to be. We saved a lot of money by just being able to walk to everything. Lots of get places to check out with in just a couple of blocks of the condo. All the way up to checking in the host was informing us of everything thing which made it easy for two people that arrived before we did and they were able to get into the condo before I got there. We will stay here again when in the area. Thank you for a great place to enjoy Nashville!

Great location, had a blast!

Cal and Steph were fantastic hosts! They had excellent communication before the stay and kept us up to date throughout our stay with reminders. Everything was stated so no questions were necessary. The only downfall was having to park in a parking garage, but completely understandable based on the location. And of course it’s nice to be able to walk to your place right on broadway.

The location couldn't be beat allowing us to turn left or turn right and find a local spot to sit and listen to music, grab a drink, and a bite to eat.

4th time in Nashville but 1st time staying here at Cal's and Steph's place. We won't stay anywhere else from now on. This place is absolutely the best place to stay in Downtown Nashville. Easy access, good views and super close to all the great bars. Cal and Steph are very responsive and honest. The place has everything you need. I highly recommend it. 5 stars.

Beautifully decorated, immaculate and everything you need for your stay. Step out of loft straight onto broadway. Perfectly located in the heart of everything Broadway has to offer. Perfect host that was very accommodating and very responsive. You will not find a better place to stay on or around Broadway. No need to worry about parking, driving or traffic. Simply walk out of the door into the heart of downtown Nashville. We will definitely be back and would recommend this stay to anyone . I promise you won’t regret a thing about this place.

If the size is big enough for you or you and your group there can’t be a better place to stay in downtown Nashville. There is a warning that it is noisy, however it sure isn’t enough to bother at all.

Our trip to Nashville was made perfect by our stay at 320 Broadway. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the bustling Broadway street right from our windows. We were thrilled to catch a glimpse of Post Malone's concert from our room—what an unforgettable experience! The accommodations were clean and beautifully updated, truly feeling like a home away from home. The thoughtful decorations added a nice touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were within walking distance of some fantastic attractions, including the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Assembly Food Hall. Plus, being right next to Margaritaville was a fun bonus! Our hosts, Cal and Steph, were incredible. They regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect and promptly answered all our questions. Their hospitality really made a difference in our visit. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Nashville!
