Mark was a pleasure to host! Our entry code was late being sent, had to contact host through app. They did not respond promptly, so had to search for telephone contact info. Once called, they were friendly and got us the code right away. The neighborhood this house is in leaves ALOT to be desired. Several buildings looked in disrepair or even abandoned. The house itself was mostly as described and clean. Left with the feeling we could have found better. Do your due diligence, use street view and see for yourself …… wish we had 😎. Overall the trip was good, enjoyed the beaches and indulged in all the fresh seafood 🦞!!

Nichole was a pleasure to host! We loved our time at this house. The outside space was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool table. The master bed was super comfortable and the sheets were soft. We would definitely stay there agin.

John and guest were a pleasure ! Lobster key was absolutely beautiful, the house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could ever want/need. The pool and backyard are absolutely beautiful. The pool could have been cleaned during our stay but it did not stop us from enjoying it. A quick 2 minute drive over the bridge right into beautiful Anna maria island two blocks away from historic bridge street. As my first trip to Florida ever i couldnt be happier with this location the house is beautiful and well kept and the communication from Anna maria vacations was crystal clear spot on and immediate. Thank you so much and we cannot wait to come back!!!

Danielle was a pleasure to host! This home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area is beautifully surrounded by palm trees which gave us a great sense of privacy. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach and the home is located in a neighborhood with a couple of excellent restaurants—perfect for when you want to stay close by. Our only issue was with the check-in process. We were told we’d receive the door code on the day of check-in, but it never arrived. I had to call the vacation rental company to retrieve it.

4 ladies came to relax, explore the area and eat Stone Crabs. House was great location, outside area amazing, pool, hot tub, sitting area. 1 bike was disabled bad gears, 1 flat tires (we remedied with pump provided). House needed good cleaning. Dirty and dusty. Fitted Sheet kept coming off master bed., needs different linens. Towels worn and thin. Master bed mattress needs replacing and more slats under it. Laying in bed, head n upper body would be at decline and had to crawl n pull urself out to move in bed. I own n manage a beach vacation cleaning service for over 65 properties in North Florida and understand end of rental season issues. However, the dust was heavily accumulated on every surface, bathrooms needed more attention, stool in master shower needs trashed, covered in black gunk. Just needs some TLC and someone with attention to detail. Overall a great place with great ammenities and great location.

We were very pleased with our accommodations at this property. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. Overall it was very clean but the primary bathroom needed a little TLC where a towel rack was pulled from the wall and poorly patched. Also the stairwell was a little tired looking and that’s the first thing you see when entering the home. But otherwise we were impressed and pleased. The outside space was perfect in every way. The key code we were given to access the property was incorrect so we had to contact the rental company. Once we reached them they were extremely helpful and very professional. The price for this property was a good value compared to most properties on the island, however, the fees charged on top of the rate seemed excessive.

We had a great stay! The house was the perfect setup for our family of six. The kids loved the pool and spa. And there was even plenty of pool toys and beach supplies. Two wagons, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The maintenance man even swung by and gave our boys a squirt toy for the pool. So sweet! Backyard had beautiful landscaping that provided a ton of privacy. Would definitely stay again. Also, eat at Tide Tables. Best food of the trip!

Our stay at lobster key was everything as shown with the pool, the amenities, the rooms, it had everything we needed. Check in was clear and the host response time was quick. The only thing that made it a 4 rather than a 5 would be the cleanliness of the pool, upon arrival the pool was foggy and had a odd smell to it, the instructions for the home mentioned the pool was maintenance 2x a week but it had seem longer than that. We decided to wait to mention anything since we would be spending a lot of time at the beach and after 2 days someone came and cleaned it. I just feel like it would make more sense to make sure it’s cleaned prior to new guest staying since that did turn us off from using it at first. Otherwise, the house had everything needed including things for the beach!!
